Very nice staff didn t have to wait to long for help or service Dr.Griffith and assistant Tyeanna where very friendly with my kids

Very good! Didn't have to wait long. Good service too.

I arrived 15 minutes early but I'm still waiting way past my appointment time. This is very upsetting to be because if I was late they would not even want to see me ! I even asked if I would be seen on time and the front desk assistant said " to my knowledge there not running late " .This is the second time being was here and was on time and they were not . The great service is being over shadowed by the constant waiting and lack of time management !

Today s visit was great even though I was a little behind on time. I was sitting in the waiting room long (under 15min) and once arriving in the back Mrs. Ardeita and Dr.Zoe was great with my daughter. They was able to keep her calm did the job and we was out in no time and I m sure now she wouldn t complain about that tooth

Mr.Durrel and Dr.Zoe treated me so well the service they gave me made feel comfortable. They treated my teeth with love and care. I will tell more people to come to kool smile because of them.

It was very professional. Even when my daughter and I was late for her appointment because of Marta, they allowed her to still be seen that day and I was not there long before they took her back.. They're quick and again professional and I will recommend anyone and everyone to one of their offices. Great Dentistry For Kids!!

Great and thorough experience with Kool Smiles. Dr. Owens and assistant Ms. Brown put my 16 yr at ease while performing major dental work. Thank you for such good bedside manner.

Ranna swell and Dr. Dada treated my babies today and it went really well and I love this place. They get treated very well when they come here.

Nope. Not going back. People giving/ or assisting with xray do not know the difference between a gag and a child making themselves throw up. If you trigger their gag reflex they will throw up. If you apply too much pressure on a 3yr olds mouth to get a non needed xray it will hurt. When a child is resisting the rest of the exam because they were traumatized during xray they didnt need or wasnt supposed to have until after seeing the dentist...listen to them. Don't brush it off as them being sleepy.

Durnel is a great NA. He was the first I met & the best I've had by fair. I love his catch phrase "Floss Like a boss.

I was feeling mighty low, I was feeling real down, and I look up and saw Ms. Jones walk past on her way to lunch. She took the time to answer a question for me even though I knew she was HUNGRY! She just put my mind at ease and I was able to get through this whole process with my child in a more positive manner. Thank you Ms. Jones!!! I will tell ALL of my friends and family about how wonderful you and your dentistry are, and that even though it can be nerve wracking to see your child in pain, there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! Being friendly means a lot these days! And anyone who complains about you all CLEARLY doesn't have their stuff in order, as the process is so easy!!! God Bless you all!

Kattya Has Great Customer Service And makes all patients comfortable.

Very inefficient. Went there for a very bad toothache. The dental tech took the wrong x-ray, which wasn't discovered until the dentist came in. By that time, I had been waiting 1.5 hours. The dentist said I needed a new filling but didn't do it. Instead, she prescribed pain pills. The dental tech said the prescription would be sent over immediately and I would need to give the pharmacy 2 hours to fill it. Turns out that was incorrect. The pharmacy didn't need 2 hours to fill the script, but the dental office needed that 2 hours to send it. They also had a lot of patients with only one dentist working. Just terrible all the way. I won't be back.

Ardeita is the most helpful an she makes you feel right at home an she makes the kids feel good an they get you right in an out

I have been seeing the ortho team for more than 2 years now
and I can honestly say they are the best team for the job!
They treat patients like family, they always greet me with a smile, and they never forget my name.
Dr. Stewart, Erika, Maria, Troy, Angela, Shenita, & Shaundrell.
They are all kind and they always smiling.
They always make sure I'm comfortable, and they keep me updated on what's going on inside my mouth, and what needs to be done for my next visit.
All you feel is positive energy when you go here, because everything just flows so well together personality wise and business wise.
So happy I got my braces and they are the ones to work on them.
I don't think it would have been possible for me to have a better experience than this.

I have been taking my children to Kool Smiles since we moved out here from New York over 6 years ago. Never had a problem with their services but I was kind of upset this past Saturday. I had scheduled an appointment for both my children over 6 months ago and when we got there they stated that the doctor that was available didn't accept my son's insurance which is Amerigroup. I wished they would have informed me before so that I would have changed it but at least they were able to see my daughter.

