I've been coming here for 10 years and I never had an experience like this before. I had this done to me many times before and I dont go every 6 months like I should but I never left in pain before I used to love coming here but the lady who did my cleaning this time was too rough. She put so much pressure on the tools that it would slip off of my tooth and hit my gum. I can't feel my front teeth and my gums are having a burning sensation. Then when she was done she had me waiting with suction tool for over 10 mins nobody was telling me what was going on I was in pain and irritated so I got up and walked out. Went to the front desk to give feedback to the manager and a different lady gon come up and tell us she wasn't done with me and telling her manager that the lady just finished 10 mins ago with my cleaning which was a damn lie and she knew it. I was at the desk for almost 10 mins and before that I was sitting in that damn cleaning chair for over 10 mins while shes while of the nurses that would just walk by me and not tell me anything that's going on. This place changed so much I don't know why but it's not the same safe place that I used to love coming too and I will never be coming back here again nor my family.
