Nice and stylish place, perfect location in the city centre, great breakfast. Size of standard single room was ok
Nice and stylish place, perfect location in the city centre, great breakfast. Size of standard single room was ok
Nice hotel, well located: when you spend the weekend for leisure you can walk around easily. Really good quality breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Our room was only ok in terms of size and design but very quiet, no noise of slamming doors or loud neighbors. Very comfy mattress. We enjoyed the brand malin+goetze for the bathroom. The only things is that we could hear the tram outside.
We were very happy with our stay at Klaus K Hotel. All of the people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were somewhat small but they were "efficient." I was hoping to get an upgrade as a Marriott Platinum member (Elite status), but apparently, nothing was available.
Also, the location of the hotel worked well for us and we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping.
Lovely hotel, perfectly situated in heart of Helsinki!! We were in a "desire" room and it was well appointed though small (Europe standard). Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast with some tasty loca treats, like overnight oats (Pat's and chocolate and peanut butter soaked overnight in individual pots). Helpful front desk staff.
Good location, great food. Meeting facilities are newly renovated
So friendly people
in the hote
The hotel was conveniently located --close to shops, the common, and harbor. My room was spacious and well designed. The star of the stay was the staff. They were all incredibly polite and helpful. My only regrets were that the breakfast was not more substantial and the housekeeping was not as comprehensive. Elevating both of these services would definitely result in an additional star from me!
Good and polite service. Good breakfast. Cozy room, clean ..
Good hotel in the center of Helsinki. Quiet. Neat. Friendly. Ample underground parking.
Excellent hotel, nice rooms and clean. Polite staff. Slightly worn.
Small but nice room. Very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was ideal
Despite the rate uf USD 200 the breakfast an extra 25 USD & 3.50 USD for an espresso. I've bokked ar marriott app as bonvoy silver member
Your hotel is certainly the worst hotel of Marriott I ve ever experienced. As a Titanium member of Marriott. I don t get any benefits not even one breakfast or a late checkout. Unbelievable! If you do so much wanna be a special one of hotels, why you join in the Marriott group for god s sake? Trust me. That was the first time staying with you and also the last time. Farewell. Plus, your receptionist is a miracle he persuaded me to purchase your breakfast at the midnight when I arrived at your front desk exhaustedly and desperately wanted to have my room key for bed time...So talented! You should reward him
Small room, but good design and decent breakfast spread
Great hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, good beds. Sad that they only have plastic quilt and pillows. Impossible to communicate in Swedish / Norwegian at the hotel
The Sky Studios are a wonderful extension to the hotel experience. A perfect place away from home. The private entrance could get a little more flair though. I'll definitely try them again when in summer time the terrace seems a wonderful place to unwind. The breakfast deserves a mention and a dinner in Toscanini is simply comforting and delicious
Always have a wonderful time here. The hotel is very unique, the rooms are nice and modern, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, perfect location, and great breakfast to boot.
Service has always been excellent. It was very nice of the staff to upgrade my room to the sky loft, though I had to check out at 5am the next day. Breakfast was also prepared for takeaway.
Great hotel, nice rooms, great location! Unfortunately, prices have risen rapidly since the renovation in 2016. Still, for me, the first address in Helsinki
Great hotel in the heart of Helsinki. The rooms are very spacious with a great view of the city. It is walking distance to nearly everything. Also, the restaurant has excellent food. I highly recommend.
The room was only ok. The windows were high up in the ceiling, as we were located under the courtyard groundlevel. Yet the curtains were too short to cover the tiny window to get the room dark enough for sleeping. I woke up to a sun beam hitting my face from between the curtains at the crack of dawn. Not ok! The TV in the room was broken and when trying to call the reception about it we noticed the telephone in the room was also broken. (And the telephone number for the hotel in google maps goes straight to an automatic booking robot...) So we had to walk down to reception to ask about the tv. The faucet in the room is also ridiculously short and small and too close to the edge of the basin which makes washing hands in the sink impossible!
And to top all things off at check out we were offered no refund/compensation for the inconveniences. And worst of all, they don t offer secure locked storage for luggages at reception!! What? Never heard of such a thing in all my years of global travel. Don t waist your money. Pay $20 more and go stay at Lilla Roberts with immensely better service!
Small rooms are very small but nice. Gym good for a boutique like hotel.
Good location. Excellent breakfast. Some rooms are buotique type, most rooms are compact, as in almost all hotels.
The front office staff was a wealth of knowledge and proactive. They perform the standard of hospitality very well. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
With a design centered around the Finnish style, Klaus K offers modern and indigenous atmosphere.
The hotel location is right off the heart of Helsinki, is only 10 mins away from the central station and there is a lot to see in walking distance.
Highly recommended to stay in Helsinki.
I liked the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant. Yes we got value for money. Breakfast was also really good. I recommend.
Everything worked fine and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room itself was quite small and the storage space for clothes was just a couple of hangers.
