Honestly I wish I could give Zero Stars. They are great until you get the dress and something is wrong with it. My dress got all messed up the dimensions were all wrong and they are saying it is my fault. It was so bad I had to buy a new dress because my family wouldn't let me walk down in the dress we purchased. I had to get a sample off the rack dress 2 weeks before my wedding. Now in a battle with them about morals and right and wrong.
You would be better at David's bridal at least you know what your getting there. You will just get swallowed by this Bridal Monster the Kleinfeld name has become. I say NO to the Dress and the PLACE
I like because I am Concierge and deal young ladies from other part country and my on granddaughter who got her dress from their we love it.

I Went To Kleinfelds And All I Got Was This Tiny Water Bottle
My consultant, Leann, seemed sweet but she did not listen to me or my bridesmaids at all. We continued to tell her we wanted to see pink and other colored dresses and every time she left and came back she brought only white dresses! And not even ones which could be made pink! I would point out elements I didn't like and she would continue to bring dresses with those same elements.
The atmosphere was very loud inside and I am hard of hearing in loud environments and it was very distracting and hard to focus. Lots of other customers talking loudly, cheering and yelling "woo" there were just far too many people in there. My dressing room didn't even have a ceiling so it was no respite.
The appointment flew by as it became obvious that my consultant didn't get what I wanted. I find it hard to believe that with the "biggest selection of dresses" they didn't have a single pink dress in store. Meanwhile we had an appointment the same day at Lovely Bride NYC and it was fantastic and I found at least 5 dresses I liked more than the best one I was shown at Kleinfelds. The service and atmosphere were great and the consultant nailed my style immediately.
Kleinfelds has such a reputation and my appointment was a huge let down. At least my bridesmaids had me laughing to tears over jokes about the dresses being the opposite of what we asked for. I'm giving 2 stars because no one was rude and I did have fun making most of a bad time, even if the appointment was completely pointless.

I went in to my appointment thinking that I wouldn't find my wedding dress here but that I was just going for the experience. Sherry was my consultant and she was beyond amazing. She pushed me outside of my comfort zone to find the right silhouette for my body type and helped me to find the wedding dress of my dreams! I never felt rushed or was treated differently because my budget was on the lower end of the spectrum. I want to thank Sherry my consultant and everyone else that helped me out at Kleinfeld for their knowledge and expertise as well as the stellar treatment!! I would go back and do it 500x over again!

It s a Dream place to go in, the Reputation they have is impeccable. When we were there we did see 2 sale s people being aggressive and rude to the ladies there, but our experience was not theirs so I cannot post a review about their experience only ours!

Great overall experience! I ended up finding my dress here in January. My bridal consultant was very helpful and even helped me change aspects and visualise my dress. My one concern was another lady was shadowing her for some sort of performance review which was fine, but there felt like some tension between them.
I would still recommend Kleinfeld to anyone looking for the bridal experience.

So I half recommend and half don t recommend if that makes sense. I had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress and for the first two fittings! Everyone was super accommodating and helpful.
However during my final fitting/pickup yesterday, I had a completely different experience, which really frustrated me. During my final fitting, the seamstress and I agreed that she would sew a bit more lace on to the neckline of my dress, otherwise it was perfect. She indicated that it would be ready by 3pm (it was 1030am at that point). I was thankful and appreciative since I live over 2 hours away and would be driving home after. So my mother and I went for lunch and coffee and a bit of shopping to kill some time before pick up.
Around 2pm we went back to Kleinfeld and hung out until 3 when I was informed it would be ready. Nothing. 3:15 I checked with the desk and they stated that it was being pressed and steamed and would be out shortly. 3:30 they indicated a manager was looking it over and it would be complete soon. 3:45 I asked and they said a manager was looking at it (again?) . 4...nothing....420...nothing...430 a sales associate comes out and says uh the director of alterations is coming to talk to you I asked if the dress had gotten messed up and she stared at me like a deer in headlights.
The director of alterations came out and said that essentially the seamstress messed up and that she put all these hooks in the dress that shouldn t have been there. I had to try on the dress yet again and now they have to fix what they screwed up. Thankfully the dress was done by 5, however then I sat in traffic for several hours and was completely frustrated.
My actual issue is that if the dress was to be done and in my hands at 3pm, why didn t they realize they screwed up until 4:30? While the director of alterations was apologetic and did reimburse us for parking, unfortunately this really ruined the whole picking up the dress experience. While I had an excellent experience shopping, I would caution people on having their alterations done at Kleinfeld.

