My children (Ages 4 and 11) had their first visit yesterday and they really enjoyed their experience. My 4 year old son enjoyed the play area in the lobby which took his mind off of it being a dentist visit. Both my children also enjoyed the fact that they were able to sit next to each other while they got their teeth cleaned. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and the dentist were all pleasant and helpful. Overall experience was great.
