Today I had an appointment at 8 o'clock which I asked for a 9 or 10 o'clock appointment and the lady at the desk said thats what she was giving me, Until the night before I received an email saying my appointment was at 8 o'clock, which is a inconvenience for me because my kids have to be at school at the time, so I had to ask someone last minute to take my kids and go, once I arrived 15 mintes their was only 2 people in the lobby, and the receptionist rudely turned me around and said they couldn't see me so I will not be using Frankin Dental and Braces anymore.

Dr. Griffith and assistant Tyeanna did really awesome with my baby girl they were patient and understanding and explained everything to her as they went and made her feel comfortable .....I love bringing them here !!!!

The nurses (Tammy) (crystal) was very helpful, generous, and nice. The Doctor (Dr. Bell) did a tremendous job and made my son feel very comfortable and relax........Thanks for the outstanding job!!!!!

The service is great and the people are very welcoming especially Mr. Durrel he always make your visit comfortable.

I had a great experience with Dr. Zoe and Ms. Ardeita my daughter is super afraid of needles. They calmed her down and stop her from crying I would recommend them to anyone they are the best..

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. We had a mutual patient and their mother requested to have x-rays emailed over a few days before their appointment and was told they would be sent. The day of the appointment, we still didn't have the x-rays, so I called and requested them again one hour and thirty minutes before his appointment and was told they would be sent right over by FELICIA. I called back 30 minutes before the appointment as the x-rays still weren't received. I was then told by FELICIA that she checked with her staff and wasn't sure who the mom spoke to, however that she was told she had to come pick them up because they were not capable of emailing x-rays as they don't do digital x-rays. ALL OF THIS WAS A LIE and the mom was furious as his appointment with us had to get pushed back so she could go to the office and retrieve the x-rays after being told they were being sent.
Please don't take your children to this unprofessional establishment unless you're alright with receiving garbage service from lazy workers that are incompetent and can't export and attach x-rays to a freaking email!

Ardeita and Dr. Zoe they did a good job making the shot not hurt and me feeling comfortable doing their dental work.

Crystal Butler was so very nice she made sure she made my baby so comfortable while she was getting her 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I love all the staff.

My experience at Kool Smiles went very well. Thanks to the whole Kool Smiles Team.

1st visit was a wonderful experience. Friendly staff that got us in and out quickly and answered my questions.
2nd visit with my son, I was put off by the bug I saw crawling in the actual exam room.
3rd and final visit I arrived 2 minutes late, during rush hour, stood waiting to sign in for 2 more minutes and by the time I was spoken to I was told I needed to reschedule because they had decided to cancel the appointment after being 2 minutes late. That was my last and final visit.

I've been taking both of my children to Kool Smiles for a few years now and I have always been pleased with their service. I really don't have any complaints other than that I wish there was 'play area' for adults!!! :-)

This was the most pleasant visit for my. Son. Dr.Bell And Crystal. Did an awsome job.They made sure it was as painless as possible for my son to get all four of his. Wisdom tooth removed in the same day. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Koolsmile. is the. Best!!! Thanks Dr.Bell and Crystal and the entire Koolsmile team .

Great all around services. Great staff that is very knowledgeable and helpful. The HOLLOWAY family is very appreciative for Franklin's whole staff.

I have been taking my granddaughter to this facility since 2015. I have never had any issues with anything. Everyone has their own experience. My experience has always been positive. The staff we encountered were knowledgeable, and treat us with the utmost respect. I love this facility. It's clean and close to home. I have no desire to change from this location. I am pleased....very pleased. Thank you all.
