I see it, I like it, I want it, I DONT got it because it's overpriced af and my wife don't got money to throw around

Very Very Disappointed in my entire experience at Kleinfields. From the first appointment too picking up my dress 1 year later. My first appointment at Kleinfields I was so excited to having the opportunity to have the option of getting my dress from them. When I walked in beautiful place. And I waited for the lady who was going to help me and she walked out she was extremely nice. But when we went to the back to get started they had NO AIR CONDITION. it was extremely HOT. I guess they some problems with the air. I was literally sweating my but off. At that point they should have rescheduled everyone s appointment. I actually blame myself partly for not speaking up and asking to reschedule when they had Air. Anyways even the assistant was hot and she FAINTED!! Horrible. And I felt so rushed !But I did end up picking my dress. Beautiful dress I LOVE IT! So when we sat down to go over everything they didn t explain much on when my dress will arrive or how long it takes or nothing. Once again I should have asked questions but it s not my job too. They should have done it. And the accessories DONT be fulled they are crazy expensive and they are not refundable if you change your mind.
So from July 2017 until May 2018 I had no clue on when my dress will come. Hello I need alterations done they don t think of that. They gave me no updates I had to reach out to them constantly. And I got promises on I will contact you once I know more NOT. DIDNT receive any email or phone responses.
So finally I got my text 1 year later my dress arrived. My friend and I came to back New York and picked it up. Well I had a appointment at 11am I was late which was on me but BUT. LOL They had so many women waiting to try on and pick up so crowded disorganized. I finally went into the room to try my dress on, Omg my dress was beautiful but i had ordered a hair piece and straps. Of course I had to ask for them they seem to look clueless on that. They finally had them. So I had came back to pick up my dress because I m doing alterations at home. OMG HORRIBLE. I didn t want my hair piece anymore because crazy expensive once again my fault for picking it. But no refunds for a hair piece REALLY? Ridiculous. Anyways she was going to let me exchange for another hair piece and shoes. I felt extremely rushed. So you expect me to pick my wedding shoe in what 20mins. Lol Horrible. I ended up keeping my hair piece. So once I was almost done they didn t really have my straps they was clueless. And the girl blamed me at first on taking them without signing off on them. The entire time they were behind my dress. And the lady was supposed to had done a final check. Yeah right!! FINAL CHECK MY A... lol Horrible and the lady who does the final payment seems to HATE HER JOB. She just looked so unhappy and for a place who sells wedding dresses you would think she would have a better attitude. But I m done now I ended my Horrible experience with Kleinfields with my beautiful beautiful WEDDING DRESS!! That s the only reason they got 1 star I got my dream dress. So of course DO NOT GO HERE!! It was every woman's dream come true! I was like a kid in the candy store. Wedding dresses and accessories galore. So much selection! So much attention to detail! I felt like a princess. I met the designer of my gown, Hayley Paige!!! She is as cute and glamorous as her dresses. I said, "YES" to the dress and can't wait to wear it down the aisle! YOU MUST GO. The experience itself was worth it.

I had the BEST time at Kleinfeld! It was everything I dreamed of and more! Even better than what you see on tv! My consultant Morgan was amazing! She was so friendly and kind and really knew her stuff. She pulled so many great dresses for me! She also found me the perfect veil! I really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her! The salon is gorgeous! I was so wowed and awestruck the entire time. There are so many gorgeous dresses to choose from in a wide variety of price points. I was in the back area rather than the main salon, but actually loved that because it felt private and I felt so special having that whole area to myself! Everyone was so friendly, even the ladies cleaning the bathroom and working security were so wonderful! I got to meet some of the cast of the show and got to live out my Say Yes to the Dress dreams! You have to go to Kleinfeld, it s so so special!!!

I watch the show and I want to go so bad...if only I could go. I design dresses I want penina tornia to make a dress based off one of my designs. I love THE WHOLE TEAM ESPECIALLY RANDY!!! AND HIS RULES ARE THE BEST!!! STAY STRONG RANDY

My daughter went to your bridal shop today. What should have been a great day turned into a disaster due to her experience with her bridal consultant. My daughter is gorgeous, graceful, in great shape. She was told repeatedly that the dresses she wanted to try on would not fit her which was just an excuse to try and steer her to a dress she showed a remote interest in.

Friendly staff and huge selection of dresses. Be prepared to wait a bit past your appointment time. Recommend coming with specific dresses in mind to try on to optimize the time.

