I stop by wanted to Purchase certified preowned vehicle. And it was worst experience with car dealers in my life. Car that I was looking was little over 27k which for me it was pricy Decision. But how I felt was I was trying to purchase junk car for parts or something. I did go to other Lexus dealer and better condition Lexus for 1k cheeper on same day. You lost one customer. Keep it up. Never going to any Kuni dealers in my life!
