At least I saw quiet and comfortable in Korona time. Room category was upgraded. Warm room on the yard side, traffic was not disturbed. Good location.
If breakfast is good then you could come here again.

Very quick reception service both going in and out.
The location is very central, and the rooms are of high quality.
Finally to top it all off, the breakfast was quite excellent.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and will keep this hotel in mind for the future.

We had room 321 when we stayed in the hotel. Overall the hotel was perfekt, very nice breakfest, comfortabel room, very serviceminded personal.
We did not like that the colours in the room was very dark brown, design does not have to be dark, it can be light and joyfull..
There were very little place for clothes in the room and the bathroom very small.
The location is splendid, I think we are coming back.....

We spent 2 wonderful and very comfortable nights at this Fabulous hotel located in the heart of central Helsinki.

The hotel was recommended by a Miami travel blogger we follow by the name of David Hoffman and we are so glad we chose his recommendation.

The staff is extremely nice and very welcoming. They offered us to upgrade to the Sky Lofts for a few more Euros (assuming they only do this when hotel occupancy is low) and it was the best decision we made because it also gives you access to their rooftop lounge with a MAGNIFICENT view of Helsinki, the Cathedral and all the sights!

The decor of the hotel is very chic, modern and boutique.

You can walk to all the main attractions in just 10-20 minutes. There is a central train station (Helsingfor Train Station) about 10 minutes walk that takes you directly to the airport, but I do not recommend it if you have large suitcases like we did because it was an exhausting walk and many of the streets are cobblestone, which makes it VERY difficult to drag a huge suitcase also causing wear and tear to your suitcase wheels. If your cell phone is able to grab a cell tower for connection, simply request an Uber from the train station to this hotel.

Our rate included breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Plenty to choose from, a great juice bar as well.

If we ever decide to come to Finland again in the future, we will definitely be staying here again.

Always as comfortable. Breakfast is great, as do the toiletteries in rooms. Very good location and very friendly staff. Plus the gym at the hotel. Hopes: hand shower in the bathroom and lift could work faster. A Finnish hotel would also need a sauna!

This is my second time this year to stay in Klaus K hotel. The location is perfect and traffic is convenient. Food is fantastic and you can also have other choice, for there is plenty to choose within walking distance. You can enjoy the bird view of the city from the top roof, and it is good. I enjoy the stay here.

Had a second visit - this time the room was even worse - badly needed maintenance / a refresh. 1st review: Nice boutique hotel, good food, bar, service but room needed some refurb and sleep interrupted by all night building work across the road.

I stayed 2 nights in the Mystical Room in October. The visit was nice! Felt welcome at the front desk, side table plus bed and breakfast was really good. The location is also good at Bulevard and several tram lines stop in front of the hotel. I'll be back again.

Great design hotel in the center of Helsinki. The Interior of the hotel has a few years which could easily be updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with many Finnish details. It has a sky terrace which you can visit with the help of the reception staff.

Love this chic little hotel, comfortable room, delicious breakfast that provides cheesecake and brownie ;p , a small but functional gym, check in and check out no hassle. I stayed at their single room, it was quite small but tastefully designed and quiet. Recommended.

A very nice and quiet Desire King room facing the inner yard. The staycation package was good value for money, including drinks at the bar, a delicious 3-course dinner at Toscanini, breakfast and a late checkout at 13:00.

However, health precautions at breakfast were insufficient. The room was full of people wandering around to get all the dishes and equipment needed, which were scattered around the room very inconveniently. It was impossible to maintain any kind of safety distances. The breakfast caused more anxiety than pleasure. The quality and breadth of the breakfast offering was very average as well.

the hotel concept is nice but already needs some refurbishment. the corridors needs to be repainted, carpets changed. just honestly I think that hotel looks "old". as well the price is high so that's at least what people expect. at breakfast I was shocked that there is extra charge for omelet (8euros), in all hotels in Helsinki (clarion, scandic, radisson) they are free at breakfast. single room is really extra small, not enough space even to place luggage on floor. anyway it was clean and staff very welcoming.

Very relaxed hotel right in the heart of Helsinki! We were at the hotel for two nights at the weekend, in a better level Skyloft room. The room was absolutely stunning and these top-floor Skyloft rooms have a private entrance from the street, so you don't have to walk through the main entrance of the hotel. Those staying in the Skyloft room are also free to use the terrace on the roof of the house, which offers great views of the city. Sure, on a rainy Christmas day there wasn't much to worry about in the rain :) The hotel breakfast does not provide room for improvement, a rich selection of delicacies and healthy options.

Great location. The reception did not fully take into account the membership and did not tell the essentials to the car passenger, for example. We got a new room when the first one had a toilet unwashed. This is a big plus. The second room was just OK, but I couldn't sleep. Somewhere carried bass pounding until four in the morning. The Skybar was nice and the Italian restaurant excellent. Breakfast moderate. One more star is easy to get if the reception would be happier. This time we didn t feel welcome. When you leave, you could also inquire about how you had fun so it would be more natural to give direct feedback.

We stayed at one of the Sky Lofts and were so pleased with the own separate entrance we as Loft guests could use. The only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of breakfast items we had spotted on the hotel website. (They were nowhere to be found). But overall, a GREAT design hotel at a GREAT LOCATION i Helsinki.

Stayed at Klaus K on business the week of March 3rd - 7th. The check-in was reasonably fast (still have to show your ID and credit card which you don't have to do in the States). Room was clean and decorated nicely with a full size shower. Breakfast buffet was very good with multiple choices depending on your diet.
The staff was pleasant. Overall, a nice experience.