Beautiful building outside to the inside. Greeted professionally and informative. Was there for my niece who was looking for a plus size wedding dress. Not enough selection. Though she picked the dress she wanted from seeing online months ago. So she is happy. As for the staff, not dressed New York savvy...looking around only few had a polished look. Not an easy job to satisfy brides and their family and they know how to move it along nicely. Impressive business.

The customer service is awful... they did not care that my dress was over a month late in getting to me. I reached out multiple times to check when my dress was coming in and had to continuously reach out just to get a response from someone. I paid extra for special length and had to get a rush alteration to take 5 inches off. The dress was beautiful but was not worth the hassle. I would recommend supporting a smaller bridal shop.

I went to Kleinfeld Bridal with hopes of it being everything I've always heard it would be. And unfortunately, it was the WORST experience I could ever imagine. The woman who helped me was an older woman named Judith and quite frankly, it is time for her to retire.

I explained to her that I was struggling with finding a dress and wanted to come to Kleinfelds since they were supposed to be the "experts." Once she heard that I wasn't sure what I was looking for, she did not want to help me at all. She showed me about two dresses on her own and when I explained to her what I liked and didn't like about the dresses, she proceeded to mock me and talk about me to an intern that was shadowing her. She actually even went to the extent of making me go into their back room and pull dresses by myself because she just couldn't be bothered. When I did find a dress that I somewhat liked, she made me put it on all by myself and just stood there and watched as I fell all over it trying to put it on. Once I eventually got the dress on, she refused to clip it for me. She said they weren't allowed to, and when she saw my utter disbelief in that statement, she then proceeded to pull out the clips and do so.

When she brought me out onto the floor, I told her that I did like the dress and asked if I could see a veil with it. She brought out the woman who only does veil and that woman picked out a veil I really liked. When we asked how much the veil was Judith told me it was $4,000. I told her that was out of my budget and then she goes, "oh wait, it's $1,500." What kind of game is it that they are playing at Kleinfelds? That's a HUGE difference in price!!

So great, I tried one one dress that I liked and asked Judith if she could find me other dresses that are similar now that we found a style I was happy with. Her response? "No." Yup, a big flat-out no. So I traveled all the way to what is supposed to be the most "successful bridal salon in the world" and was only able to try on one dress?! That's absurd!

I caused such a scene and they truthfully did not care one bit and let me walk out the door. Everything happens for a reason though because I ended up going to another bridal salon and finding the perfect dress. I did follow through and called up the owner of Kleinfelds, Ronnie Rothstein and he was just as arrogant and nasty as the woman who helped me. I don't know who they think they are but that is NOT a way to treat a customer. I am BEYOND happy that I did not give my business to a store, an owner, an employee who is as rude as they are.

Brides, beware. You only get married once (hopefully) and this is NOT the experience you want. It's all a show on that "Say Yes to the Dress" because Kleinfelds is NOT what it's made out to be on TV. Not worth your time. Not worth your money. Not worth your stress. I cannot believe they are even still in business. Ronnie/Kleinfelds, you guys are dealing with brides and are supposed to make them feel so special when they came in and you made me walk out crying. Great job!! P.S. This isn't the first bad review I've heard of about this store and won't be the last. I will make sure everyone I know hears about how terrible your service was and will make sure all of my friends (who are at the age of getting married/engaged) do not give you their time or business.

They have a huge selection of dresses and the staff are all extremely professional, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for you. I went through 13 different dressed before finding the one I loved and bought. I would make sure to make your dress buying appointment months in advance though because they book up quickly

The tailoring service was also on point and they did a fantastic job with my dress with altering it and figuring out how to bustle it.

Had a great experience. Came to my appointment not expecting to find a dress since it was my first time trying wedding dresses on. My consultant was Paula and she made me feel so comfortable and gave really great feedback. I had a lower budget compared to what you see on the show. Paula stuck to my budget and helped me find a beautiful dress. So excited for my alterations !!

