We stayed at the Sky Loft for the weekend. Definitely our new favorite in Helsinki. The small, high quality and comfort details in the room make the experience above the standard hotel. Friendly staff and great taste of the pleasures of watering breakfast. We will surely come for the third time!

super expensive for the value they provide. very mediocre breakfast. very very very bad beds. Sleep quality - "Zero". Very very very very bloody noisy (seems like the room walls are made of paper, you can even clearly hear the floor above you running their sink tap and the water making its way through the drains). even if you book at a super expensive rate you will be given the worst room location. ask them to change coz you cant sleep on that bed, and u will be asked to pay up 10's of euros more with no one trying to understand what is the problem and why i cant sleep. oh ya and make a request while booking online and guess what no one even cares to update you or ask you about that during your stay.
The only plus is that the ladies at the breakfast are courteous and helpful. Dont waste your money here! superbly disappointed.
The experience was good, but just improve on wardrobe
Comfortable, quiet, and well-located, the service is always very good, and the breakfast is really excellent.
For a design hotel I found the hotel very badly designed. I stayed in a 'Passion for Mini' room and I wanted to take everything out of the room and start again as it was ridiculously laid out. There's a single bed - yes, in a room which has 'passion' as it's theme! - a wardrobe you can only access from the side behind a huge mirror and a bizarre over-the-bed table that doesn't fully fit over the bed so is useless for trying to work. I stayed there for a work event but wouldn't choose it again. We did get a free drinks token so went to the bar but we weren't allowed to sit in the nightclub area as we had coats with us (we'd just got back from dinner) even though we were guests. It's some rule that coats have to be in the cloakroom. Draconian nonsense really. Oh, and the bathroom is again poorly designed so that you not only flood the bathroom but, if you're particularly lucky, you can flood the hallways too whenever you take a shower.

Stayed two nights during one week. Both rooms fine, although air conditioning failed in one - t was a very hot phase.
Breakfast was superb, with a wide range of delicious local produce.

Friendly and helpful stuff. Clean rooms. However if you are SPG member, you wouldn't get any benefits. No business lounge, no free breakfast. And you need to use tons of points for those really small rooms. Btw, ask for a room with street view. The ones looking to the courtyard are quite depressing.

The Klaus K hotel was very good, we liked our spacious room, comfy bed and hotel staff who were super friendly on arrival. The hotel is very centrally located with good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Bar prices are a little more expensive than we would have expected but the bar is very cosy. We would definitely stay here again.
Great experience again, surrounded by a great team! Toscanini food and service never disappoint and Sky loft rooms are great (despite the weather :))
I was surprised that being such a highly rated hotel and me being a regular guest, on most of my last three visits i had to ask reception for bathroom slippers for the room, a kettle and tea and coffee!
On expects a certain level of service from a hotel which is a member of the Mariott's SPG Group of Hotels - was disappointed each time!
Also, no sauna in a city where even Burger King has one!

A great location within walking distance of most of the sights we wanted to see. The Sky Lofts and the roof terrace were great. We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the roof with a great view of the city.

Nice room, but baffling choice for the shower which has no barrier separating it from the rest of the bathroom floor. Got my clothes wet because of it.
Respa promises a good, elegant look in the lobby and friendly service. Room a bit old fashioned, no luxury. Bathroom / toilet quite nice. Breakfast was the best of this hotel and breakfast had an intimate atmosphere. Found fresh porridge and a really good gluten-free mud cake. The hotel has an absolutely awesome Italian restaurant, tested and highly recommended! Hopefully the rooms will be renovated soon to meet the 2020s.

Nice hotel in a central location. Pleasant breakfast with a large variety of locally sourced food. I got an upgrade to a suite. The bed was large and plenty of pillows. Products in the bathroom were decent. The only issue with my suite was I wish it had a sofa to watch the TV from vs the chairs.
Excellent location, stylish hotel, great friendly staff. My key issue was that the hotel advertises a beautiful rooftop but there is nothing stated on booking (through Marriott app) that it is limited to an elite club membership beyond Marriott. So really disappointed.
The hotel room was too hot, but I noticed it until the middle of the night when I could no longer find air conditioning control. Nor did I easily find any instructions on how to adjust the room temperature. In Finland, when I am, I also feel that a bidet would belong to the standard bathroom furnishings. Otherwise everything is impeccable. And the service is very friendly.
Everything calm, stylish, neat. The room needed an update / freshness. It would also be good to pay attention to the cleanliness of the chairs in the room. Partially dusty and dirty. Hopefully the textiles on the wall will also be vacuumed. Clean and bright bathroom and washing products of high quality. A good and tasty breakfast with a drink, even the young would have missed the traditional oatmeal, and even the cocoa only got an extra charge. Close to downtown services. Good customer service. Come on again.
Entrance is not clear - door between two restaurant/bar patios. Reception is not on the ground floor so difficult to maneuver with lots of luggage. No person to help with bags. Have to use room key for elevator??? Room cramped, hot and unable to open window very well and/or adjust thermostat. "For purchase" items take up too much space on counter and are ridiculously priced. No room in refrigerator for guests' drinks because of mini bar drinks. Really disappointed in room and customer service. Wish we would have kept our reservation at Hotel St. George - look so much nicer.
Loved Klaus K, especially the breakfast--sensational! It's also in a convenient location, and on a good street, near to plenty of cafes and restaurants but not too busy. I thought the rooms (we stayed twice in 2 different rooms) were perhaps in need of a bit of freshening up and were small, so a bit over-priced, but the public areas and the breakfast was worth the money. Front desk service was also very good, although housekeeping was a bit disorganised--timing of room cleaning was unpredictable. Overall, though, a very nice place to stay--would do it again.

Saturday 10.3. brunch - the food was very delicious, alternatives (ie not too much) and Plussa as well as breakfast dishes (such as barley, sticks, scrambled eggs, yogurt, muesli) and the main course was brought to the tables. Only the basic coffee got a little reproach, a little lean and not hot enough. Millionaire atmospheric and calm. My husband's birthday was taken as a surprise big: at the table a greeting card and a cone-berry plate, at the end he was brought to Tiramisu with a candle I can only recommend warmly, we will definitely go again emme Thank you staff!
We stayed in a Sweet suite. The room was clean but did not fully meet our expectations. We understood the purpose of the room to be a so-called "escape from everyday life". Under this pretext, all the things to do in the wing were a little not so convenient. The electronics were really successful through many twists and turns. It took a bit of feeling when I had to use the staff of Respa separately for this. At the same time, the bathtub was also shamelessly small, and it was not good for two people to be at the same time. We also thought the bathroom looked a bit "poorly executed."
The plus was an ample selection of ice cream in the frost as well as a disposable camera.
Personally, we think that luckily we had other plans so we didn t miss such a nasty feeling. The fact that he has been waiting to enter the room for half a year, then the experience really did not meet that expectation.
Otherwise, your hotel was really clean and comfortable. Breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever eaten.
We were in Sweet Suite, and since the room was meant to be a visual in a cheesy way, we would have wished the room had the same lighting. The same thing in furniture: When different colors of cold and warm end up in a single image, the result is not just pink and partially yellow and even green. The swing was a cute addition, but while swinging, the knees hit the fridge.
Booking.com booking via Booking.com did not appear in the hotel system, but the payment I paid was visible. We got a basic room that did not match the design of the hotel level. The parquet was torn and covered with money, the room's interior textiles were dirty and stale. The location is great.