Overpriced hotel, small cramped uncomfortable hot rooms. A view of the room from the very depths to some shabby courtyard. And in addition to echoes, a small small dirty window in the corner of the room. And it is advertised as a luxury hotel. But something positive too, breakfast was very good. Due to a Sunday -50% offer, the hotel was visited but afterwards it was too much.
The location is within walking distance to the main boulevard and also to the jetty.
We were really happy with the room, thank you! And the breakfast was tasty and rich. The location of the hotel was good.
Nice and cozy hotel. There was no chain-like feeling. Friendly staff and service. We had a short visit, we stayed only one night Desire King room and enjoyed our stay perfect yes. The room was, however, only views of the courtyard, but for us it did not matter. Slightly rambling hallways upstairs. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. On the bright side even close the Q-Park parking -20% obtained from reduced prices with vouchers.
Stylish, comfortable and convenient. Very LGBTQ+friendly
fine, unique rooms. The toilet shower space could have been given a little more space. Really good breakfast.
There were no complaints in particular about facilities and staff location, and it was a good hotel.
Price is commensurate.
Helsinki's design hotel on a romantic tree-lined street. Location is ideal and staff is very friendly. Our room was perfectly comfortable and spacious and artfully designed (of course). Complementary breakfast was fantastic. We learned that this is a popular hotel for newlyweds, and I guess that's because of all of the above.
I was in a meeting at the Klaus K Hotel with six people.
The meeting room was in a section called Stage. The room was well equipped but very small and windowless, therefore a bit distressing.
The service played well and the meals worked. Breakfast was enjoyed by Klaus K s rich and good breakfast buffet, lunch was in the same room and afternoon coffees were brought to the meeting room. There was more coffee and tea in the meeting room.
The food was tasty and there was plenty of it. Breakfast was nice, there were local and Finnish products on offer, e.g. barley porridge. But - at lunch there were e.g. a chicken that should have been definitely more mature. The afternoon coffee delicacies were sweet as well as good. Great that there were also pieces of fruit on offer, if not the sweet cheesecake tasted good.
We received a quick tour of the rooms and other meeting facilities. In addition to the downstairs, there were also meeting rooms on the sixth floor. The view was perhaps a little dark, facing the courtyard. A nice roof terrace with bars would even go to a birthday party or a small business event. The terrace offered a magnificent view over the whole of Helsinki. The terrace bar had its own entrance by lift directly from the street. Comment on this: Klaus K's rapporteur argued that the 6th or 7th floor and the terrace could only be reached by lift, but that is an impossible equation - for fire safety reasons alone, it is MUST be accessible via stairs. Accuracy to it!
The modern rooms and special suites were modern, then there were separate basic business rooms and nostalgic rooms that breathe history like straight from the old days. The business rooms were good with a decent work desk. The historic bay window room was beautiful, but possibly not everyone likes it so old-fashioned.
A lot of creativity and wood had been used in the interior design of the common areas. Klaus K is definitely both a design hotel and a personal art hotel.
The bed in the loft room was really bad and broke down several times because previous repairs to the bed slats had been done poorly. A room of this standard / price should have a decent bed.
The cleaning of the room was really "light". The same debris was on the floor every day, for five days.
Thank you for organizing training sessions! All went well with the order time of less than 14 hours.
SPG Design hotel. Get the sky loft (upgrade is possible) for a bunch of awesome perks!
Fantastic in overall! Strong recommendations. Sky Loft room! You should try it!
The room was small and the breakfast mediocre, breads tasteless dry sticks. The bakeries in the basic market are much better. I have previously stayed at this hotel and when breakfast was a positive mind. What exactly has happened?
Good service and in the mittle of Helsinki city everything is near shopping street and good restaurants and the street Bulevardin katu is the Helsinkis beautiful street what i like a lot!
Christmas table fair is reasonable, I never paid 60 ever.
Our experience at the hotel was great. Sundeep made our checkin process a breeze. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
Compared to the price range, we expected more, especially from breakfast. Great hotel and friendly staff, but needs a little quiet updating.
I came to the hotel by taxi and the migraine was out of breath. There was vomiting and feeling sick in the lobby. The company had booked a room for me and I had no information about the room. The clerk did not understand that I didn't know about the room and, screaming, asked the room. The receptionist couldn't believe I didn't own a credit card. I was really embarrassed when I heard other customers wondering I didn't have a credit card. The end of the girl still said that the memo will be taken next time, so she still didn't realize that I didn't even own a credit card. In my opinion, this should not be a prerequisite for your hotel staying overnight, especially when paying for / booking a hotel room? The room had a really strong perfume scent that triggered migraine. Really expensive prices in the snacks offered by the room, 5.50 a small siphon bag and 5 a small sachet. Breakfast ok, I missed the traditional porridge.
Very good mid-range hotel near downtown and shops. Very nice communications to the train station and ports. The rooms are a bit cramped and worn but cleaned. The staff are helpful.
