This place is not professional AT ALL especially not stress free children all over the place front staff never smiles!!! My granddaughter had an appointment a couple weeks ago she's 3 years of age one of the assistance by the name of kesha neither assistance wanted to give me their name nor had on name tags she told my granddaughter she DIDN'T DESERVE A TREAT afterwards because she didn't do so good during the procedure once she saw the needle what 3 year old child wouldn't the doctor suggested to use the restrain board because she assumed she had seen my child in the past and suggested I bring my child in the mornings instead of the afternoons saying I will be turned around if I did this is not the way u handle situations in a professional business I'm looking forward to file a complaint staff are rude their unorganized neither did the assistance or Dr. washed their hands during our visit they didn't have the room cleaned before we entered into the room it was used utilized needles on the counter from the paitent before us a great way to treat your new patients that took time to initiate the time to give your office a try that we just relocated to GEORGIA now I have to find another dentist office for my grandchildren

Mikeba and Dr.daniels are awsome they explain everything to me step by step and Dr.Daniels made sure i understand what procedure was going to be done on my daughter, during the who time everything went smoothly and made me feel at ease. Thank you thank you guys sooo Much!!!

Dr. Owens and Ms. Smith were truly awesome. My kid remained calm and happy throughout the experience. I would recommend them to any parent

Dr. Bell and Ms. Tammy is the best! They were very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Ms. Tammy even held my hand during surgery. I really appreciate them!

My first experience here at Kool smiles was very awesome. I arrived here at 8:45 my daughter played in the play area , by 9 I was called to the back. (My appointment was for 9) . The Dr & hygienist were very fast and friendly. I left out of the office at 9:33. I am very pleased and will be back to thtis office

Dr. Garcia is wonderful! She explains everything in detail and is great with my daughter! I would highly recommend her for all your orthodontist needs!

I love kool smiles, I've been coming here for years and their always nice and when I have to get a filling they always make sure I'm comfortable. The team lead shawtetia and durrel the assistant are very professional and are fun and great people and make are my needs are meet.

I enjoyed my experience! It was quick and I received the information I needed about my teeth! The dentist were very friendly and Ardeita made sure I was took care of.

Tammy and Doctor Bell made us fill so secured. They made sure they explained every detail of the procedure. Tammy was so nice she made us fill safe and Dr. Bell have the most pleasant smile. I would recommend anyone to come see these two.

Upon coming in the door i was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk. I didnt have to wait long at all (always a plus). Once called to the back I was greeted by Ms.KESHA she was very friendly and knowledgeable along with Dr. ZOE whom i was happy to see bc i know she does a great job from her doing work on my baby. THANK YOU LADIES!!!!!!! Keep up the Great Work!!!!!

This was the single worst experience I have ever had in a dental office, including two root canals and a wisdom tooth extraction! The visit lasted THREE HOURS, and although the receptionist was very polite, nobody made any effort to explain to the room full of customers in the waiting area that there was going to be a delay or why. My sons and I sat for an entire hour before we were even taken to a room, where we sat for an additional thirty minutes before we were taken for x-rays! There were children sitting in the nurse's station unsupervised, and many children were asleep in the dental chairs in another room! I was unable to find an employee for several minutes to ask a question after being taken to the dental suite, and when one of my sons had trouble sitting still for his x-rays, it was suggested that I bring him back the next day! In addition to the ridiculously long wait time, one of the employees was extremely inconsiderate and rude when I attempted to ask a question. I would definitely not recommend this location to any person whom I care about, as I have the expectation that people whom I pay for a service will be much more respectful of my time. Nobody should have an experience like this when they are simply trying to provide dental care for their children.

Dr. Daniels and Kesha was awesome today. The reason because I came to get my son took fill but then Kesha instantly notices he needed to get it pull because it got an infection in it.

Horrible experience on my last visit, my child was frighten to do x rays and they ask could one of the tech sit with her, I allow but they forcefully tried to place the piece in her mouth which cause her to bleed!!! There techniques suck and I don't recommend handling small kids, plus the office receptionist name Kim is very rude!!!

