Great store but no baby changing table in the guys bathroom and no family bathroom that I could see... some Dad's shop with their babies.
Took my iphone for battery replacement, apple did diagnosed said need new battery it's just 4 months old * best buy tried to lure me to pay extra $30 for screen cracked , told him my screen not cracked it's just screen cover took my cover to show him .I .not here for screen look , I am here for battery replacement as recommend by apple they did test remotely , he said No we can't replace it , it show 80 percent , look my. Friend the battery in red although it show 80 ,, No arguing . Will mail it to Apple . Do not go there just go Apple store better Experience better treatment.

I am a Best Buy fan and have been for years. To be able to go into the store, speak with knowledgeable people with excellent customer service skills is always an excellent experience. I have dropped to 3 stars because the store is carrying less and less. The physical square footage feels as if it shrinks each time I go in. My primary issue this time was I stood and waited and waited for someone to be available to help me.
This store was incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly. Jason in their home theater department helped me out with a tricky return and processed my new purchase for me with ease. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Put my protection plan on the wrong product, couldn't correct over the phone, corporate was no help and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was disconnected. Now I get to drive 30 minutes to have this corrected. You're job isn't that hard. Give me a break.

Had a curbside pick-up... Checked the website before we went, it predicted 4 minutes wait. We waited 10, but the runner was friendly and my items were correct.
Best But very recently changed to an appointment system for computer help and repairs. BOOOOOO! So much for the convenience of computer help WHEN YOU NEED IT. Now you can schedule an appointment and wait days until their available times match up with your available times. Meanwhile, I'm sure they are helping less people with this system than with being able to go and get help immediately when problems arise. The convenience of being able to go get help around other things that need to be done is now gone. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'd rather wait in a line than wait days to get an appointment time that works for me (and be without a computer for the same number of days). For my next computer, think it will be Best to Buy elsewhere.
I had a minor problem with iTunes and my MacBook Pro and Geek Squad fixed me right up. The staff were efficient, friendly and very well organized and quickly got my problem diagnosed. The Apple Solutions Consultant Clarence Law III was especially helpful doing this. He was literally on his way out and stopped to help me with my problem. His expertise was evident as he very quickly solved the issue and showed me the solution. The staff further enhanced the experience by connecting my laptop to their ethernet so my download would be completed. The whole experience was fast, and left me with exactly what I needed. The Geek Squad member even tore up the work order I filled out and left me with no charge. I understand this is a rare event but I really appreciate the dedication of a store to a customer who recently bought a computer from them. I would definitely use Geek Squad and shop at Best Buy again. Thanks again!

We had recently bought a camera there. They have every Sony on display. This is the biggest camera display I have seen at any Best Buy

When you spend 20 minutes or more looking for something. It would be nice to have one of the employees around to help. Not finding 4 of them in a huddle gabbing, and as I walked up they were too busy with the talking and giggling to even notice that a customer was standing there. That's fine. I simply walked out and took my business elsewhere. It's been a long time since I've been at Best Buy and now I remember why I stopped shopping here plus other times I've bought items after asking the floor employees several questions to find out after I got home, that they had no idea what they were talking about and had to return on a few occasions to buy something extra that was needed because I was giving the wrong information also why don't Best Buy have a demo for some items. If I'm gonna pay 400 dollars or more for something, ie a virtual reality set up, I want to see what I'm buying and again since the floor employee couldn't answer half of my questions, and I couldn't see anything to know what I was getting than that was a useless trip.
I visited the Reading Best Buy on 1-20-19. I was visiting the area, so I thought I would pick up an order I sent here. This store is very far from my house. This store is small but has a Pacific Home Kitchen inside the store.
They will do their best to sell you whatever is un the store. Gets real busy midway down. There's always some to ask questions and assist. Friendly employees

If you're looking for common things then they got you covered on that, but when it comes to rarer items then you'd have better luck finding it on Amazon or another online site. Other than that good customer service and really neat place.
Came in due to my car alarm (that I bought 3 months ago, mind you) being completely disabled. They tell me they have to schedule it to be looked at. So my car is supposed to sit, completely unlocked and unarmed for days?!?!? No refund, no troubleshooting. Will not be back, or dealing with them ever again. 3 months and product dies. I'm disgusted.
Variety of electronics available, if you don't like their price you can always look at online retailers and they price match. Not sure why they seem to be into the collectable scene now, but if you wait long enough most of that goes on clearance. Don't waste your time on the store warranty, not worth the price and that's the only thing the sales reps make commission on so that's why they push it. Their appliance section is nice with some high range items like subzero and viking.

Went to get a USB adapter for my Ipad for an MAudio keyboard to do music. Researched via groups online, Apple, and product recommendation. All of which said use the Mac camera adapter. Still the same. Up comes the Apple specialist at Best Buy to tell me how knowledgeable and wonderful he is with his 10 years at Apple. He and his huff and puff cost Best Buy 3 customers. He told me that wasn t the correct item. Been to Apple store in Lehigh. They sell M Audio in Apple Store. Hint dude....I would say compatibility is not an issue. I also would say there are 100s of blogs and focus group of musicians who use this 29.99 adapter successfully that find this just silly. I would conclude you work at Best Buy because Apple realized you weren t paying attention to the customer because the noise from you tooting that bravado horn was too loud for you to hear us. Hence,.... So, I went to WalMart. The wise gentleman there used his key to open up the locked case and handed me what I know I needed. And got the sale. He may have some deeper knowledge of product. But he did not read the room to well. He blew a turnkey sale. Take a lesson.