I was very nervous for my appointment, and it didn't help that I was running late due to events out of my control. I read so many reviews on here and figured I wouldn't find my dress, would be judged for my budget <$2000), and so forth. To my surprise, I said yes to the dress and had an amazing experience! My consultant was Farrah and she was spectacular! She was understanding, reassuring without being pushy, not judgmental, and so kind. Despite running late she took so much time to find as many dresses in my style and price range (which was shockingly more than anticipated), I believe even running over my allotted time, but she never rushed me. I've been to 5 other stores ranging from consignments, boutiques, and family owned bridal shops and felt either rushed or pushed into a dress. The store is definitely posh, with gorgeous dresses and very close knit mirrors to other brides, but you still get your moment. The staff at the front desk and "check out" were friendly, however as a bride you want everyone to have a reaction as you walk down with a gorgeous dress or stare at yourself in the mirror, however the staff that walked by (including some famous television personas) were quiet and a bit stand offish. Do not expect the sample dresses to be in perfect condition, many were tattered, frayed, and very worn. Overall, I am happy that I chose to go to Kleinfelds and am a Kleinfeld bride.

Gorgeous dresses, amazing staff, relaxed atmosphere, no pressure. Pricing for all budgets. Only too one visit for my daughter to say Yes to the Dress!!!! Seamstress DLo, youngest one there was born to do what she does!! Amazing experience!! We pick up the most gorgeous Wedding Gown this Saturday!!Thank you Kleinfelds....the best by far!!

The bridal salon set up was beautiful. Nice open areas with private changing rooms. I liked the displaying platforms in front of the enormous mirrors. They have a large selection of dresses in the show room and then in back.
But when I couldn't say "Yes to the dress", my sales associate went from moderately nice to slamming the door behind her each time she walked in and out of my room. When I said there were 2 gowns that I like but I wanted to bring in my family (who are out of town) for their opinion, her response was, "In my experience, if a bride doesn't buy a dress on the same day she sees it, she won't buy it." Then more slamming the door as she walked out so we (my friends and I) could think about it. Upon returning, she asked again, "So are you going to say "Yes to the dress"? Her fake smile was fading fast. I would not recommend this experience to anyone considering the many more pleasant bridal salons in the city.

I have changed my thinking at last minute because I almost get my dress here. Kleinfeld enjoys a big name about its beautiful dresses but also Vera Wong does, so I visited both. I would recommend to make sure which one is more alike your style because both cost almost the same. Yet, I am not sure who I will use. I love both Kleinfeld and Vera Wang.

I don t even know where to begin with my Kleinfeld experience. It couldn t have been more perfect.

I admit, I scrolled through some of these reviews on Friday and I started to get a little nervous. I read stories of girls who were sizes 14 and up who were told they couldn t be helped or nothing was in their size. I read stories of girls who had modest budgets who felt rushed through their appointments in order to usher in girls with higher budgets and more opportunity for commission so I had my apprehensions before my appointment on Sunday.

I experienced NONE of the above. Paula was my consultant and I have nothing but the best things to say about her. I read reviews that recommend emailing in your favorites dresses ahead of your appointment. I looked on Kleinfeld s website for dresses in my budget range that I liked and sent them in. Paula had them in hand, printed out, and ready to go when she introduced herself to myself and my mom.
She used the favorites as a guide map helping her to pull dresses she thought fit my styles and silhouettes that fell within my budget.

2 of the first 3 dresses she pulled were MAGICAL. They were my two favorite dresses I tried on all day (tried on 7 total). They were so different but both so perfect. Nothing was beating these top 2 dresses.
I didn t expect to buy a dress at Kleinfeld. It was my first time trying on dresses, so I thought I d just get my feet wet and figure out what I liked but once I tried on those amazing 2 dresses Paula found for me, I knew it would be impossible to leave without one of them.

Paula was respectful of my budget, jumped to pull additional dresses for me whenever I was feeling eh about what I had on, and didn t make us feel rushed at all. And as a woman who normally wears a dress size 14, I was never made to feel large or like I couldn t fit in the samples. Paula masterfully created what we joked and called an art project of bands and clips across my back to make sure each sample dress fit me as close to the way it would in my actual size.

She used a few psych tricks to help me figure out which of the top 2 dresses was the one . She recommended second dates with each of them to figure out which of them made me feel most beautiful and most like myself. She even held one up in front of me while wearing the other so I could close my eyes and see them on back to back.

But when I finally put the one on for a second time and walked out to the showroom, I knew that was my dress. It was a true fairytale moment with veils, hair pieces, and tears for me & mom. Paula asked me the famous question and I was SO glad to say yes at Kleinfeld.

If you re from out of town and you re weary of traveling to NYC for fittings, ask your consultant about shipping to your state. We re having my dress shipped to PA (where taxes are actually cheaper so we re saving a few bucks) and having it altered at a local bridal salon.

