I would never recommend doing business with Klika....

I would never recommend doing business with Klika. If l can give a zero rating l would. I recently bought a elliptical trainer and deposited $236 cash. I received the elliptical trainer on December the 20th I assembled it by the 24th of December l realised the machine was jamming and their was no resistance and intensity. I emailed them straight away with video evidence they did not get back to me for a while I had to repeatly email and call them (over six times) they said l can return it after the holiday period. They were closed over the holiday period which ended the 2nd of January 2018. I physically went to the Klika site and manually returned the machine driving approximately an hour to get there. The manager originally refused to see me. I had to stay and wait over an hour finally she came she said she tried the machine and nothing was wrong with it. She was not willing to speak or negotiate with me, she told she was not willing to give me a cash refund. She was rude and placed her hand in front of my face saying no refund l found this confronting. My brother had to call and speak to some else from the Klika company on the phone to negotiate a deal that within seven days of testing the machine they will reply and decide if to give me a refund but they can not give me the money right away even though I am physically their. I will notify you how that goes. I would not recommend purchasing from Klika as it is impossible to get a full cash refund. It is better to go to a well known website that is lenient to returns and refunds as when you spend money at Klika if your not satisfied with the product you will not get a cash refund. So you will be a wasting your time, money, effort all you will have for it is a faulty product.
