Moving forward if u have a new patient/parent that has never been to a kool smiles dentist office before and u call there child to the back to be exam a choice needs to be given to the parent if they want to be there while their child is being examed period I have that right you don't just tell the parent their not needed. Not cool I need to be able to ask question and express concern while the FIRST never exam here is being done! Or at least explain the process to a first time patient/parent!