They really make you feel Royal. The service, the Kleinfelds' bottles. Lovely place. The dresses are beautiful! A must experience. I went with my girlfriend's and it was fun.

The Associates there were so helpful, friendly, genuine and full of energy. Their selection of wedding dresses were amazing. I highly recommend this place to shop for a wedding dress.
Iconique shop to go in New-York. Sober on the outside, but it's a really big store inside on multiple level. Good service, but you still have a timeframe to respect. Great range of price and style. We bought a dress for my wife and the designer was also there, so she could speak with her and consult on things. The delivery time was respected and they were no major issues with the dress. Only glad that everything went well at our dream wedding dress shop.
I dreamt that I was going to "Say Yes to the Dress" but I was left with nightmares.
I traveled from out of state like many Brides to Be because we were impressed by the television show.
The salon is beautiful, the receptionist is a dear, the consultants (Morgans) were nice, the other staff members I encountered made me sick to my stomach.
The Morgans assisted me briefly, I hope to the best of their abilities.
I have a healthy budget similar the Brides to Be featured on the show, but there was nothing they could do for me. I was however allowed to browse some dresses, which were all extremely unattractive, nothing like the pictures I presented. I know that there are dresses in my budget, like the ones in the photographs, because I contacted many boutiques and the actual designers!
The website s FAQ section, says it s not too late to find a gown in less than 4 months (I need a gown in 4 months). The Morgans said that they were not able to find a designer who could get a gown for me within that time frame.
Since they could not help me, they suggested I visit the sample room across the street. This place was horrible, the dresses were disgusting! Not only were they ugly and tattered, how about dirty; not worth $999 more like $9.99.
The employees in the sample room were stank, pretentious, broke, anorexic, bitter etc. They were not friendly, did not make eye contact, and barely spoke to me. In the actual boutique, the employees were not much better, idly standing around, staring at me with daggers in their eyes and talking trash about the customers/staff under their breath. Very unprofessional you all should be polite and at least pretend that you are working when a customer is in sight.
What a waste of time, I traveled hundreds of miles to this store, made an appointment, and did not try on A SINGLE DRESS THERE (size 10-12). I would have paid thousands of extra dollars over my budget to get the dress . I never saw Le Spose Di Gio, Pronovias, Sottero and Midgley nothing that they had online.
Horrible. They pressure you to say yes to the dress, they rush you all the time, every time you go to the store they look at you as if you don't have enough money to buy a dress. They don't make cancellations even there is a pandemic happening, they don't give you the time you deserve, they don't inspire you to choose the dress of your dreams, there are places a thousand times better, don't come here.
I Said Yes to the Dress! Morgan McCullough was my consultant and she was amazing! She brought me all the dresses that I had saved on my phone and a few more! She brought me one dress that I would have never thought of for myself and I ended up saying yes to that dress! Thank you so much for your help Morgan!
If you want to be treated poorly, shown things you specified you did not want, & become so upset you ugly cry in front of your friends and family, go to Kleinfelds.
When I arrived in the store, they appeared to misplace the appointment, but after furnishing a screen shot, I was able to be seen. I was told I would have fewer options in store but would be taken to the sample store across the street due to timeframe. I understood this & waited patiently. Appointment did not start until 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
When I met with Rosaria, my bridal consultant, & her intern I was excited despite the hiccups which had occurred up until that point. We discussed my past experience with other bridal salons, what type of dress I had envisioned, the slim timeframe and the budget. I specified I wanted a simple fit & flare silhouette, no lace, beading, buttons, etc. & a conservative but doable budget. I think when Rosaria heard we wouldn t be spending 10k on a dress, she checked out. Typically your consultant will ask about your wedding, the groom, your story, etc. & she didn t seem interested in any of it. She started to leave to pull some things, but I stopped her to show her pictures from the Kleinfeld website, another thing she didn t ask for.
Another 10 minutes passed while Rosaria went to check what could be rushed. When she and her intern returned, they brought one of the dresses I requested & the rest had lace, sheer panels, and buttons. The first dress sample was so small, I couldn t pull it over my arms. For reference, I m a street size 8, & most samples in 6 other bridal salons fit me, even if they didn t zip all the way in back. Rosaria expected me to make a decision in that condition. I tried on another dress (which again, was not the style I requested) & it fit better. Still being interested in the first one, I asked if they had a bigger size. Rosaria went to find a bigger sample in that dress, but told me to use my imagination & clipped another long sleeve dress to my shoulders. Like this was going to give me a clear picture of what I would look like on my wedding day. Needless to say, I & my family were dumbfounded.
We tried on some more dresses & it was my family who told me to walk around in the dress & look in the big mirror outside. Rosaria didn t arrange the dress, or fluff the train, my best friend did more than she did to help arrange the gown. We finally got the long sleeved dress in a larger size & asked to see a belt, which Rosaria ignored.
Perhaps the most insulting thing which occurred was when I tried on the last dress. I tried on a blush dress which was beautiful, but not my desired silhouette. I was frustrated & starting to get tearful because of this experience. When Rosario saw my face, she made a snide comment; it looks like you re not ready to get married. We were horrified. I explained to Rosaria the dress was a gift from my mother & we were not going to purchase something I was not excited about or felt good in.
I noticed that some of the dresses she had brought initially had disappeared from the dressing room & asked what had happened to them & if I could see anything else. I had noticed other consultants earlier asking about some of the dresses, so I guess they came into our fitting room & took them before I could try them on. Rosaria shrugged her shoulders & said there was nothing else in the store that would fit me. When I went to change, Rosaria said I could look around & see if there was anything I liked because she didn t want me to leave upset. At this point, it was too little too late. After condescending to me & providing poor customer service throughout the hour long appointment (appointments are supposed to be 90 minutes long on Fridays) which I had flown up for, then she was concerned about my feelings? I was never brought to the sample studio. I left feeling more despondent than ever because of how I was treated.
Save your time & money, go somewhere where they will treat you with dignity & they will remember you are the customer & the bride.
The hype is valid. It's the ultimate bridal experience. Candace was an incredible consultant and pulled multiple dresses that I would have gotten married in. Also shoutout to Josephine in alterations!!
Emily is every reason this was such a great experience. She was prepared with what I choose on the site and understood exactly what I thought I was looking for. All of the dresses I choose were a complete horror on me. But she listened to what I didn't like about each one and pulled the perfect dress! As soon as I stepped into it, I knew it was the one. It was the vision I had for myself but could not seem to select. She was also very mindful of the thoughts of my family and friends which really made it more special. Said Yes on my first visit.

