Wanted to let everyone know that Ms. Brown was a wonderful assistant. She has a great personality and she is very passionate. I would suggest that everyone bring their children to the Candler Koolsmiles office for treatment.

Its always something. Been dealing with Kool Smiles for years now. Forest Park location has very poor customer service. Corporate office tried to help but not much different. Candler office numbed 3 of my children then didnt do any treatment. Next time i waited over TWO HOURS PAST my appointment time for my child to be seen. Finding a new dentist asap. The best location to date is Old National location. But i've noticed some people from other offices going there now.

I had an excellent experience with Nurse Krystal and Dr. Daniel who treated me with suck kindness.

I had a phenomenal experience yesterday at Kool smiles on Candler Rd. In fact I always do. Dr. Stuart gave us a consultation about braces and really gave my daughter an experience. He danced and made her the most comfortable any dentist or Dr. Has ever made her feel. Brittany a hygienist I assume is always kind and fun and even remembers my daughter every time we come. I am so thankful for the experience. I could not wait to write a review.

Meka has a cute "scare free " term for every scary dental tool and process. Mikeba and Shawtitia the. Clinical Manager were so sweet to my three year old son and. with the help of her team Dr. Daniel made it a tear free experience for my baby. Not to mention the super hero photo session! Kool Smiles you are the best! Did I mention that I did not have a long wait? Wow!

I enjoyed my visit today, Lakesha Thomas took great care of me until Dr. Daniels came in. Great Job Ladies!

Ms.Brown and Dr.Owens ,with the staff at KOOL Smile made my kids experience here really pleasant..

The dentist was very friendly and explained everything well! The service was fast and through! It was a bit loud in the waiting area but the kids seemed happy they have an indoor playground.

Ms. Nicole and The Doctor I Am sorry I Forgot her name But they worked on my Daughter tooth doing a feelings and These two Women (Queens) Worked Marvelous Together. I have been coming here for almost 10 years now and I love Kool Smiles!! I am 21 now and I am just now getting my wisdom tooth pulled and I was trying to find a dentist to get them out ASAP. Kool Smile were the only people available to get them out really quick and good! My original dentist took 3 days to get back to me after I was walking around with a swollen face and couldn't speak. Krystal made my experience very comfortable and the doctors are amazing here!!

I don't know what the dentist and staff have done to my little niece. All she received was a tooth extraction. Now she's in tears even if you mention the word dentist. They don't know how to care for little kids. She will not be returning to this dentist ever again.

Dr. Kadree and her assistant Lakesha Thomas worked with my 7 year old son today who has been extremely apprehensive in the past with other doctors. I thought he might need the laughing gas but Dr. Kadree asked me to try her method first. I trusted them and they did an awesome job with him! We will only request them from here on out.

Wow all I can say is A+ for their set up, their attentiveness, speed, etc.. My youngest was 4 and they made her feel so at ease. Bottom line is awesome experience!!

A few issues I have at this location there pretty fast with calling you after you sign in depending on the days or how full it it s both of my kids had a dentist appointment for a cleaning I found out my kids had cavities so I wanted them back as soon as possible so the staff that seen my kids told me what was going on and she was also the same person that scheduled my kids for an appointment that same day she used one of the other staff computer to confirm it the same day so both! My kids were scheduled to come back on the 8th at 2pm I was unaware that my kids appointment needed to be scheduled for a early time no one told me anything no one said anything the appointment was scheduled I came alone way about 40 mins out the way to get told that they can not see my kids and made it seem like I scheduled there appointment on the 8th which I did not! The appointment was scheduled a week and a half ahead of time I was called a liar for what there staff did wrong so the girl that scheduled my appointment I told the front staff that it was her she looked at us and left like it wasn t her fault I m not sure how well these staff connect with each other but u don t put the blame on a customer for something ur staff didn t do right I was called n told of the situation on my way there and I was already there then I was also lied on and the staff said I walked in the door on my phone scheduling my appointment they were so busy that they did not see me sign in they were clearly looking at the wrong person I had to beg them to see at least one of my kids since I was already there for there mixup but I was also called by there office that since I was already there that both of my kids could be seen but as I made my way into the office they didn t wanna see any of them very bad communication I m 7 months pregnant I did my part by bringing my kids at the time I was supposed to to have to sit there and beg for them not to turn me away because I came alone way to bring both my kids there for only one to be seen!!!! I am very upset and hope that there staff get there information together of what was planned and if there s a specific time something needs to be done that the staff notice the customer ahead of time before they come almost a hour out there way just to be sent back home with no real reason!

I always have a very pleasant experience anytime me or my daughter visits the dentist. Dr. Daniels is always very informative. Maggie was also very nice and patient with all of my daughters questions.

The WORST dentist office ever!!! I was 35 minutes early for a 10'oclock appointment, PPls was coming in after me,and going back before me, they don't have no Customer Service skills at the from desk, May 16, 2015...If there is going to be a delay in seeing the doctor , then inform me, just don't let me sit out there without any knowledge.that's whats customer service ia all about.

Ardeita and the rest of her coworkers were wonderful. I was so nervous about my daughters having work done for the first time but they made everything so easy and fun for them.

Horrible very slow and unprofessional the women working in the front looks like a clown with tons of make up caked on her face improper work attire they wear jeans one person has her whole head coloured pink waited over a hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment they are extremely slow and unprofessional I would advise against this office and I will be relocating my child

My experience every time I come is pleasant. Mary, and Mikeba we're SUPER friendly and made me feel welcomed. The wait time was short, and they seemed so organized as everything was verified before I came. The services rendered are beyond my expectations n satisfaction. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

Would not refer anyone to this place that has style and likes professionalism. They dont see on time. We had been there an hour and her teeth still were not cleaned. Not to clean it was dust on the bottom of the chairs where they cleaned teeth. Just not worth it.Found a waaay better office in Brookhaven

I manage a group home and I have been going there for about 6 year. Always a great experience. Fast and thorough.

