I had the worst experience at this office. My child was in pain and they seriously acted as if they had no clue of how to look up appointments, what was being done or how to schedule. The front office gives you bad information, nasty attitudes and basically refused to do their job. I will travel to the Columbus or the Chamblee location to make sure my kids are taken care of. I honestly think they should be retrained for customer service skills 101. Just horrible!!!!!!!!! I give them zero stars. The system made me select one to complete the post.