My appointment was at 10:30 am , as I walked in with my family members who would be helping me pick my dress, we saw a few groups of woman also waiting for their appointments, 30 minutes later we were greeted by a nice lady who would be helping me pick my dress (forgot her name) , brought me and who ever I chose to come into a private room where I would be changing while my family waited in the big room where all the dresses were at. Asked me my budget, and she definitely made sure to show me what was in my price range, the appointment of 1 1/2 hr kind of felt rushed but I guess that's how it works there since its a popular place . She pulled out about 8-9 dresses, there was 1 that was almost my dress, by Mark....? Whom by the way was present as I tried his designer dress on, it was a lovely dress but just wasnt MY dress! But it was great meeting him. My mother felt that it was too rushed and we kind of didn't get time to think by ourselves and this was true. Regardless to say I ended up saying NO to the dress and I am glad I did because I would have regretted it after ... I feel there was many more dresses I could have been shown in order to find MY dress but the time they give you is just not enough ! I see millions of beautiful dresses online that they have and I can't believe I didn't get to see a lot of them. A bride needs atleast 2-3 hrs to fully try on more dresses and think!

I've been hitting road block after road block with this company. After purchasing my dress, I wanted to talk about a veil, but it was nearly impossible to get into contact with anyone. I didn't purchase the veil the day of because the veil girl was so pushy. There is a lot of discontinuity in their company. They are so large, brides seem to fall through the cracks. Now instead of getting the veil I wanted, I'm getting my second choice, just because I didn't want to rely on them for any other part of my wedding ensemble. If I had it to do again, I would've never purchased my gown from this store. I have so much more to say about getting the fitting scheduled and the confusion between the sales team and now some other agent that is talking to me that I wish I could get all of my money back and start over some where else. It's getting too close to my wedding for that, so I'm stuck. Don't make the same mistake I did. Shop boutiques and local. This store is truly overrated.

