Regular problems with reimbursement of medication costs
PNO was once the best health insurance company in the Netherlands. After the merger with? that has changed enormously. Many things go wrong, customer service does not function optimally. They do not honor their agreements and you often have to wait too long for a simple question or reimbursement. I left with a hangover.
Very unclear administration. Collect wrongful claims. Client service now only 9 to 5. The service level has plummeted in a short time. Just left on time / too late
Always well and accurately helped by PNOzorg. For 30 years insured with this company. Sometimes mistakes were indeed made, but this was always handled neatly.
Wrongly deducted money from your account to make a reservation in case the underage child stays with PNO when it comes of age.

I have unbelievable problems with the unkind customer service. A lot goes wrong and sometimes, I admit, my own fault. They make promises that are not fulfilled. Mw 1 says this hr 2 says that. Sometimes 5 to 6 phone calls to solve cases and another story.
App does not work regularly and many errors / or slowness is dealt with with backlog on the administration
Coatings etc are okay but it may cost some.
Writes annual premium while the insurance has already been canceled. Can not be reached by telephone.

My mother has the most comprehensive PNO coverage. In contrast to the policy conditions, PNO refuses to reimburse healthcare costs. Already 3 times called and a different vision by phone every time. The third letter has already been sent. Officially stiff and unreasonable. Takes me a lot of time and annoyance.
For the first time since I have been with PNO, there are so many problems with declaring. It takes a long time, you get different answers by phone and you are ultimately not reimbursed for an unclear reason. So for me the last year at this *** company !!
I have been insured with this company for 5 years. I have changed my supplementary insurance, but I was rejected because my daughter will need braces in the future.
