Huge but great... Been in and off season and really enjoyed both stays. Lots of people but still really enjoyable.

Staff was very polite, Very clean loved the stay WILL COME BACK.

The whole experience was awesome most definitely stay again and again.We don't wanna stay anywhere else .

Perfect ocean front views, great breakfast with relaxed atmosphere. Staff is incredibly helpful with positive attitudes always. Have stayed there 3 times and plan to return often.

Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Easy access to the beach. The only thing that wasn t so great was the breakfast buffet . Overall a great property. Will definitely stay here again!

Needs a refreshing. Elevators are a little scary. Location is okay, good to be away from most of the action, but, it's away from most of the action on the beach. Room had a few issues as well, like a non-working light switch. Pools need refreshing and are in the process of being fixed.

The service is awesome. The accessibily room was big enough to be comfortable staying. Our scooter fit well and out of the way. Had grab bars in tub. Asked for a bath chair to use also. The sound of the ocean in the balcony was heard easily. The many pools are clean and inviting. The breakfast was good with variety of items. Accessibility was easily access.

Great vacation spot for families. Very clean and loved the breakfast included every morning. You get treated like you should!

Can t review wether this is a clean place to stay or not. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and talked over me as I was inquiring about a room for 3 nights. Hung up on me and all. My family will be staying at Hampton Inn Broadway once again. The staff is always friendly there. It s really ashamed because every time we make this trip they re always booked and we were looking forward to staying here but I refuse to be treated with disrespect from someone who s suppose to be a Customer Service Rep.

Stayed in the penthouse which was great and decently priced. Everything listed on the website was true expect for the indoor pools; apparently there is such a thing as heated indoor and indoor . We had planned to arrive early in the day to enjoy the indoor pools before check-in time especially since it was a rainy day but much to our dismay we got stuck waiting it out in the lobby; when we arrived we were allowed into the pool area but the pools were pretty much useless. They were freezing cold and none of the pools were heated except for the obvious hot tub and to top it off they weren t even enclosed indoors (even though the picture had them enclosed) so we ended up having to go back into the lobby to wait with the rest of the families that had planned on enjoying the indoors pools too until check-in time. Long story short: pools weren t indoors nor heated as stated on the website.

Best place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

We are here in off season so prices are very reasonable. Everyone we have spoken to so far has been very nice and helpful. Room is very clean and roomy.

We came to Myrtle Beach on Vacation and had originally booked a room at the Wave Rider resort, needless to say we weren't happy so we came to this hotel hoping to find a room. When we got here there were no rooms available. I was almost in tears because we had just traveled such a long way and I was ready to be settled. Raymond at the front desk was the sweetest and started our reservation for the following night when rooms would be available and also gave us some great recommendations on where to stay that night, which was right across the street and even got to keep my car in the parking garage for the time being. We have a lovely view of the ocean on the 12th floor, everyone else on the staff are super nice as well, rooms are clean, and the establishment is just so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back again!

I came to town for my sister's wedding. My husband spoke with the front desk about my desire for a higher up room with a balcony and we were able to get moved from the 2nd floor all the way to the top! The view was gorgeous..on our 2nd morning we got to watch dolphins swimming right off the beach from our balcony. The room was spacious. It's been around for a while, but they keep it clean and well put together. Shower curtain wasn't quite long enough which made water get all over the bathroom if you weren't careful. The free breakfast was fantastic. The beach was so nice and clean. We walked the beach pretty far down towards the pier. It was amazing how much nicer the beach area in front of the hotel was compared to others. The parking garage made it easy to get in and out.

This hotel has the most UNCOMFORTABLE beds and pillows. Hotel was clean but we could not get a good nights sleep. 3 nights on that bed was a back killer and ibuprofen needed for pain. We won t return to this hotel again. Coffee wasn t available all day. Thank you for having most everything open.

This is our second time staying here and will be our last. We only decided to give it another shot because we knew we like the hotel itself. Great views, kids love the pool area, nice rooms. We always stay in a 2 bedroom suite. We're 2 adults, 2 children. However, the reason we were hesitant was the breakfast. We were hoping it was just bad that first visit, but being here again we were reminded just how horrendous the breakfast was. I'm an HHONORS member and stay at these hotels allover. This one had the worst breakfast. My kids, who eat anything, couldn't even eat. My husband, ex-military, who had to eat boxed and bagged foods (MREs) couldnt even ger this food down. For $1600 for 4 nights, breakfast should be edible. Its disgusting. The first morning we each ended up with just a piece of fruit after trying everything. We were hungry soon after and had to find another place. Not the morning we expected. We just wanted to relax on the beach. So instead of an allinclusive breakfast, we've had to eat out every morning, spending minimum $50 per meal. Other than the lack of edible breakfast, the hotel is nice. We will not be back.

Stayed 1 night the staff were amazing I regret not asking for their names so I could mention them appropriately but they were friendly and professional as you can get the property is a bit outdated but feels vary homey and is clean and has comfortable bedding, as a travel agent traveling a lot I highly appreciated this hotel and would highly recommend it, thanks

Hotel had perfect accommodations for us. We had a great time and would definitely come back again. Gr8 rates even in peak time.

Room n the view is the best.only thing we had issue with is the bathroom shower .which is hardly had any water coming.if they can increase little maintenance [Regular checkup] in bathroom that would be great.

I have stayed here before but it was not an enjoyable stay this time will not go back. Place was under staffed and the pool and hot tub are not being cleaned.

You need to reinvate this place..it's to old..smells bad..