KLEINFELD BRIDAL is definitely the place to go to get your wedding gown. They are very professional and make your first time visit special. I had a wonderful experience specially with my bridal gown consulting SARA OMG she is fabulous. I told her exactly the type of style I wanted for my gown and the moment she took out those dresses to try on I knew she got me. Their services are excellent . I can't wait to go again and get my order bridal accessories.
I recently purchased my wedding dress from Kleinfeld's, and I highly recommend them. Jacqueline was amazing! She treated me like I was the most important person in the room, and she ended up pulling the perfect dress for me. I wasn't expecting to buy my dress there, but it was truly a great experience.

Upon my arrival they had accidentally cancelled my appointment. Instead of turning us away which is what I assumed would happen they still made sure I was helped. I had Dianne as my bridal consultant and she was amazing! She was knew my style and didn t waste my time on dresses that I wasn t interested in or out of my price range. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend any bride looking for their dream dress!
Trying on your wedding dress is the day that every girl dreams of.... going to Kleinfeld for mine was my fairytale come true! Lets be honest, wedding dress shopping can be extremely stressful. But I must say, everything about my appointment was perfect from the moment you walk into the door and see the beautiful cherry blossom trees. I was looking for a specific dress and Kleinfeld was the only store that had it. I had one of the last appointments on a Sunday but that didn't stop them from giving exceptional service, even after having 109 appointments. Antonella my bridal consultant and her intern Jenna were the best. They did not pressure me or rush my appointment. Everyone in the store was so friendly and personable and I mean EVERYONE. Dorothy who comes in and sizes you was a sweetheart and really knows her stuff. I am so happy I went to Kleinfeld to SAY YES TO MY DRESS!
I visited about 6-7 bridal shops when searching for my dress and Kleinfeld was by far one of the worst experiences I had. I was so excited to visit the store after watching just about every episode of Say Yes to the Dress. I brought my mom and aunt with me and when it was time for my appointment to begin we were shoved in a fitting room with a couple of chairs in it. The consultant I worked with didn't bother to ask any personal questions to get to know me at all but instead jumped to "what is your budget?" When my mom threw a number out there she claimed all dresses at Kleinfeld started at a higher price point than that but she would see what she could find. Funny thing is that if I found a dress that was way more expensive, I'd be willing to pay for it, but her reaction to the number my mom gave already left a bad taste in my mouth. When she returned with dresses (most of which were even cheaper than the budget price my mom gave) I had to change in front of everyone. I didn't care since it was just my mom and aunt but found it kind of crazy that there was no privacy, element of surprise with me being able to walk out in the dresses, and it was overall uncomfortable to have to change in and out of these large gowns in a small fitting room with 4 other people in there with me (there was a second younger consultant there too.) Once I found a dress I liked, they rushed to put a veil on me, finally let me out of the fitting room onto the main store floor you see in the show and began pressuring me to "say yes to the dress." Once they realized I wasn't totally ready to say yes yet, they very obviously wanted nothing to do with me. By no means was I a difficult bride to work with. I'm actually rather shy and easy going but Kleinfeld really just didn't live up to the hype. I felt like just another girl coming through and when they realized I wasn't going to drop big bucks that day, I didn't matter. My advice to future brides would be to find a smaller bridal shop where you can have a more personal experience. I found my gown at I Do I Do bridal in Morristown, NJ and it was such a wonderful experience!
I had a very positive experience at Kleinfeld. Mindy was my consultant, and it was by far my favorite bridal appointment. Mindy super sweet and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to hone in on my style. I would recommend her to anyone interested in visiting Kleinfeld!
When I scheduled my appointment at Kleinfeld, I wasn't sure what type of experience I was going to have. I wondered if the store was so successful because of the success of the TV show but I am glad to say that the store is successful because of the level of customer service it provides.
During my appointment, I worked with Judith and her intern Rosie to select my wedding dress. They listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a dress. Together, the two of them helped me to find the perfect dress. In fact, going into my appointment, I had concerns that I wouldn't find anything because of how picky I can be, but I ended up falling in love with the second dress I put on. I really wasn't expecting it to be that easy.
Once I had said "Yes" to the dress, Judith brought in the accessory girl who brought in the perfect accessories to compliment my dress. And I totally loved the fact that I didn't have to go searching for the right pieces.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am already looking forward to coming back for a seamless alteration process - ha! get it?! Seamless!
My Kleinfeld experience was like any other. Kiera was my consultant, very very sweet and very warm and made me extremely comfortable in the dressing room. I had the privilege of meeting my dress designer Martine designer of Martina Liana dresses. Absolutely INCREDIBLE. I just had weight loss surgery 10 months ago and lost 120 pounds, so trying on her dresses was a DREAM in itself, but meeting her in person changed my life. The day I had at Kleinfeld was truly a once in a life time opportunity. Martine was an angel on earth. Her team was incredible. I was treated like royalty from the second I walked in, until the second I left. I was not looking to purchase a dress because my wedding is a year and a half away but I have to say, my dress is like nothing ive ever seen before. Thank you Kleinfeld and Mr. Rothstein for a day I will never forget. Im on cloud 9.