D4 lakesha thomas awsome and so professional.... doctor's and staff ...everybody was so sweet and nice to the kids.... my its so spacious and has so many things to offer children and this is coming from a mother of seven my babies are 10 and 8 and and Kool Smiles will be there dentist until they're grown

Ms.Brown and Dr.Zoe are the best ones here! They interact with you make sure you feel comfortable and always make sure you are awares of everything that's going on. I've never had a complaint nor issue with the staff and I say its the best location thats family friendly

Ms. Krystal is so hilarious. Dr. Daniel is a great doctor. She was very professional. Ms. Krystal is a grear assistant nd made my care vert relaxing.

My experience @ Kool Smilez on Cander Road in Decatur GA was horrible!! The supervisor "Toy" who wouldn't give me her real name stated that I couldn't go to with back with my 6 yr old daughter who was getting surgery bc i had two disable children with me at my time of visit. Stating "I need to go find a babysitter for all my kids." She's was very unprofessional and out of line. She needs to be repremanded. She has no kind of sympathe with me being a single parent. And not to mention we've coming to that location for 3 years. Probably time to switch dentistry's. I will be filling discrimation charges as well.

My Kool Smiles visit was a great experience. The assistant Ms.Nichole, Dr.Daniel and Ms.Mary where all friendly and helpful they made it easier for me to get my cavity filled.

Dr. Griffith and her assistant Tyeanna are very nice and caring. I was a little worried about my baby getting work done on her mouth but they took such good care of my daughter. It's not our first visit so I'm sure it won't be the last.

Dr. BELL AND HIS ASSISTANT Ms. TAMMY WERE GREAT. VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY FAST. GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I can't say that my experience was good @ this particular location. AT LEAST 3 OF THE STAFF were extremely rude and non-communitive. The supervisor was really nice and assisted me with issues @ hand. I would like to thank her for her help. I'm not so sure I'll revisit this location but I will definately reconsider.

Dr.Ardeita & Dr.Emam Is very good at what they do I ve been coming to Kool Smile every since I was a lil Child I would recommend you to bring your family into Kool Smile Decatur Location.

If you love your child you will not bring them to this dentist office. Completely unprofessional I had the concerns of my child being scared of the dentist. The first option was a child-size Silence of the Lambs straitjacket board. I I felt uneasy with that so I told the doctor I will decline that offer. The doctor then told me they would need four to five people to hold my 5 year-old 32 pound girl down still. So I did not want a lot of people in the room holding her down. Because I thought this would heighten the fear of the dentist. I recanted my reply and said yes to the board only if I could hold my child. A lie directly to me and said yes I could and once they gave her the numbing shot I was told I could not touch her. They lied to my face to get my child on that board when I had concerns about it the whole time. If you want people to lie to your face about your child take them to this dentist office I will be taking my concerns to a licensing board.

Ms Brown is very nice and hilarious and her service was amazingly great .

I have heard that there were children dying there... a young boy and a 4 year old girl I believe in Arizona, Yuma.... I will not intend to go there at all. Even if it s not in Arizona.

Dr. Daniel was very patient with my daughter. She did a great job. Her assistant Tyeanna was the best. She calmed my daughter down when she saw she was very scared when her tooth had to be extracted. Thank you both for being an excellent team!!

I was afraid to go to the dentist. But, to my surprise, it did not hurt at all.

If it wasn't for Ms Brittany i wouldn't still be coming a lot as changed it's always a problem with my appointments but Ms Brittany always takes care of me and keep me smiling and making the day better so I'm giving 5 star's to her thank you!!!

Not the worst experience I ve had a dentist off but definitely not the best. Several lies told to me by the staff, very unprofessional, one of the first people there and still waited 3 hours. Amounts other things. I ll never recommend any one to the office in Decatur ga on chandler rd

Today is July 12 2018 and my daughter had a appointment at 9am even though we were a little late Dr.Owens and assistant Ms. Brown got done at 10:12am to be exact.They work as a team and kept my daughter comfortable even though she was scared and crying, eventually she stop and was able to be a big girl and she's only 2.I totally recommend this dentist to anybody who's searching for children dental care especially with Dr.Owens and Ms.Brown there.