The customer service could be better. The communication is limited. For example, when you call out someone name, you really should use first name just in case there may be two parties with the same last name. You should also project your voice when speaking in a room full of people. The staff would, literally,whisper or speak in low tones,you could barely hear anything, which causes confusion and delays. The wait times are entirely too long. If your appointment is at 11 am, you may not be seen until 30 to 45 min afterwards. People have places to go, I feel this office should respect people time better and stay on schedule. Otherwise, what is the point of having an appointment. This office needs to improve.

Tenna and Dr Dada are unbelievably wonderful doctors and also very professional five stars for sure.

The doctor was great but the office staff was the worst of any public establishment that I've been to. I had an 8am appointment because I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. When I arrived (15 minutes before my appt as I was instructed) the lights were off and the staff was still arriving. They didn't have me waiting too long, maybe 20-30 before the doc was able to see me. She prescibed me antibiotics and pain killers and referred me to an oral surgeon as expected and was very friendly. The office staff informed me that they only do electronic prescription and that it can take up to 4 hours but it never does... Fast forward, 5 hours later and after being in hold for more than 15 minutes on 3 separate occasions... The office manager reiterates that they told me 4 hours and now they say to call back after 3 pm. All I want is my meds on paper or something that was the whole purpose of having a 8 am appt and at this point I'm almost tempted to just see another dentist to get some meds for the pain that I'm experiencing!!! Never going back!

I used Kool Smiles because I had an emergency the first time. The service was adequate, but the Dental assistants need to be more professional around the patients. Getting my prescriptions were a nightmare. I had to call the main office to complain regarding the service.

I revisited only because my initial records were on file there. Dr. Bell was very good. He explained everything in detailed. The Dental assistants really need to realize people can still hear their conversations and how inappropriate they can be. I would recommend that the ladies receive Customer service training.

It is a place of business, not a place to talk about their hair or their personal life, especially in front of the patients. The ladies at the front desk were professional and courteous. Management really should invest in training for their assistants.

U guys are the greatest the entire staff. But I want to give a special shout out and thanks to Doctor Kadree the bond you and my son made is undeniable, do u know he remembers the pinky swear u and him made about doing better with brushing his teeth. Well sometimes at night he reminds me and say mommy I have to brush my teeth even when I don't remember and that's because of u with your compassion and understanding. Then there's the excitement for me and the kids MRS. Nichole if I could count the times I've encountered your warm embrace and delightful personality knowing half the time I don't want to be there but you make it all worth while and the kids love it. But thank you both so much I look forward to the next visit...

Kool Smiles is my favorite Doctorial Office. I would come here everyday If I could. The People are friendly And I leave more triumphant with my teeth Every time I do come .

They did a crown in ny 3yr old mouth and it came out and was so painful to my son he cried and cried while holding his mouth smh and i couldnt even get an apology

yesterday I took my grandson the Kool smiles in Decatur and it was great the front desk assistant was so helpful and full of smiles and the Doctor really made my grandson feel so comfortable he wasn't scared at all great job Kool smiles ...keep up the wonderful work

Savine was Great with my son!!! He is usually very uncomfortable at the dentist, but she kept him calm and made him comfortable! She has excellent customer service!

I have to find another dentist.! My daughter hates the dentist, the office and the Goody bags.! Everytime she come they make her mouth bleed by doing a simple X-ray she cry s and shouts!! I feel bad!! We always have to wait over an hour to be seen but you still have to wait an additional hour in the back! I overheard the workers saying they were ready to quit! This place is horrible! They aren t there for the kids only for the check

Horrible horrible horrible! I do not reccomend thus dentist office to anyone with children especially if it's their first time. So I took my 2 and 5 year old boys to the dentist and it was my 2 y/o first time so of course he was a little nervous and scared. First the hygienist came over to set everything up then two more plus the doctor came over shortly after. So instantly he starting crying because for one that all had on fast mask and goggles! Once he started crying like any tiddler would do in that case, they proceeded to hold him down! He immediately starting to scurm and fuss even more because instead of them talking to him to calm him down they tried to keep working! I'm not a hygienist or anything but I know damn well there is a better way for them to do that! My 5 y/o hygienist was awesome BTW, but after they told me that they couldn't finish my toddlers exam and that they are going to prefer him to a pediatric dentist( which is what I thought they were), I'm like OK time to search for another dentist office! So yeah DONT DO IT!

