Ideal centralised location close to most tourist attractions

Comfortable hotel with inspiring design, nice and helpful staff, spectacular breakfast.

Nicely decorated and cozy hotel with a great room. If you have to say something to be hurt, you might feel like noisy air conditioning and breakfast somewhat confusingly before you got stuck, or stuck on standing tables.

Great stay, although it was only for 1 night
When I arrived to the hotel, as soon as you walk through the front doors from the cold evening air the area is nice a warm. The gentleman that check me in late on Friday night was friendly and also offering ideas of what I should see in the area. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast food was very good.

and I booked the hotel limo back to the airport on Saturday, it was a great experience

The first visit Helsinki in my life and KlausK made my memory of Helsinki GREAT.

Very nice hotel. Location is perfect for a weekend Helsinki. Room is good, nice big shower. Breakfast is nice and also with some local products. On walking dustance from train to airport.

aging "design" hotel. Room dirty on arrival, only partially improved even after a complaint. (Even the little plate of pastries and the two small bottles of wine are of no use.) Repulsed
Closet and door panels, the balcony dirty and careless. Breakfast room dark, small and overcrowded - if you ask for a tray to have breakfast on the terrace (room with terrace booked) you will be warned that this would not be allowed ...
Conclusion - certainly not again.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Small dirty room very small windows. In addition, we have paid 5 euros for internet tv and it works almost not it loads a page in about 10 minutes. For 5 euros per day ??????

Excellent room, honored Marriott Bonvoy benefits admirably with an extremely nice upgrade to a Sky Loft. Breakfast was good as well. They have a nice bar, an on-site restaurant (didn't check out the dinner options) and nice breakfast consisting of a buffet and a la carte options. It was a great choice for my first stay in Helsinki.

Great service to honor my mom's birthday. Breakfast was a delicacy, especially overnight matured barley porridge. Here we come again

I really had a lovely stay at KlausK. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room was incredible (one of the best I've stayed in Europe, honestly). I would definitely come back

Nice looking room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Not so good things were traffic noise waking me up before 6am, bathroom that flooded and room temperature could not be adjusted down enough.

This time the visit was not the best. The staff did not influence the interest of the customers. There was also disobedience in the premises. The two slices of the breakfast (turkey and fish) were both smoked and not for everyone's taste. Specialty coffees with breakfast (which had to be ordered because the coffee was really bad) cost almost five euros. Fortunately, we were prepared to fill the breakfast hall at some point, but this would require a quite awakening from the weekend. We went to the theater and we were going to come to the bar at the end of it, but there was no barman at all, only a couple of customers and empty cardboard coffee at the tables. Not in style. We have visited Klaus K often, but now the next visit is waiting.

Everything great, nice setting and attentive staff. Breakfast is perfect when you have a busy schedule. The single room is a bit small by any standards. Upgrade to a larger room would have been much better.

Loved the hotel and location but felt for the money the rooms were a bit small.

The Sky Balcony room was superb and stylish. Room service got a phone charger, which was really thoughtful service. The room with balcony has a lot of fun. The breakfast setting was extensive. I will definitely come back again.

It is truly modern and designed place, with great care of guests comfort. Very anti conformist and unique. The Sky lofts are offering additional goodies like espresso maker, access to the rooftop terrace and complimentary drink every day.

Elegant lobby and reception. The room was also clean and comfortable.
At breakfast, especially in the last hour, the dining areas were a little too cramped. Admittedly, there was no need to wait for free seats because the tables at the downstairs bar were also in use.

Our stay was a relaxing and refreshing experience in every way, and I would recommend the hotel to others.

Upon check-in, we were informed that there were more bookings, and after a few inquiries they were no longer available. The customer service language was English, it was difficult to find out in Finnish.

The restaurant service needs to be improved. I would also have needed a service on the roof terrace.

Terrible hotel. I m Marriott Ambassador level. Gets no recognition and staff doesn t care when I checked in. Pay 330 euros for a last minute reservation. Have to pay for breakfast. Expensive for a shoe box size room. Would not provide room upgrade when better room is still available. Marriott should sever tie with this type of hotel.

Nice rooms. Not big, but OK for business. Italian restaurant downstairs was a great surprise. Genuin italian.

Give me a break -package was nice, you get a room with a bathtub and some skincare! Corona time brekkie was served in ready bags and packages that you can take to your own room to eat. Very good experience all in all!

Perfect location, friendly service. The room (not the cheapest one) was more than little worn out. Lobby and reception are messy. Breakfast was ok, but breakfast room is too small and too crowded. All in all all public spaces are too cramped. Restaurant Toscanini was a pleasure.

