I purchased a modem online during this pandemic the modem sent was the wrong one but because I was unable to return it with in the 14 days again due to the pandemic they will no longer exchange it. When I originally place the order they were during curbside pick up when I went to pick up order after receiving a text message that my products were there, only to get there to be told sorry were are no longer do curbside as of today. But no text saying that or call..
How can a store that sells high priced items smell like a teenage locker room. I could not stomach the stench long enough to purchase anything.

I always have so much trouble with this store. Employees have been rude--too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers. Returns are time-consuming and difficult, check-out line always seems to take an hour even when it's short. Maybe it's just this location, but I hate coming here.
Sony VR was being demo'ed during our shopping list to this Best buy so I was curious how the PlayStation VR stacked up against Samsung gear VR , needless to say I had a lot of questions for the rep with the PlayStation VR , he couldn't answer one of my questions not one, not even the price, I was with my wife and to kids , they moved over one isle while I was demoing the PS VR , well the rep didn't realize they were still in eye shot when he decided to start video taping me while using the VR headset set on his s6 Android , my wife had an issue with that , not so much him doing it but the way he was so nervously and secretively doing it so she question him as to why , he stated it was for Sony promotional reasons .... Really , Sony would most likely have you sign a release , this guy was creepy , poorly dressed and lucky it was me , if he did that with my daughter ....well I then asked a best by employee where they sold a certain type of cable that he said was not produced after the note 6 , I told him there is no such thing as a note 6 to which he argued . The place is no longer my favorite store , it has gone through a huge decline in helpfulness and knowledge over the last three years , find another store or shop online .

Really awesome store with excellent customer service. The layout of the store is very clean and modern and easy to navigate and labeled very well making things VERY easy to find while in the store. I went here to buy a new PC gaming monitor, and 2 gaming laptops and got all three at an extremely affordable price considering they're brand names and top of the line electronics. The employees there you can tell are very very passionate about their jobs there and highly knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I highly recommend this store!!

I purchased a laptop and brought it home. Realised they gave me the wrong one. I took it back and explained the situation and they very politely and professionally apologized for the mix up, got me the correct laptop, made the price corrections and I was on my way. I couldn't have expected better treatment. Thank you.
Best buy isn't what it used to be. I understand that competition is strong for them but they should reconsider their staff. Upon walking in, prepare to be preyed on by sales people trying to sell or upsell you on everything. I'm a used car salesman too, and for me to say that it's overwhelming is saying something. Luckily my wife and I know a bit what we were looking for but I wouldn't let my grandma walk in there alone in fear that she'd walk out with unnecessary stuff that was sold to her.
It's best buy. Staff is meh. Prices are meh. The store is meh. This location is the worst to pull out of back onto to the street. Go behind Home Depot and exit that side.
Just can't beat the combination of deals and selection. Anywhere.

I really do like going to Best Buy. I never feel pressured. They are very helpful and not breathing down your throat. The new open floor design is real nice. Employees are all very knowledgeable and give great suggestions.

I was sold on it with... "we replace your phone for any reason, except if I threw it against the wall"
So, with my broken glass on both sides and my camera lens also cracked.
They told me I has to pay $199 and send my phone for repairs that would that a few days.
Sooo unacceptable from a huge box store.
Yesterday I went in to get on a new mobile plan for sole purpose of using the phone as a hot spot for my laptop for my at home work. I asked the rep (Terry) multiple questions about download speed using hot spot, how well it worked for iPad, had he ever used hot spot for laptop, etc. There was absolutely no chance he didn't understand the reason I was changing plans. He recommended Sprint unlimited data. BUT...OOPS he failed to once mention that hotspot is an add on!!!! Have to pay an additional monthly fee & it's NOT UNLIMITED! I will heading back tonight - they can take the new phone, plan & provider and...well you know where I'm going here! THANKS TERRY! (NOT!)
UPDATE - 3 weeks later I am still battling with Sprint for the money I paid for the phone! Terry, you have created more work and headaches for me than any other purchase I have made in my entire life! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am still fuming that one person's incompetence has become my burden.
All the new phone the gentleman help me went out of his way to help me get the information off my old phone onto the new have nothing bad to say about them great service
What can I say about an overpriced big box store like Best Buy expect maybe it's better to buy here in person then buying a bigger behemoth such Amazon where I don't get to see anything before buying...
I joined to the protection plan for my daughters. And my daughter lost the phone and claimed it. I got new phone after 4days. The workers are very kind.
Love the electronics here. Issue is with employees that don't pay attention to customers that are not electronic savvy making the experience lack the excitement that was brought in stand up.
They have all the big boys toys there and lots to choose from there, and the staff there is very helpful and willing to go a little further to achieve the customer's needs and wants and to do's and not to do's, so yea, very good store to be able to shop at and browse around and check out all the nice stuff they have there for us to go see like buy.. I use to visit this location at least monthly, but sparingly over the past 2 years. Compared to the Pottstown location, it has a broader selection. Staff is helpful and easily accessible. Used customer service my last visit and it was fast... a lot faster than I expected.
They were very helpful, and made sure that we used the resources available, such as lifetime warranties to save money, thus creating returning customers. Shopping in person creates a personal touch that a website doesn't

I was asked a couple of times but no one was pushy and since I was in appliances that was a good feeling. When I did have a question it was answered and plenty of information given on what made a dual oven good and what it doesn't do as well. Lots of good info and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase right there and then (went in for something else and decided to look at stoves as a replacement may be in the works pretty soon). So appliances get a big yes with compliments to David Sloyer!
The video game section bit more of a mixed bag and mostly due to the probable rush of the season. I found a tremendous deal with multiple items on a peg only to have to crouch and look pretty hard to find wrong item on peg. So nothing there. And cell phone section is definitely a more pressure driven section.
Everybody who asked if we needed help was friendly and polite. They weren't pushy and the range of electronics was very nice to browse and think about.