Definitely good quality, also for the money. Staff very helpful and nice.
The stylish lounge where it was nice to sit in the evening, the service was commendable. Otherwise, the downstairs of the whole hotel was fine.
Great hotel and location. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again when in Helsinki.
Let me put it short and sweet, having a good location doesnt make up for how bad this hotel is. Above all, do not stay in the Passion Mini unless you like staying in a hallway. Read what they say on their website if you don't believe me.
"Downstairs Klaus K Dine and Klaus K Bar & Lounge offers excellent additional space for you to enjoy your spare time or work."
ALL PERFECT... beautiful room, big choice for breakfast, a staff very friendly... thank you, I will go back, sure...
Still missing the sauna, a hotel of the category (i.e. price) of Klaus K in Helsinki should definitely have a sauna, no explanations have been given to customers on what happened with the old sauna
As an dditional comment: the navigation system of the TV screen is really slow and not user-friendly and, very often, just freezes and does not allow navigating; also, I miss a Spanish channel
Otherwise, as usual, very satisfied with the service and, especially, with the quality of breakfast, to me the best of your hotel
Great location in the city. Clean hotel, comfortable, elegant room. Room I think medium. I don't know how much I paid because it's a business trip.
Nice cozy atmosphere in the lobby and dining area. For some strange reason the breakfast was spread out on different stations in the restaurant without any logic to where things were placed, so i had to walk across the room several times to fill up my plate. Its a small issue, but still somewhat annoying.
My room was incredibly small, but still quite functional, although i question some of the design choices. (Like having the shower head point at the bathroom door). For a "design hotel" they sure had a lot of poorly designed features and services.
Klaus K's brunch was a pleasant and tasty experience with good service. I highly recommend!
Great service, friendly staff :). First got the wrong room, but it was arranged smoothly and friendly and then we got a better room.
The hotel is in a perfect location, all services and amenities are excellent and the staff super nice! The rooms are stylish and the bed is probably among the top 3 I have slept on, and I travel over 100 nights a year. Being a Finn, the only thing I miss is a proper sauna.
According to my experience the hotel is 3 stars but it's okay hotel.
Room already a bit outdated and bathroom from the 90s, no design hotel signs. In the double room there is no space for hanging clothes. The breakfast area is too small for the number of hotel guests. Breakfast levels are also below the normal level. Good location but not enough to justify price level.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely and tastefully furnished, and stocked well with (MALIN+GOETZ) toiletries. The gym is compact but well equipped with cardio, machines and free weights. The staff were always friendly. The standout part was the breakfast. Every morning there was a comprehensive spread of buffet items ranging from typical to Finnish specialties. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Helsinki.
Room with balcony was really nice. The breakfast was great!
The hotel was comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean.
The staff were extremely friendly.
Excellent breakfast again. The Sky Room was elegant and access to the upper terrace was a pleasant experience even in the autumn.
Great location and trendy looking hotel. Room was quite small but bathroom was very large. Some updates are required and soap dispensers were dirty.
Excellent location. Room 100 / double person incl. Breakfast is reasonable. Fast check-inn and even faster express check-out. A little wear and tear is visible, both in the hotel and in the room. Everywhere, though, cool. Breakfast varied enough and food allergy sufferers well catered for. The Passion Double Room is reasonably small, but the size of the room was already clearly stated on the hotel's website. On the roof terrace great views and good service. Not a luxury hotel, but at the price of 100 / night you can't expect it in the center of Helsinki.
The best of the hotel are good location, cleanliness, service, food and especially the breakfast table. Cheesecake the best!
Lovely rooms and awesome staff. Great location. Beautiful neighborhood.
Great experience. Very clean room. Great location
I d ask that the temperature in the gym be set a few degrees lower and a better fan or two would be awesome. Otherwise perfect!
Very nice staff. Good location. Nice rooms.
Only thing dissappointing I think was the breakfast! That is why it is not 5 in score. Breakfast is in my opinion too industriel... no personal touch - or possibility to order i.e. omelet, scramble eggs etc.
Coffee also industriel with horrible taste
Klaus K is modern and contemporary four star hotel with 5 service. The personnel is really dedicated to make you feel welcome just the way you are. This hotel is really living through their outspoken values of inclusion. One of the best places in Finland for really great service. Our special requests had all been fulfilled without reminding, our special day taken into account. Allergies were well addressed in the restaurant. Quite ok breakfast with healthy choices. This hotel is also gay friendly, recommended!
Comfortable hotel, but not distinguished by its design hotel-style hotel, with an otherwise elegant, clean chain hotel.
Dark-looking interior at least in the basic room.
Fun looking hotel, but not as exceptional as I expected based on the history of the place.
On the way home from Stefsns steakhouses so artificial
Still had a glass of good red wine and random came
This place was chosen and turned out to be a pleasant place.
Special furnishings friendly customer service
Good quality wine selection ..