THANK YOU PAULA and thank you Kleinfeld. My experience lived up to the hype and yesterday was a day my mom & I won t ever forget.

We found my sisters wedding dress here and it was a great experience. She fell in love with her dress and it made her wedding perfect.

Brenda was AWESOME!! She was energetic, knowledgeable, helpful, and worked really hard to make sure my sister and her bridesmaids were satisfied with the dresses they chose!

Nice selection of gowns but absolutely abysmal service.

The staff are incredibly accommodating when you first get in to try gowns and are deciding to purchase one. After that, getting a hold of them is a nightmare.

No one ever answers the customer service line (they will frequently put you on hold for fifteen minutes and then hang up). I had to escalate to a supervisor using the emergency line (in fairness, Jessie was incredibly helpful).

For the margins that they command, one would expect a better level of service.

My bridal consultant, Kelsey, was beyond amazing and made my experience at Klienfeld absolutely magical! She explained every dress and possible alterations to a T and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She really cared about More

I am so excited to have ended 2017 by finding and purchasing the wedding dress of my dreams!!!!! All thanks to the beautiful and phenomenal Candace! Candace made me feel so welcomed, she encouraged me to be honest, didn't rush me encouraged me to try other options until she picked out THEE ULTIMATE DRESS! My family visibly noticed a difference in my smile when I tried on the dress Candace picked out for me! I had such an amazing and memorable experience at Kleinfeld! Thank You Candace for helping me, encouraging me and simply paying attention to my needs and wants even when I wasn't so verbal about them lol! I couldnt have asked for a better way to end 2017!!!!!!

I went with my granddaughter to pick out her wedding dress and was totally shocked by the great service the array of dresses that they offer and I didn't know that this was the establishment that is on TV. It was such a fun day I highly recommend for the brides-to-be. A must.

Said yes to my dress at Kleinfeld, and it was all thanks to Shay! He could not have been more wonderful to work with. In addition to showing me styles I thought I liked going in, he used his expert eye, and chose a dress that I never would have thought of for myself and absolutely knocked it out of the park. It's truly a work of art. Every step of the way he made me feel incredible - he has the best energy and truly cares for his brides. If you need a dress, Shay should be your first and only stop. I honestly can't thank him enough

Not to be the super basic girl I am, but I had an amazing experience and was so glad to have made the trip up to NYC...all the way from Colorado.
Kira was my consultant and she listened to exactly what I wanted and pulled everything I took pictures of, even though some said out of stock online. I was thrilled.
It was really crowded, but that didn't make me feel like I had any less attention.
There are so many options and the show room is gorgeous. I would have loved to have perused the accessories more, but it's probably better that I didn't.
I did say yes to the dress and I couldn't be happier with my pick. Kira was awesome!

I got the dress of my dreams, end of story! But so much went in to that dress, and I have the team at Kleinfeld to thank for it! It all started when I met Diane, who dared to put me in a dress I felt I was so not worthy of, but she knew it would be the one. First time was the charm (although she showed me some other dresses and let me try and whatever I wanted, we knew the first one was the one)!

The magic really came from Loretta in alterations. She was a master of her craft and worked to make that dress fit me like a glove. She nipped and tucked it in all the right places, and in spots I wouldn t even have thought to touch but made such a difference in the end!

I am truly grateful to the staff at Kleinfeld for being such an huge part of my big day! Thank you!

I booked an appointment at Kleinfeld after going to another bridal boutique twice. I m 6 1 and finding a wedding dress that was long enough was a lil rough, on top of the fact I was behind schedule (my wedding is in aug) I had Ingrid and her intern Jessica and they were so helpful. I ended buying a dress that was discontinued at a great price. The customer service was awesome. Should ve just came here 1st

I had the most fantastic experience at Kleinfeld! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I was looking for and under my price point.

Being at Kleinfeld is a cool experience if you watch the show, but I wasn't happy with my experience and definitely wouldn't go back. I had driven 3 hours, had bridesmaids visit from out of state for the visit, my budget was $3,000, and I tried on 3 dresses total. I was in and out within 25 minutes because "that's all they had for me". My whole group was shocked at the experience. I think I made the mistake of telling my consultant that it was my first day looking, so she probably assumed I wasn't going to purchase that day. I had shown her 2 photos of Hayley Paige gowns and wasn't shown any, or anything close. I just couldn't believe that with the selection they supposedly have, they only had 3 dresses to show me. Upon leaving I was told she would write down the styles I tried on incase I wanted to come back for them, I looked at the card later that day and realized she only wrote the designers, no details, no specifics, nothing else. I was dumbfounded. Pretty upset, but it worked out okay in the end, I visited a bridal boutique local to me and found my dream dress for half the price!