Tyeanna and Dr. Daniel was very gentil and calming and made me experience very enjoyable.

The staff there is awesome, Dr.Owens and Ms. Meka are amazing! They are a really great team. They made sure my princess was comfortable and made a connection with her. As a parent I felt the positive energy from Dr.Owens and Ms. Meka, honestly because of our recent experience I will be going back to Kool Smiles. In the past ( and I swore not to go back because of past experience) there have been Dentist there that you can feel were all about the money but I must say that was not the vibe this go round. I really felt that she had my child's best interest in mind. The staff all around were really nice. I know there are many changes at this location and I'm glad it's going in the direction it is.

First, I am disappointed in the quality of service I received over the phone at the Candler Park location. I have called this location three times and I did not accomplish anything. Literally, all I needed was an email to forward my daughter's dental release record to Kool Smiles. What's ironic is that the call was answered and my concern was heard; however, I was told, "let me put you on hold." I was never helped nor was I shown my matter was a sense of urgency. I contacted customer support to submit a complaint only because the problem needs to be addressed. I do not recommend Kool Smiles. This review is to inform you of the true service you will receive at this location. If the front staff behave this way, imagine how the dentist behave.

Tanna, Markeeta and Dr. Daniel were great! They made me feel comfortable and they also were great with explaining what was going on with my teeth! I will definitely be coming back with my family!

Aside from a little overcrowding in the waiting room (2-3:30 PM), my 2 grandsons, ages 4 and 9, loved their first visit. They came out smiling with their swag bags. The front office staff were efficient and helpful, and the hygienist(s) communicated well. "D" (? - didn't catch his name) reminded them to "floss like a boss" and Krystal was very caring and put them at ease. Jasmine F. and the other young lady at the front desk were excellent as well. Best dentist visit ever and we will be coming back!

This place has better service then any kool smiles I have so far gone to.
Dr. Daniel and Assistant Nichole were amazing at what they did and were always reassuring. They never had an attitude like most dentist do when you walk in with cavities when your already an adult.... ,-_-

First and foremost I bring my Children to this location because it's a kid-friendly environment where they can play and release some tension before the initial visit. However, the wait times are too long. I've spoken with management before about this but nothing had changed. I bring my kids in at 9 or earlier for a cleaning and exam in hopes they'll make it out so I can go to work and they can go tp school. It never works that way. The only time the staff speeds up is when it's close to lunch or closing. Plan your visit wisely

These reviews are fake. That place is truly the most ghetto dentist office I have ever been to I'm my life. The people at the front were so unprofessional. They weren't even dressed appropriately to be at work. They were late with my appointment. When we got to the back they had conversations over my child's mouth while they worked. Me or my kids don't need to know about your personal life while at the dentist. And the doctor or at least one of then defended the ladies saying that it was ok for them to talk like that while my child there. If I where you I wouldn't come here it's a waist of time. And as I said before the reviews on here are fake go at your own risk

Kool smiles are a great dentist to go to. My son love the Play area. his first visit was good, Markeeta Is a hygienist and she actually treated us good,with respect. She clean my baby teeth with no problem (kid friendly) and by the way Shawtitia is the lead assistant and she have good customer assistant, (polite) Kool smiles really have nice people that i have seen and i will continue to take my son there.

Wait time has improved big time usually be 2hrs total from their appointment time to be seen 1hr in waiting area 1hr in the back the past couple visits wait time on point & staff always been friendly the wait time was my biggest issue NOT NO MORE

The Kool smile on Candler Road in Decatur is the worst one!!! The doctors are excellent
very helpful and professional. But the assistance at the front desk are the worst very rude, ghetto, disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially the one with the dreads and the other lady who always have her eyebrows done like it's cute will sit there and talk about you while looking at you the whole time laughing. When asked a question their response is I don't know or no I don't think so with a smile. they are so rude in the front I have changed my kid's dentist and will never come back to Kool Smiles...
