It is a very big place. Most people that work their also uses the products there so they know if it is worth buying. They explain everything so that you the customer can understand it even if you are not tech-savi.

Great customer service considering how busy the store is at this time of year.

It's not the best Best Buy I've been to, but it's okay. They seem to stock more than your average store

We have been looking for a kitchen appliance suite at a few different places but were having trouble putting everything we liked together. Michael took the time to help us find everything we liked and was very kind to us the entire time we were there. Extremely patient and professional.

Look at an item, next day its higher price. Was told it was a weekly sale and I missed out but NO indication on the webpage. Found another laptop, and next day, higher price. This time mid week. Was told it was a daily sale. But it was on sale for more than a day, again no indication of such sale. Probably tracks our search and raises prices as we return. Not to be trusted and I am done with BB. Too many strikes over the years

Been there twice since moving here. Maybe just unlucky, but things we wanted to buy weren't in stock. Had to hunt down someone to ask questions. Maybe third time is the charm and will find what we need.

Got a great buy on a Dell laptop. I am seldom lucky at Best Buy, but this trip made up for several bad ones!!

Everyone was eager to assist us and very polite and cheerful too.

WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Stay away from Best Buy. They bill yearly fees on your credit card that were not authorized. I was transferred around for an hour trying to resolve this issue until I was eventually hung up on. They also outsource there customer service to India. Super Helpful! The employees at the store were nice, but the corporate level employees are complete A-holes! I canceled my credit card and will never purchase another item from any of there stores. I highly recommend COSTCO! Costco gives you a 2 year warranty for free on all electronic purchases, and no hidden renewal fees every year. Beyond Frustrating!!!

Plenty of OCD know-nothing employees eager to shrug shoulders , even the cashier had trouble figuring change at checkout .

I was looking for a particular item. The website described 6 remaining items at the Best Buy nearest me. Drove to the store and found that there were 6 remaining items.

Go to the store to buy. The employees are great. Online and customer service was horrible.

My go-to store for cell phone upgrades and occasional appliance/video game purchases. The mobile dept can be a little crowded and slow to assist. Professionalism is probably an 8/10 in the store so I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Customer service representative doesn't know how to deal with his customers. I don't think want to go back to the store if that is how they want to handle talk to their customers with a know-it-all atitude.

I buy all my most expensive electronics from Best Buy haven t ever had a problem an they even refunded me money when I bought items an the prices dropped alittle while later they always gave price adjustments

Not impressed.. They sold me a wiring harness to fit an aftermarket radio but not the factory (in dash) wiring harness.. When I asked if they couldn't find a harness to replace the missing in dash harness would they had to hardwire my stereo they said yes and the harness set was the only one they had... That meant they knew they sold me the wrong one...
Their install staff are ripoff losers

I had THE BEST service today from Tyler aka: Trex, at the Best Buy in Wyomissing. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Especially in the area of gaming PCs and accessories. Very personable, friendly and helpful. I would visit again just for his knowledge and information. If you're in the market for anything computers, please ask for Trex.

They have no idea what there doing here. Know what you want before you get there. Do your homework. Plan an all day event if you're going for a phone.

Terrible customer service, especially at the Wyomissing location. It s as if your an inconvenience for asking questions or inquiring about product inventory. They refuse to hold products at other locations for you and their website doesn t represent their actual inventory. My order was cancelled twice!

Can find and see it if not you out of luck 15%re stock in fee out of what you paid ? !!!!!!! Even if you want their gift card for something else still 15% re stocking fee !!!!!!!!!!!so better go somewhere else like Amazon or B and H Photo with good excellent return products , Best buy just maybe for game or little things or maybe TV on sale easy not wait for shipping if you are not careful and must read fine print before you can buy their products if you do not want loose the your money and not happy shopping with them better go with Best company selling anything like Amazon and B and H Photo ,also buy a gift for Christmas it a jokes too make sure the digital camera box is sealed if not you gave someone then they are return with the box not seal like my then15% off re stocking fee for just buy their products for gifts ,so better go of somewhere else better return and worry free whenever shopping or buy anything

Good place to go if you're looking for all sorts of electronics and the customer service is awesome.

Great customer service a gentleman helped me out to make sure I was getting what I paid for in a new tv and explained the differences in what I was looking at even though it was an open box tv couldn't be happier when I left

When I need home electronics or electronic games for my children I always think of Best Buy, because besides I always get what I'm looking for, it offers an acceptable price and if you have the company card you can pay for the article for 6 to 1 year without interest. I really recommend it.

We checked online to see if they had a specific item that we were looking for. They said they had it. Drove 25 miles to the store and were told they do NOT have it. Wasted trip!

Wasn't greeted and many employees standing around in the mobile area but not one offered to help me find a case for my phone.