When you walk into Kleinfeld, you get the kind of experience that every bride expects to get as she nears her wedding day. The salespeople are kind and really listen to what you are asking for, and the selection is vast enough that you will probably find what you are looking for. For me, the most magical part of picking out my wedding dress was meeting my dress designer, Pnina Tornai, who helped me custom design my veil and pick a belt for my dress. I would highly recommend Kleinfeld to other brides, if for nothing more than the great customer service you will receive at this store. You will be happy to say that you are a Kleinfeld bride!

Getting my wedding dress at Kleinfeld was a dream come true. I first visited in June 2018. I told my attendant what I was looking for and it was like she read my mind because the second dress I tried on was the one! I came back for three fittings (April, May and June 2019) and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I was lucky enough to receive Avalon as my seamstress and she could not be more amazing. Her attention to detail, warmth and expertise is second to none. I got so many compliments on the day of my wedding and felt like a princess!

Went there during weekend , it was so many brides waiting at entrance , have to wait a bit . But sales consultant is good , she was patient and try to fit into our venue and budget , but need time to think about it .

Meh.. it s a beautiful place for sure, but not at all what I expected from watching the show. The room I was in was in a hallway of multiple rooms. I m glad I only brought one person with me, because there wouldn t have been room for anyone else. My consultant was very sweet, but I did feel pretty rushed and like I didn t have many options. I was shown a few dresses, based on what I said I liked in pictures but that was it. I wasn t in love with any of them and instead on them working to find something I would love like you see on the show, it was more of an eh, these are the options you ve got so... type of feel. I didn t leave with a dress, I ended up getting one from a local boutique that actually had more dresses for me to try on and more time for me. I think it may have went better if I wasn t expecting an above and beyond type of experience.

I loved the program and Randy. I always watch the ideal dress show on the H&H channel TV, and my dream is when I'm getting married, I'm going to buy myself an amazing, perfect dress for me, with Randy's help, because he knows everything brides like. There are many beautiful dresses, it is the best bridal shop.

The hype is well deserved. What more can I say? Amazing service, gorgeous gowns.

I had an A-MA-ZING experience at Kleinfeld on 6/20/19! Kayla and Anne were sooo patient, kind and helpful!! They were also very professional and personable, making my 1st wedding dress appointment lots of fun and joyful. The dress selections are plentiful and gorgeous! The store itself is also beautiful! I highly recommend Kleinfeld for all brides to be!

Joel!! Joel!! Joel!! Remember the name!! Request the best!! He was everything and I mean everything and more!! My friend Amanda went looking for her dress with a strict budget and he found it!! I can not believe we were able to find it in one visit!! I will say that they should have a confetti gun for when the dress is found but besides that it was a wonderful experience that he gave us!! Which excites me all the more for when I go look for my dress!!

The staff was very nice and made my wedding dress shopping experience a breeze. The tailoring staff was also very friendly. If you are an out of town bride using them for tailoring, be prepared for last minute travel as they won't allow you to make all your fitting appointments before hand. I would sometimes have only 2 weeks before my next appointment which was inconvenient when booking flights.

Went a few weeks ago to help a friend try on dresses and it was not a great place. They make you feel super uncomfortable and they rush you to try on dresses. The experience was horrible, the workers pretty much say everything you want to hear instead of the truth.

Took gf to see since she watches the show on tv and she really enjoyed seeing everything!

Not really impressed. The service wasn't very personal

Our experience was very positive! This was my first time looking at wedding dresses with my daughter and it was a bit overwhelming. We also were sharing a small mirrored area with another bride and her very extended family as well as the taping of the show. Unlike what others have said, our price range was respected and style wise we were able to get a sense of what worked and didn't. Ultimately, the dress my daughter preferred was one third of our budget.

After a week or two of consideration, my daughter had visited two other bridal shops as they had trunk shows for two designers she likes. Our experiences at these shops was nothing special. In fact, they had the same dress my daughter liked at Kleinfelds as part of the trunk show, at ten percent off. Except that the price was higher than Kleinfelds! So after it was "discounted" it was the same price.

