I feel like they went rogue on me and would not recommend this location at all.
I bought my IS 300 on mar. 12 and when we completed the transaction, the sale Agent Jesum gave me one key.
On that day, I was told that I will just have to call KuniLexus to have the second key made.
During my first service on Aug 19, I requested the 2nd key but the service consultant Matt was not able to see any information about it in the system.
I then sent an email to my sales agent and never got a reply back.
I called the office and was advised to reach out to a sales manager.
The Manager told me their delivery checklist shows I received two keys and said they could get me a new one at lesser cost than normal.
My wife and I were planning to buy a Lexus SUV by the end of the year but we will definitely go to a different local Lexus dealership.
