Took a vehicle in for pre-purchase inspection. Everyone there took social distancing very seriously. Was sent a link to a video of the mechanic explaining everything he found wrong and was given a quote to fix what was found wrong and a car wash. Jenna even helped me out by applying a $40 coupon they had online that I had no idea about. Didn't end up buying the car but if I want a Lexus inspected in the future I will take it here.