Ms. Brown and Dr. Daniels are the best my 14 year old daughter is so scared of the dentist due to past dental experience from other dentists they came in welcoming explain everything to me and my daughter about the procedures she was getting and not once she started crying they got through it so quick I hope those two are here the next time because they made her feel comfortable Thanks so much!

What is the point of setting appointment. Plus they said come 15 minutes early. I been waiting over an hour and still haven t been called.

I didn't care for this office. The way its set up just doesn't work for my family. It was almost like a clinic setting. My children were called back and had their teeth examined at the same time as several other children. They were all in one big room. The parents were asked to sit in a little side hallway. Not at all what I expected. I'm use to being able to go back in the room with my children during their cleaning and exam. I'm sitting in this little side hallway while they got their cleaning done and the next thing I know the appointment is over and I'm being given the dental plan. So not only did I not get to be with my little ones during the cleaning, but I was also not able to be with them or even speak to the dentist for that matter. They are children, why aren't parents allowed to sit with them? Especially when the dentist examines them? What if I have questions? (because I did). We had one appointment there and will not be returning. I require a practice that allows me to interact with the dental staff and ask questions if needed, I don't like the way this practice is ran.

Needs a main office number even though i thought they did. I called a supposed main office number and was giving false information wasting my time and money once i found out they dont even take my insurance.

My experience at cool smile is always good, I been my daughter there since she been 2 and now she is 9years Old and I love the staff they so good and nice and I love the Decatur location even when I stayed in Clayton county I still bought her to the candler road location cause that s how good the staff is good with her...

I would like to say that my overall experience here was great! Everyone had a very positive attitude. Even though I'm an adult I still felt very welcomed there.

DR DANIEL AND HER ASSISTANT MS BROWN WERE AMAZING!I went with my 4 year son and they knew just how to talk to him and make him feel comfortable. He didnt cry or run lol. They were so good with him.

They forget they work for US.... They tend to think they're doing US a favor.

They are really great with the kids and the only suggestion I would give is to have more openings for adults since they are about the only folks who care about everyone's teeth.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant...office is very clean and beautiful! They made my daughter(4years old) very comfortable and even tho she has Medicaid they don't treat her as a Medicaid client! I love it, and highly recommend!

NEVER bring your child to this dentist! The receptionist had on a sundress. (I thought this was a dentist office). NO GREETING YOU. My child appointment was at 4:30. I got there 4:36 they wouldn't see her. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she ignored that. Kool smiles dentist on candler road has to be the most ghetto place I've ever seen. If you care about your babies do NOT bring them here.

Today is Thursday June 14 2018 and I'm sitting here at Kool Smiles watching the kids have fun on the little playground in the waiting area. When I tell you that this staff is so nice and friendly and makes your wait worth waiting. My son has an appointment to get his wisdom teeth pulled and they are making everything so easy and comfortable for him. Thanks Tanzania for easy his nervousness by talking him through the procedure and making him very comfortable and not scared and nervous. I know how it is to be an adult waiting on a procedure I can just imagine how he was feeling. Again thanks to the amazing staff on Candler Rd. and I will be sending a lot of patients your way.

When they finally did answer i was told to call back after 1pm because the dentists were at lunch..... its10am????? The "customer service" agents can't answer medical questions so how am I supposed to get the help I need. They are still good if u just doing routine cleaning but outside that find somewhere else to be

I was very impressed with Dr. Zoe and Ms. Ardeita. They were very nice and sweet to my nephew Malachi. They talked to him calmed him when he started to cry. They explained every procedure they did. I loved how they just talked to him.
