Went to best buy to buy a new Samsung television and the Samsung expert Jason was hands down the best customer service experience we've ever had. He was knowledgeable and kind and chatted with us for awhile about televisions, wall mounts and just other technology things. This best buy in Wyomissing is always a good experience for tech!

If I could give a zero rating I would! Worst experience ever! Purchased a washer and dryer that never showed up. When I called for a refund it was a hassle. Spent another 2hrs trying to get my money back . Nobody seems to have a clue on what was going on. Poor customer service all the way. I will take my money elsewhere for high-end dollar amount items !

Very helpful; I dropped off a camera for cleaning and repair. I had photos in the camera (on memory card) to demonstrate the issue. The representative kept attempting to recreate the same problem but, he could not bc, the store is very well lit. For whatever reason, he was very concerned with recreating the problem or, not sending it out if he could not do so... but, the issue was a low light issue.

Therefore, a part of an errand that I thought might take me 15-20 minutes, max, ended up taking me 30-40 minutes, which was quite frustrating (since, I had my family's dinner in the car).

Now, the rep/store employee was only trying to be very efficient in doing his job, which IS commendable.
However, it was very easy to see within the first 2 to 5 minutes that the issue could not be recreated so, when he kept attempting to do so, I became somewhat frustrated. However, had he actually been able to find and resolve the problem, I would have been pleased as punch so, there's that.

Otherwise, the store was well lit, organized, well-staffed (& I was there at a bad time, getting close to closing). All of the employees whom I saw had smiles on their faces and were pleasant, offering greetings and assistance.
I have gone out of my way for years to go to this specific Best Buy store location.

Bought Lenovo 720 2in1 computer, touch screen stopped functioning after a Windows 10 update. Rolled back the updates and still didn't work. Best buy told me to pay geek squad to try to fix it because it was at 28days since purchase and the elite status doesn't cover the items bought to earn the elite status.

Customer service here is probably the worst I've ever experienced in my 45 year life! The only way to get anywhere with them, is to go in to store personally and deal with things. Do not try to call them, or go online, or you will get nowhere!!

Very helpful workers in helping you find things and give advice on technology needs and fixes, but at times they can be kinda like vultures. The last time I was in I barely got in the store and was already asked if there was something I was looking for or needed help to find. I was just looking to browse ( which is what I said) and see if there was something I wanted to use my $5 reward for. Had I come in looking for something specific this would have been helpful but since I just wanted to peruse it was more annoying and irritating. Then I had yet another worker do the same when I entered a different area in the store.

This store was clean and inviting. Everyone had on their masks and social distancing was being observed. The staff was helpful in pointing us to the right products, even if they didn't have them in store!

Really helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I went in with a problem and they solved it. One ckerk handled part of my issue in his area then walked me to another and explained to him the problem and he resolved the rest. Great teamwork and great customer experience!

Absolutely the worst company to purchase from bought a phone in July paid cash. In December had to go to apple to replace the battery then again this week had to do it again. Apple told me that it would keep happening and therefore I had to purchase a new phone. Contacted Best Buy about giving me my money back and they told me that it s not there problem it s apples. Then I continued to call corporate and customer service a few employees told me that they would want there money back as I am out $850 for a phone that was sold to me defective. Once I talked to higher up customer service he told me again that it s not Best Buy s problem I said I just want my money and he told me I would never get my money. I then said that I would have to take it legal and he then told me that I am more than welcome to do so but I would never get my money. Absolutely a horrible company and corporation to buy anything from. Do not ever buy from them again! They are not there to make there customers happy they just right out do not care and just want to take your money from you!

Manager stood by while I waited with a child for 40 minutes instead of helping me with my purchase and then called on someone to help when associate was available that came in after I did! This person was very polite and let me and my Child be helped first, instructing the sales staff / Manager who was there 1st.

I love the experience I had at Best Buy, some of their prices is great exspecially the tablets. We have purchased 2 tablets from best buy and they are great, the employees were friendly and very nice. I had to take one of the tablets back because my son had broke something from the tablet and the geek squad were really helpful and they are going to send to fix it. I did not have a bad experience and I will definitely go back to the store in the future.

I was VERY disappointed, I went to return something i got for Christmas, and since it was 10 days past there return policy they wouldn't take it back, not even for store credit. I don't understand it because it was salable so why make a customer not want to shop there ever again over a 30.00 item. I would understand if it was used and they couldn't sell it. I am a retail manager and try to keep my customers wanting to come back.

After going to 3 different stores, we finally arrived at Best Buy in Wyomissing, 30 minutes from home! Daniel was the guy who helped us and made our whole day better. Customer service elsewhere was awful. This Best Buy had the best customer service! Daniel was great, knowledgeable and patient! Every other employee we encountered seemed just as friendly! All we wanted was a new tablet for me. After the Collegeville Best Buy, Costco and Target, I just wanted to give up. Thankfully we tried here and went home with a tablet and stylus pens and were completely satisfied! Please thank Daniel! We will make this location our first stop next time.

I still like to be able to just go, buy, and pick things up rather than order. There's a thrill of hands on buying. Happy to have Best Buy in town, although don't rely on the staff for product knowledge.

Everyone greeted and directed to where he needs to go. Had an appointment with the Geek Squad. Two laptops needed help. Tech was good listener and very knowledgeable. Took care of us in good time. Left one unit there. Will be ready in a couple days. We have a service contract which we highly recommend.

I m giving one star because zero isn t available. Every time I purchase something from Best Buy it s defective. Mac Book Pro screen broken after two weeks and offered nothing but sending us to the Apple store. It took two weeks to be fixed which left our son without a computer during his first weeks of freshman year. Now purchased an iPad and they wanted $15 to put on a screen protector that I already paid $35 for. Seriously? And people want to know why brick & mortar stores are going away? They offer nothing in terms of service. Do yourself a favor and bypass Best Buy by going right to Apple or buy online. I overestimated the value of actually being able to speak with a human.... they only know how to stick to the script given to them by their corporate bosses.

I went on Black Friday so obviously it was going to absolutely busy but besides it being Black Friday the parking lot here is absolutely horrendous. It is a horrible shape, hard to navigate, and even hard to leave.
The employees seemed to be able to handle the busyness of everyone inside and one of them even went out of their way to help my friend that was with me.
If you plan on coming to this particular Best Buy just make sure to go on an off time or you may be battling in the parking lot for a while.