I went there last May with no idea what I was looking for, but I had no desire to search every bridal boutique in my area. I figured Kleinfeld's would have enough dresses that I was certain I'd find something. Our sales lady was amazing, we went in the back room and we looked through a bunch of dresses and picked a bunch. By the end of my appointment I had tried on about 7 dresses and ended up buying my first choice dress, which also happened to be on sale for $2,000.00 which is around what I wanted to spend. Very pleased I would recommend them to any bride.

We were worried about the fitting in a couple of weeks. The staff was amazing as usual. They shipped us the dress. I hope we get to take the dress back to NY soon and do alterations. Love these people, they made us so comfortable and came in with a perfect dress and didn t even get to the budget. Wow!!

Future brides! Please take into consideration that this place is a business! They only care about the money you are spending! I went in to kleinfields a month ago and at first i was greeted with smiles, excitement, and welcomed by many people. When the consultant came by it started off great but then it was all down hill from there.
First, i am paying for my whole wedding myself and i can only afford a certain dress. I was not planning on going in there hoping for a miracle i just wanted the experience and boy did i get it. i was laughed at by my consultant about my budget. Then i told her what i was looking for and she pulled nothing i told her about. Then she seemed to push me out the door like i was wasting her time. My appointment was scheduled for 2 hours i was out within 45 minutes. I thought for a store that has so many eyes on them and a reputation to keep, it be more sophisticated and honorable to us brides looking for their dream dress. Unfortunately if you budget is not over $3000 you going to be treated like their sample dresses; just there to fill Space.

I went with my daughterinlaw to be and was disappointed in the quality of service and quality of dresses. The fabrics - so poor. The service individuals were sloppy dresses so poor appearance. What shame.
Just come out of kleinfeld bridal having had a dreadful experience
We traveled all the way from Scotland uk to buy a wedding dress and supposedly say yes to the dress!
On arrival we joined the mass of other people and checked in and were told to check in our coats
We were then left to hang about whilst we waited for our consultant after 10 mins as there was no seating we went to have a look at the accessories we then went back upstairs and all 4 of us squashed into a corner where we waited for another 30 mins finally our consultant arrived. We got plonked on seats and my daughter was taken away to the changing room, my daughter had a very negative experience our whole appointment only lasted 45 mins despite having traveled from uk with an unlimited budget we needless to say left without a dress deeply disappointed and extremely disillusioned by our say yes to the dress experience
Advice to any other brides don t bother wasting your time it s a disappointing upsetting experience

I had the best Kleinfeld experience!! I had Albany as my consultant and she was amazing! I came in with a vision that I wanted for my dress and it ended up being the total opposite of that. Albany kept my confidence up and really knew what dresses would look perfect for me. She nailed it! Now I can call myself a Kleinfeld bride! Who knew we would Say Yes to the Dress during a pandemic?! Kleinfeld staff followed Covid guidelines. We were assisted by Antonella who worked quickly and carried so many dresses in and out of our room until finding the one . We had another appointment scheduled and she suggested that we keep it to make sure and then come back. We were grateful that we were not pressured into an on the spot decision. When we returned the next day, Vanessa did a great job following up! Thank you Antonella and Vanessa for all you did to help us Say Yes !
I would go back again and again and again if I could. The whole process is just an amazing experience. Everyone we encountered from the receptionist, financial office, wedding dress consultant and shipping team made me feel so special and everyone wanted to accommodate me in any way possible. Being a huge fan of "Say Yes to the Dress" for years, I had to come here to purchase my wedding gown! This was the first and only time I went dress shopping - I knew I wouldn't have to go anywhere else. Kleinfelds lived up to every expectation I had - beautiful dresses, great service & THE BEST BRIDAL CONSULTANTS -- mine was Lisa ;)