Very good location, amazing breakfast, confortable rooms

We loved our room (623), which was spacious and immaculate. Great to have a desk and a generous sitting room complete with corner sofa, television and coffee table. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well lit with a great shower. My wife especially enjoyed access to the Sky Terrace where she spent several mornings reading, and writing. We also enjoyed the breakfast with the locally sourced and prepared food. Great location and easy access to many wonderful restaurants. Helsinki is a wonderful place if you enjoy cycling or walking. We walked 23 kms on the Saturday!

Hotel within walking distance of the central station. In a relatively quiet street, with perfect access to public transportation. Stylish foyer, smooth and friendly staff and welcome. Room was very nice, but small (compact is an option, so what you ask for, you get) very nice bathroom with all the amenities. Quiet neighborhood. Possibility of dining in the Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was super tasty. Both international and local products. Operation friendly and fast.

Beautiful room, fantastic helpful staff, great location. One of the most unique rooms we have stayed in..artistically, tastefully designed.

Overall nothing at all that was bad, and nothing at all that was above average. This was my most disappointing stay at an SPG property due to the complete lack of platinum benefits or even acknowledgement of loyalty to the Starwood brand. The service was very vanilla, the rooms were smaller than most city hotel rooms in Europe that we have stayed in, and the lack of kettle/coffee/bottled water daily put me off. It was also disappointing not to get our room made up after our first night after calling to request the service for 3:00 pm after we received notice to do so.

Interesting rooms, delicious breakfast and a convenient location. Located in the top dining district of Helsinki a short walk to most sights.

Even the small room was spacous, clean and looking as new. Breakfast was not special. Location is excellent even there is roadwork ongoing near by.

Really nice place. Awesome breakfast with local food.

The hotel is a disgrace for Marriott brands. My king size bed reservation was delivered as two single beds pushed together. The check in condition was not satisfactory - some trash was below the bed, and I had to run to the lobby to get a soap refill because the front desk said she was the only person on duty.

For the second night we saw two bottled waters but not for the first or the third night. I checked with the front desk on the third night asking why I only had waters for the second night but not the first night, and the answer was that the waters were for Elite members... Then I got bottled water for the third night... and a printed welcome letter with the water... on the last night of my stay.

One day the room service person only made our bed but didn't do anything else. The trash was not even taken care of, not to mention other small things.

Wouldn't go back.

Superb, magnificent and peaceful hotel in the center of Helsinki

300 in a windowless room quite unreasonable, canceled the second night and moved to the hotel "movie room"

I went for Christmas lunch and the service is extremely polite. Food maybe average. Reindeer herbs serve a little different Christmas time with pickles and not exactly to my taste. The restaurant is a little too crowded with customer seats, meaning meetings are a little cautious when you roll around the tables.

We were one night in the Sky Loft room.

Otherwise, it was all very well, but we were not quite accustomed to the common coverage and pillows could have been sturdier degrees. The rental of the movie was pretty expensive (8.50 ) compared to the grainy picture quality. The motion sensor of the stairs in the room made the lights light up at night without even getting out of bed. The gluten-free bread that was available from the breakfast buffet was crushed completely into the hands. The electric engine of the room's skylight curtains was very noisy.

The soaps were great.

Well run, clean, centrally located hotel with gigantic good breakfast buffet. Quiet, nice room with a bedpowered bed. What more do you want?

Friendly and flexible service, quality product. I especially like the Italian delicacies of Restaurant Toscanini. The location is great and that's why I often meet up at Klaus K's bar or upstairs in Studio K.

Excellent service, available 24-7. Lovely Rooms, and Nice international breakfast with finnish Add ons. The Restaurant build-in was also excellent.
The key cards was very sensible to cellphone and teasing, but all problems quickly Solved - so no Real issue.

Breakfast wasn t great and the suite was poorly designed. You couldn t see the TV from the bed and the lights flickered on and off all night.

Bye, without a doubt I would recommend and I also made KLAUSSIA friends. Lovely hotel for comfortable and professional people in RESPA. Siainti the best and the rooms are kept clean. Nice relaxed atmosphere and breakfast is really good. Sometimes crowded but there is always a place to be found. We will try to come to Hesa again soon and of course Klaus Khon.

The hotel was nice and modern but the air conditioners were really pathetic as they weren t working properly, we were provided fans but they weren t doing much good.

rooms were large and comfy.

However, the pillows were really soft and small - we had to ask for harder ones.

Breakfast could definitely be improved on, considering the amount that was being paid for the rooms. For example, you had to pay extra to have cafe latte/capuccino, or tailor made omelettes.

the beds were bad, tremendously soft. I've stayed a lot of hotels and hotel in this price range would be about the beds loose.

Stylish and warm hotel. The staff is great, with the right attitude. The room was large and beds and pillows very confortable. Towels and Gym also super!
