Nice selection of gowns but absolutely abysmal service.

The staff are incredibly accommodating when you first get in to try gowns and are deciding to purchase one. After that, getting a hold of them is a nightmare.

No one ever answers the customer service line (they will frequently put you on hold for fifteen minutes and then hang up). I had to escalate to a supervisor using the emergency line (in fairness, Jessie was incredibly helpful).

For the margins that they command, one would expect a better level of service.
