I had an appointment to get the windshield on my vehicle replaced. I waited inside for quite a long time in my car and was told someone would come to talk with me on my phone - keeping my car window closed due to COVID. Three different individuals came up to talk with me - but no one had a phone. I finally opened my window so I could speak with someone - and asked them to back up a bit from my car - and also asked them to please pull the mask up over their nose - which they did. So I was all checked in - and waited another 20 minutes - and was then told by David that they would not be able to replace my windshield due to the fact that the glass installation company was not going to be available that day. There was a mix-up with that company as far as the installation date. However, we had personally scheduled our appointment with Kuni for that day and time - but no installation company available. So we received a call after returning home - and had to go back and pick up our vehicle - and were asked to schedule another appointment to have the windshield replaced. We were very disappointed - especially after such a long wait when checking in.
