The customer service is awful... they did not care...

The customer service is awful... they did not care that my dress was over a month late in getting to me. I reached out multiple times to check when my dress was coming in and had to continuously reach out just to get a response from someone. I paid extra for special length and had to get a rush alteration to take 5 inches off. The dress was beautiful but was not worth the hassle. I would recommend supporting a smaller bridal shop.
