******* update***** I had to switch, theres no personal care my son has new found issues and I'm calling to ask questions and no one ever picks up the line. When they finally did answer i was told to call back after 1pm because the dentists were at lunch..... its10am????? The "customer service" agents can't answer medical questions so how am I supposed to get the help I need.
