Purchased a 3x6 Popup Marquee and took 6 people to set up!!!
Needed it for today for a family function dinner dad's 80th birthday!!
Due to the weather the WHOLE GAZEBO COLLAPSED!!!! and poles
snapped/broke,, contacted warranty but was told its not covered!!
I would have to pay for a replacement frame @ a discounted rate they cannot do anything else!!!!
Very very disappointing for this to have happened on the day of the event!!!
Now @ short notice and @ another extra cost to me I've had to hire a Marquee for the day....

As I'm a manager in the retail industry, on behalf of the company i work for ill be advising our management team to NOT have anything to do with the " KLIKA ", company due to very bad service - and warranty etc!!