In any event, the preferred dress which we were now definitly going to buy from Kleinfelds, was still number one, but there were some second thoughts. Both of us had seen it pop up on other brides (because it is a beautiful, well priced dress) on social media. From Facebook I could see that a friends's daughter wore the same Maggie Sottera last week! I never thought it was quite as special as my daughter did any way and was glad that she was open to kicking up the game.

So we made a second appointment at Kleinfelds and had an even better experience! My daughter knew exactly the style dress she wanted, The consultant took us around the floor, rather than just bringing us dresses.
She listened hard to what my daughter wanted, and found us the perfect dress! A more special, refined version of the favorite, still within our budget. My other daughter joined us on FaceTime for the final decision and we all had a lot of fun asking the bride to be the big question! I give Debbie a lot of credit for making this FUN and not rushing or pressuring us in any way. I felt that we had a very personal experience, and great service with talented consultants. And as we found out, the prices are as good or better than you will find elsewhere. The experience at Kleinfelds exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful time at Kleinfelds! You are treated exactly as the girls are on the show, "Say Yes to the Dress." The staff really understands body types and are great at pulling pieces that compliment your shape. Even though they are busy, you do not feel rushed! Rosario was the woman who helped me. We talked for a few minutes and she left to pull dresses. She did a fantastic job listening to what I had said. All of the dresses she pulled were gorgeous and flattering. All of the parts of my body that were "worry zones" looked great in the pieces she pulled. She helped me complete the look with veils, and accessories so I did not have to imagine the full look. Nor did I have to ask for these things, she just anticipated it. It really was a wonderful experience. I am so happy to have chosen my dress at Kleinfelds!

I have been watching this show for years just seeing how they treat their customers makes me feel happy and I think I want to go there if I was geting married like I think if I told them what my style was I think that they would find the perfect fit for me so I won't have to keep on going and finding a dress for my wedding

So many dresses to choose from how do you just choose one? Well thats why I choose two dresses. One I wore for my ceremony and one for my reception. The ladies are very helpful in the salon and the seamstress does perfect work.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Wide range of beautiful wedding dresses to please any brides dream and at price ranges for all. Gets crowded and busy so don't expect quiet and private, but everyone we encountered was super nice and helpful. Our attendant Michelle was great at helping our bride figure out just what she wanted.

I went as a Brides Maid to help my Best Friend say Yes to the Dress. This was the 2nd store that we had gone to and it lived up to every moment of the show and 'hype." Everyone was very professional, curious, and engaging with her. We here allowed to take pictures and suggest certain things for Her to try on. There was alot of foot traffic on the main floor, but with that being said alot of the other consultants were interactive as well. Pnina Was there doing a consultation as well as The Sales Manager and several consultants you would recognize from TV. They were all very personable and took time to say hi. There were clientele from all budgets and body figures there in the show room and everyone was very content and smiling. In fact I believe that all 7 Brides all wound up saying yes during that hour that we were there.

As far at the facility goes, the outside holds the rustic NYC look but don't let that fool you. The inside is most definitely new and lux for a Bridal shop.

Everyone was super helpful and super nice!!!! There s a girl named Ashley who made my wedding possible!!!!! Thanks to her, my dress made it JUST on time, and of course fit perfectly. I couldn t have asked for a better and easier experience!!!! Thank you for all your help!!

A bride factory. People were taking photos out front as me and my family tried to enter. As soon as you go, they start pushing their invitations and hotel blocks and whatever else services on you. Really depends on who you get for your consultant.

Lisa's an amazing consultant. It has been the most fantastic experience. Not any pricier than anyplace else but tons to select from. Have been there several times and it was the most fun I've had in ages

Kleinfeld is the mecca of bridal. If you want to be overwhelmed by selection and style, go to Kleinfeld. There are over 1500 dresses to try and select from. The consultants listen and try to deliver your bridal desires within your budgetary needs. They have a department for veils and bridal accessories like shoes, belts jewelry. If you are a Pnina fan, the boutique is a must see. The weekends are crowded and super busy. If you can, schedule your appointment for a weekday.

I thought it would be a cliche, but they truly are magical! They know what they are doing and they make you feel like 100 million bucks! (Not sharing any photos because I don't want my fiance seeing my dress )

An amazing experience. The dress I chose the second one I tried on. My friends and family got. To sit in the filming area. They had a blast. I never felt pressured to get a dress and my stylist stuck to my budget.