Debbie was such an amazing consultant. She listened to my budget time of year of my wedding and my overall feel and look I was going for on my wedding day. My wedding is in a old rustic barn in upstate New York in July. Me being super girlie wanted to feel very bridal like without being or not capturing the vibe or my venue. Debbie took her time and explained the entire process to us. I ve watched say yes to the dress growing up as a little girl and requested Debbie as my consultant. She was as kind on the show as she was to me. She made my family and I feel like the only ones in klenfields. I did not think I would get my dress here but was blown away with the gown I picked.

My consultant Sherry was The Best! All the staff were so nice, and really went out of their way to help me find a dress of my dreams. This was my first trip to New York and Sherry also gave me recommendations on awesome places to eat and easy ways to navigate around. This is a must stop for any bride to be!

This place was amazing. When I ended up driving 3 hours to get a dress and needed an appointment they were still able to assist me. They are ready to help you and get you fitted for the perfect dress size. I reccomend getting your special occasion dress here.
My daughter made an appointment at Kleinfeld's two weeks ago! She was Super excited and couldn't wait "To Say Yes To The Dress!" My other two daughters & I accompanied her!!! The waiting room was full of brides to be! There was standing room only! We were all seated and signed in. One by one, all the brides were taken back with an associate. Well, all the brides to be except for my daughter! We were the ONLY (4) black women there! 10 minutes went by, 20 minutes went by, 45 minutes went by.... Still no associate came to take us back, as a matter of fact, I begin to think that no one could see us! After almost an hour of waiting I approached the reception desk, to ask if there was a problem as we had a 9:15 AM appointment. Only to be told that they were overbooked and currently there were no more associates available! I sat down and continued to wait another 10 minutes. I became enraged, and very angry! I told my daughter at this point that we would be leaving, as this type of service was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and racist!!!! My daughter was extremely disappointed and deeply hurt! After we left, we received a phone call from the director of Kleinfeld's apologizing for the way that we were treated, and asked if we could return to the store. Unfortunately, that was NOT enough, and we decided to move forward and continue on our search for a beautiful wedding gown! However, we did find another bridal store that welcomed us, and gave us great professional service!!!! Needless to say, my daughter found an amazing wedding down! I hope that this does not happen again in the future to anyone! But we will NEVER support Kleinfeld's again!
Very disappointed flew 1300 miles and was told in the first 15 minutes they were limited on what they had. Our wedding is in 18 months. Had to ask for suggestions.

I went in for my appointment and brought a party of 11. They had no issue at all accommodating my friends and family, and my bridal consultant (Mindy) was an absolute gem. She was patient, encouraging, knowledgeable and respectful! I highly recommended working with her if you can!
I read on the Kleinfelds website that it is helpful to send the dresses you like ahead of time. I picked about 10 dresses I liked and emailed them about 2 weeks before my appointment.
Mindy had them printed out and ready to go! I found my dress and could not be happier. Thanks Mindy and thanks Kleinfelds!

My experience at Kleinfeld was awful and ended without having a dress. I ordered the dress 6 months ago; when it arrived it was too short so they made alterations to make it longer but ended with ruining my dress and not being able to get a new one for the wedding in a month. Terrible customer service and worst experience ever!!!
Brought my friend/Bride here and had a remarkable time. Kleinfeld is spot one. What an experience! Our rep was helpful and patient. Although we didn't find The One, the dresses were beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

Complaint Details
I gave a $3,500 deposit for a dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress did not fit. They didn't alter the dress as promised. We flew several times from Miami to NY. I had to spend over $2,500 on travel expenses. I was under medical treatment at the time. The salesperson named Farrah misrepresented everything. They did not make any alterations as promised. They admitted they made a mistake. When we came for in for the third fitting, they said they were not able to make the alterations and they would not refund the deposit. It was getting close to my daughter's wedding so we ended up spending another $8,000 with another bridal company in Miami. They knew we are under pressure and they took advantage of us.
