The bridal salon set up was beautiful. Nice open areas with private changing rooms. I liked the displaying platforms in front of the enormous mirrors. They have a large selection of dresses in the show room and then in back.
But when I couldn't say "Yes to the dress", my sales associate went from moderately nice to slamming the door behind her each time she walked in and out of my room. When I said there were 2 gowns that I like but I wanted to bring in my family (who are out of town) for their opinion, her response was, "In my experience, if a bride doesn't buy a dress on the same day she sees it, she won't buy it." Then more slamming the door as she walked out so we (my friends and I) could think about it. Upon returning, she asked again, "So are you going to say "Yes to the dress"? Her fake smile was fading fast. I would not recommend this experience to anyone considering the many more pleasant bridal salons in the city.