This is by far the most unorganized place I ve tried to conduct business with in a while. I ve been here twice and have yet to have my child seen. I called a day prior to his appointment to confirm everything would be a go and of course got to his appointment the following day and he still was denied treatment. They lost his paper work and have inconvenienced me twice. Save your time a choose somewhere else.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming great team! And they made my 2 and 3 year old feel so comfortable.

The doctors here are very nice here, they would talk to the patients to make them feel very comfortable. My doctor Dr.Bill and Tamay were very nice .

My child and I experience at Kool Smiles was fantastic. The nurses are well rounded, well respected, and offer as much attention towards their patients. I actually referred one of my clients at work to the clinic for their excellent services. Job Well done Kool Smiles.

Dr Bell is an Dentist and so is his assistant Mary.They very organized and efficient, and very knowledgable of their job and have great customer service.The experience was very pleasant.

I love the atmosphere at Kool Smiles Candler Road. Dr. Shavonne Owens made my daughter feel very comfortable about her dental health. Dr. Owens is patient and has a gift with working in Children Dentistry. They don't over book and take care of each child's needs on an individual basis. Great job....KOOL SMILES!!!

Moving forward if u have a new patient/parent that has never been to a kool smiles dentist office before and u call there child to the back to be exam a choice needs to be given to the parent if they want to be there while their child is being examed period I have that right you don't just tell the parent their not needed. Not cool I need to be able to ask question and express concern while the FIRST never exam here is being done! Or at least explain the process to a first time patient/parent!

The staff was excellent. I came in for an emergency and even though they were fully booked they fit my son in with no problem. We were in and out with a procedure done in an hour and a half. Dr.Kadree and Lakesha T were on it. Thanks

Mrs Owens and Mrs Brown makes it such a easy experience. The way they cater to any questions, and make sure the kids are comfortable while they do what they do. My son was so relax during the process. And they get 2 thumbs up.

They were very quick and the staff was very nice and accommodating. My son was scared to get his teeth cleaned and they were patient with him. I appreciated that.

I always enjoy my visits to Kool Smile. I like that it caters to my whole family and the fact that they have a clean playground for my youngest makes it easier to break her in when it's her turn. The staff is great, friendly, and professional. I love Ms. Brittany E. she makes me very comfortable and always handle me with care. I look forward to being consulted by her. My doctor is always warm and thorough which is why even though I now love across town, I still make the trip to the Decatur location. Kudos to Brittany Ewing and Dr. Daniels.

I have found the place where I can bring ALL the children at the same time. Keeps me from having to take too much time away from work. However expect a little wait not long though.

Mrs. Brown was very nice and helpful. Everytime I come and I have her I never have a problem at all.

Great visit today at Kool smiles. The doctors where awesome Dr. Zoe and Dr. Brown made my son so comfortable for treatment. Both doctors encourage my son to take better care of his teeth. Less candy more fruits and plenty of water.

I was advised to schedule my son for an appointment to have his teeth sealed. I did this and when we got there he was called to the back and quickly sent back out. They stated that his teeth could not be sealed because they had not fully grown out. He was seen 3 weeks before that and seems to me that they would have known that his teeth were not fully grown out. I had to take off work to take him to this appointment.

Dr.Griffith and Assistant Tyeanna was a great doctor I got the best service and they treated me good. Good manners good attitude towards the patients and nice working ethnicity.

I've been coming here for 10 years and I never had an experience like this before. I had this done to me many times before and I dont go every 6 months like I should but I never left in pain before I used to love coming here but the lady who did my cleaning this time was too rough. She put so much pressure on the tools that it would slip off of my tooth and hit my gum. I can't feel my front teeth and my gums are having a burning sensation. Then when she was done she had me waiting with suction tool for over 10 mins nobody was telling me what was going on I was in pain and irritated so I got up and walked out. Went to the front desk to give feedback to the manager and a different lady gon come up and tell us she wasn't done with me and telling her manager that the lady just finished 10 mins ago with my cleaning which was a damn lie and she knew it. I was at the desk for almost 10 mins and before that I was sitting in that damn cleaning chair for over 10 mins while shes while of the nurses that would just walk by me and not tell me anything that's going on. This place changed so much I don't know why but it's not the same safe place that I used to love coming too and I will never be coming back here again nor my family.

I had the worst experience at this office. My child was in pain and they seriously acted as if they had no clue of how to look up appointments, what was being done or how to schedule. The front office gives you bad information, nasty attitudes and basically refused to do their job. I will travel to the Columbus or the Chamblee location to make sure my kids are taken care of. I honestly think they should be retrained for customer service skills 101. Just horrible!!!!!!!!! I give them zero stars. The system made me select one to complete the post.

Ms. Tanna and Dr. YOU did a wonderful job on my baby girl teeth. They definitely made her feel secure and not scared at all for her first time.

Wow, I m super impressed with our experience at this location! The office personnel and dental staff as a whole, were super friendly. My little girl was treated by Dr. Owens and Ms. Chinenye Carter. Both were so kind, patient and accommodating to my daughter. I will definitely be returning for future appointments! Thank you so much.

My children (Ages 4 and 11) had their first visit yesterday and they really enjoyed their experience. My 4 year old son enjoyed the play area in the lobby which took his mind off of it being a dentist visit. Both my children also enjoyed the fact that they were able to sit next to each other while they got their teeth cleaned. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and the dentist were all pleasant and helpful. Overall experience was great.
