Very Very Disappointed in my entire experience at Kleinfields. From the first appointment too picking up my dress 1 year later. My first appointment at Kleinfields I was so excited to having the opportunity to have the option of getting my dress from them. When I walked in beautiful place. And I waited for the lady who was going to help me and she walked out she was extremely nice. But when we went to the back to get started they had NO AIR CONDITION. it was extremely HOT. I guess they some problems with the air. I was literally sweating my but off. At that point they should have rescheduled everyone s appointment. I actually blame myself partly for not speaking up and asking to reschedule when they had Air. Anyways even the assistant was hot and she FAINTED!! Horrible. And I felt so rushed !But I did end up picking my dress. Beautiful dress I LOVE IT! So when we sat down to go over everything they didn t explain much on when my dress will arrive or how long it takes or nothing. Once again I should have asked questions but it s not my job too. They should have done it. And the accessories DONT be fulled they are crazy expensive and they are not refundable if you change your mind.
So from July 2017 until May 2018 I had no clue on when my dress will come. Hello I need alterations done they don t think of that. They gave me no updates I had to reach out to them constantly. And I got promises on I will contact you once I know more NOT. DIDNT receive any email or phone responses.
So finally I got my text 1 year later my dress arrived. My friend and I came to back New York and picked it up. Well I had a appointment at 11am I was late which was on me but BUT. LOL They had so many women waiting to try on and pick up so crowded disorganized. I finally went into the room to try my dress on, Omg my dress was beautiful but i had ordered a hair piece and straps. Of course I had to ask for them they seem to look clueless on that. They finally had them. So I had came back to pick up my dress because I m doing alterations at home. OMG HORRIBLE. I didn t want my hair piece anymore because crazy expensive once again my fault for picking it. But no refunds for a hair piece REALLY? Ridiculous. Anyways she was going to let me exchange for another hair piece and shoes. I felt extremely rushed. So you expect me to pick my wedding shoe in what 20mins. Lol Horrible. I ended up keeping my hair piece. So once I was almost done they didn t really have my straps they was clueless. And the girl blamed me at first on taking them without signing off on them. The entire time they were behind my dress. And the lady was supposed to had done a final check. Yeah right!! FINAL CHECK MY A... lol Horrible and the lady who does the final payment seems to HATE HER JOB. She just looked so unhappy and for a place who sells wedding dresses you would think she would have a better attitude. But I m done now I ended my Horrible experience with Kleinfields with my beautiful beautiful WEDDING DRESS!! That s the only reason they got 1 star I got my dream dress. So of course DO NOT GO HERE!!
