A few issues I have at this location there pretty fast with calling you after you sign in depending on the days or how full it it s both of my kids had a dentist appointment for a cleaning I found out my kids had cavities so I wanted them back as soon as possible so the staff that seen my kids told me what was going on and she was also the same person that scheduled my kids for an appointment that same day she used one of the other staff computer to confirm it the same day so both! My kids were scheduled to come back on the 8th at 2pm I was unaware that my kids appointment needed to be scheduled for a early time no one told me anything no one said anything the appointment was scheduled I came alone way about 40 mins out the way to get told that they can not see my kids and made it seem like I scheduled there appointment on the 8th which I did not! The appointment was scheduled a week and a half ahead of time I was called a liar for what there staff did wrong so the girl that scheduled my appointment I told the front staff that it was her she looked at us and left like it wasn t her fault I m not sure how well these staff connect with each other but u don t put the blame on a customer for something ur staff didn t do right I was called n told of the situation on my way there and I was already there then I was also lied on and the staff said I walked in the door on my phone scheduling my appointment they were so busy that they did not see me sign in they were clearly looking at the wrong person I had to beg them to see at least one of my kids since I was already there for there mixup but I was also called by there office that since I was already there that both of my kids could be seen but as I made my way into the office they didn t wanna see any of them very bad communication I m 7 months pregnant I did my part by bringing my kids at the time I was supposed to to have to sit there and beg for them not to turn me away because I came alone way to bring both my kids there for only one to be seen!!!! I am very upset and hope that there staff get there information together of what was planned and if there s a specific time something needs to be done that the staff notice the customer ahead of time before they come almost a hour out there way just to be sent back home with no real reason!
