Our experience was very positive! This was my first time looking at wedding dresses with my daughter and it was a bit overwhelming. We also were sharing a small mirrored area with another bride and her very extended family as well as the taping of the show. Unlike what others have said, our price range was respected and style wise we were able to get a sense of what worked and didn't. Ultimately, the dress my daughter preferred was one third of our budget.

After a week or two of consideration, my daughter had visited two other bridal shops as they had trunk shows for two designers she likes. Our experiences at these shops was nothing special. In fact, they had the same dress my daughter liked at Kleinfelds as part of the trunk show, at ten percent off. Except that the price was higher than Kleinfelds! So after it was "discounted" it was the same price.

In any event, the preferred dress which we were now definitly going to buy from Kleinfelds, was still number one, but there were some second thoughts. Both of us had seen it pop up on other brides (because it is a beautiful, well priced dress) on social media. From Facebook I could see that a friends's daughter wore the same Maggie Sottera last week! I never thought it was quite as special as my daughter did any way and was glad that she was open to kicking up the game.

So we made a second appointment at Kleinfelds and had an even better experience! My daughter knew exactly the style dress she wanted, The consultant took us around the floor, rather than just bringing us dresses.
She listened hard to what my daughter wanted, and found us the perfect dress! A more special, refined version of the favorite, still within our budget. My other daughter joined us on FaceTime for the final decision and we all had a lot of fun asking the bride to be the big question! I give Debbie a lot of credit for making this FUN and not rushing or pressuring us in any way. I felt that we had a very personal experience, and great service with talented consultants. And as we found out, the prices are as good or better than you will find elsewhere. The experience at Kleinfelds exceeded my expectations.