I was there for a professional event. Everything was great except the parking. Had to park at the top of the parking garage, but couldn't get into the building since I didn't have a room key.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with many amenities. The hotel has a great exercise room, laundry facilities, great pools, and easy access to the beach. There is a 24-hour Neighborhood Wal-Mart within walking distance that is perfectly located.

The nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. It's more like one of the Hilton vacation properties. We had a 2br 2ba suite with a living room and kitchen. In the second bedroom there was a queen bed and a bunk bed. The only thing it was missing was a washer and dryer. Breakfast is free, just like at other Hampton Inns. There are a number of pools, hot tubs, and a large splash pool outside, some under the overhang of the building, in case it's raining, too windy or you just want out of the sun. Parking is free for guests on the garage. Make sure to request an ocean view, the balcony is spectacular and we all enjoyed spending time in the rocking chairs people watching. Although the windows muffle some sound, the pools don't close until 10 so be prepared for some noise if you're on a lower floor.

Lovely hotel, great pools,beach and customer service. Bed was a little too firm for me and they had an old fashioned AC in my room that kept kicking on and off. (Kept me up all night) An upgrade to these items and 4 stars all the way.

Beautiful hotel with very nice cushy bedding, rooms are very nice with spectacular views, wonderful staff make your stay worthwhile, along with a large variety of breakfast foods, and the sparkling pools and very hot large jacuzzi's, make you want to come back again and again which I do!

A great hotels with great location definitely a very fair balance price/room.
Clean, the mains payed attention to details. For couple of days we refused to have house keeping because of my husband teleconferences. The main, from her own initiative, put together all the clean towels, along with everything (shampoo/ conditioner, cups, coffee, toilet paper and so on) in one bag and placed to our door. I was really impressed by that.

Location, cleanliness, staff and accommodations were the best! From the good people at the front desk to house keeping and the nice folks serving breakfast in the morning, thank you for making our vacation memorable and relaxing!

can't say enough of how much I love this Hampton Inn! This our third stay at The Hampton Inn and it never disappoints! My favorite place to stay in Myrtle! Always clean and cozy! I requested that I wanted a higher floor and a room with a bathtub and that's exactly what I got! Thank you so much for making a our weekend getaway perfect!

Rooms are perfect size for our party of 8, esp the bunk beds for kids. Breakfast was great and staff has been very polite!

Been to Myrtle Beach multiple times and at multiple hotels. Usually you have a stuffy wet smell that is overcompensated by cleaning agents but not here. One of the cleanest Myrtle Beach hotels we've been at.

Only negative is that the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and thus showers get really warm and foggy.

DROVE OVER A HUNDRED MILE TO A ROOM THAT WASN'T AVAILABLE AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY 2 WEEKS PRYOR,I HAD CONFIRMATION # END UP STAYING AT (SEA CREST) glad I did it was a great place to stay warm pools and hot Jacuzzis ...took a a few weeks to recover my money from HAMPTON INN

My 1st review was wrong. I was mistaken for which place I was reviewing. It's a great place to stay. Me and my best friend, Harley, a 5 lb long haired Chiquaqua service dog were welcomed even though I hadn't made a reservation.

Our stay at this hotel far exceeded expectations. All of the employees were extremely courteous and friendly. The night before we drove to this hotel, I had the pleasure of speaking with an employee there named Court. He was very helpful and friendly which swayed my opinion not to shop around for any other hotels. The stay was great and we hope to be back soon! The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Absolutely not 1 single complaint about our stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone that will be going to Myrtle Beach!!!

Had a suite and it was beautiful, great view and very clean. When we first checked in, the man who helped us was very sassy and rude. Everything he said to us was "rehersed and scripted" and was never sincere and treated us like customers. We had a little issue and he wouldn't let us even talk or explain anything, just talked over us. Not impressed with him.

Well, the room had no counter space and why is it called oceanfront when some don't have total oceanfront?

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 12th floor. The suite was great, the service is great, the hotel is beautiful and has many heated pools on the beach front. We booked this hotel on our way to florida and liked it so much we booked again for our trip back home.

Stayed at this hotel last year while at Myrtle beach with my family for the first time. This hotel was a breath of fresh air and such a clean and relaxing atmosphere. We were lucky to book it after running away from our reservation at the landmark. Cannot say enough good things. Free breakfast, right off the beach, 7 pools, free parking, clean rooms. Counting down the days until I m back again this year.

If i ever come back to myrtle beach again i am most definitely staying here. This place offers complimentary breakfast from 6 to 10 am 7 days a week. Which consists of scrambled eggs, french toast. Waffles. All kinds of fruits. Oatmeal. Yogurt. Apple/orange/water/tea juice. Breakfast sausage links and patties. Bread. Muffins. Basically anything your little heart can desire. Two rooms for breakfast ample seating with views right on the beach. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Gym overlooking beach. Beach access on ground floor. Free wifi. Free parking. Friendly staff that is definition of southern hospitality shoutout to greg!!!!!! And rooms are clean. Patio clean. Showers clean. Everything works. Location close to all attraction. In the famous words of arnold schwartzaneggar ILL BE BACCCCK only thing is they need to fix the doors on roof parking lot to enter back in.

Online booking messed up the room size. Management was patient and accommodating with a workable solution. Good customer service.

Very nice updated hotel, which is hard to find on The Strand. Two towers connected only to the 2nd floor makes for some Harry Potter elevatorship. 4 lazy rivers, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Interior access to rooms and comfortable beds/linens.
