We ordered black sofa from their website and on the purchase form, we clearly asked for the item to be left behind the gate when they deliver it. What happened, the delivery had issue and the courier said that Klika didn't communicate the instructions to them, so we had to call Klika so that Klika can then communicate with the courier. But it still didn't work out well. Had Klika take customer inquiry or at least read any messages sent, this wouldn't have happened. If you are looking for seller who has communications and Delivery issue on every step of the way, avoid Klika with all cost.