It's a nice enough hotel but just not the right hotel for me. If I travel for work I want to be able to enjoy my time away from home in a bed that I don't have to share with a kid, dog, husband - but a single bed isn't my idea of a good night's sleep. In fact, after arriving late I was really disappointed to open the door on the 'cell' that was my room. It didn't feel welcoming at all. The hotel location is great, the service is friendly too, but I just didn't feel at home in the room. And as my colleague said, if you're traveling for work and there's no desk in the room... It's a bit of a miss. Luckily Helsinki is a great city and between working and exploring the city when we could there wasn't much time left to be at the hotel.

We had booked for two nights with a Sky Loft room wedding package. The room was something totally insane, it was sighing that it was made for enjoyment and relaxation. We wondered how long the various elegant interior design solutions and rainwater showers were absolutely charming!
For us, the room was left with dim ambient lighting and music left to sound quietly in the background. There was another reality behind the door of the room. <3

Both the breakfast served in the room and the breakfast that was eaten in the hall the last morning were a feast of tastes. The advantage was that the origin of each piece of food was on the leaves.

It was a great pleasure to note that Klaus K Hotel has been profiled as a gay friendly hotel. We are a rainbow industry and it is not always self-evident that the whole staff is positive about diversity. Thank you very much for this. <3

The service was top-notch and friendly at every turn, we really felt welcome. Very great professionals!

We stayed at your hotel, through the Starwood program, using points. We are Starwood owners of multiple time-shares, and also gold members, staying mostly in Starwood hotels on our frequent travels. The room provided to us was less than satisfactory, and quite uncomfortable. It was small, so small that there was not even a closet to hang our clothes. There was some sort of alcove with a rail and hangers. To make matters worse, the safe was at the bottom of this, and I had to get down on my belly, using my phone as a flashlight, to access the safe. The room was stuffy, and when asked at the front desk, we were told that the thermostat in the room was not a real thermostat. He did provide us with a cheap electric fan, which made little difference to the temperature!
The room was so small, that there was not a side-table for the bed, which jutted out almost to the door.
The bathroom was also small, and the shower flooded the floor every time used. In general, this was probably the worst Starwood experience we have ever had. On this trip, we stayed in Starwood hotels in London and Stockholm, both with very positive experiences. When asked the reception if there was anything else available, he shrugged, stating that this is a "points" room.
It's unfortunate that this is the feeling, that the room is booked on points, and therefore free! We all know that this is NOT the case. In order to accumulate these point, significant dollars are spent throughout the Starwood system. We are Four Star Elite, members and do spend significant dollars with Starwood. We expect a certain standard, which we have experienced in many parts of the world. This experience was certainly way below what we expected.
I would never recommend your hotel again, especially if the person is a gold Starwood member.

On the positive note the reception staff as well as the bar and Toscanini staff were friendly and helpful. However, cleaning was not done for 2 days though cleaners had plenty of opportunity to access our room; we had to chase a cleaner down to get fresh towels etc. Also, there is a design fault in the bathroom where it is exceedingly difficult to climb over the edge of the bath to take a shower as the space to squeeze through is very narrow, bathtub side very high and the tub itself wet and slippery after the shower - an accident waiting to happen as I almost slipped and fell. Bath tub should be removed and space could easily be made into a walk-in shower - much more modern, safe and user friendly. Would not recommend until this has been corrected. Review by Kaisa Taylor

A messy, dirty and worn room. I also mentioned this at the reception, but it clearly does not lead to improvement. Reviews of the rooms seem to be the lowest caste that Helsinki hotels have: Rooms 2.8, so I'm not the only one who has pointed out the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. Not at all worth 200eur / night, I would actually compare this motel to this place, unfortunately. The question is, why don t you follow the feedback and react to it?

Got the impression it's the policy of this hotel not to give any service if You speak Swedish (although the language is the second native language of the country) . Not even a simple Tack was given througout the whole stay although most of the staff know some Swedish from school.

Great staff - consistently friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable. Room was very nice and spacious. The hotel breakfast is outstanding - love the Finnish touch. The rooftop terrace is a great touch. The in-room coffee was much appreciated.

Not only was the room as small as you promised, but downright cramped. For the first time I was in a hotel room where the shower is crammed directly in front of the toilet bowl so that after the shower the whole toilet is wet. Where else are you washing your linens? The hotel normally allows you to sleep on smooth, well-mangled sheets, but you had my sheets thick and rough. When it was changed, the wife's sheet had also been changed, the mangling of which had only just gone wrong, the other end was hard and tangled.
You d think the house calling itself a design hotel (on what basis anyway? At least in the hallways and small rooms didn t show design worse) has a room for cleaning supplies, but apparently that closet was also made a hotel room when the cleaners carts and sheets were behind our doors all weekend. Speaking of the door, the otherwise wonderfully quiet courtyard-side room wasn t quiet at all when anything happened in the hallway when there didn t seem to be sound insulation at all at the door.

Breakfast was good and the service was friendly, thanks for that.

I thought I was coming to a slightly better hotel than usual, but the opposite was true. Ps. This is the first time I see fit to give negative feedback about the hotel, it really doesn t matter so much with these things, but this time a little annoyed and amazed when I thought of paying a little more than usual to get a slightly rockier room.

Very contemporary. Rooms clean. It's a bit quiet though...you can feel as though you're the only one in the hotel. The breakfast was really nice, you can't go wrong there. Bar was really nice as well. Staff very friendly. The area is set in the middle of convenient shopping and transportation.
