Went in the other day and wanted to cancel a preorder for a video game I didn't think I would have the time to play since I just finished grad school and I want to get settled in at my new job before leisure activities. Well I was waited on by customer service rep Shawnee (female, thin, white, BestBuy Wyo., PA). She couldn't have been less helpful; making me explain in great detail the how's and why's I was cancelling my preorder. Personally, I don't feel as though my education level nor my professional opportunities should be any of their business, but I digress. While she scanned my receipt for up to 15 mins like she was reading Latin and only spoke Swahili, she then answered a phone (wow) and when the customer on the line asked why their delivery had not been made FIVE days earlier on the scheduled date, she put the poor person on hold. When asked by a nearby coworker what the customer had ordered and was waiting to have delivered, Shawnee at BestBuy Wyomissing PA said, "I don't know, they didn't say." When asked next by the same coworker why she hadn't asked what the customer ordered Shawnee at BestBuy in Wyomissing, PA, replied: "I don't care. If I gave a $hit what they wanted they wouldn't have left them on hold for 15 minutes."

I'd give zero stars but I cannot. My stove was supposed to be delivered today but it was not due to Best Buy's policy of hiring third- party logistic companies who in turn hire third- party delivery persons. North American Logistics was the company hired by Best Buy to deliver by stove. They hired third- party drivers who expected me to sign for installation when all they did was drop off the stove. As I am on the phone with customer service, Jose and Julian decide they can't wait and proceed to exit with the stove. As I am holding the door open so they don't damage my doorJulian says I'm blocking his way, and pushes me! This is the quality of folk that are the face of Best Buy. I was then told by Best Buy that I refused my delivery which was not true. I was on the phone with customer service trying to come up with a solution. I'm still waiting to hear what Best Buy is going to do about this situation. My advice, buy from a local company who knows their delivery people, not the big box store with third- party delivery. God knows who will show up at your door.

Huge selection and helpful employees, nicely organized and I really enjoyed it there. You could go there and not buy anything and it would still be an amazing trip just to see the cool stuff they have.

I purchased a dishwasher from BestBuy in Wyomissing and the dishwasher didn't work upon delivery and install. So, I called Pacific Kitchen Home and the salesman last Thursday, on Monday, and again today. Bottom line: no customer service, poor followup, and no accountability! Delivery on 3/31/2016, still no functioning dishwasher, no scheduled pickup the dishwasher, or refund to purchase a new dishwasher. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

The last time i was here i was looking at cell phones. I stood with an Galaxy S8+ in my hand reading the specs directly off of it as a pretty boy associate walked up to me and started giving me all the WRONG specs of the phone...After letting him thoroughly make a fool of himself i informed him he was wrong in a polite way thinking he would admit to it and correct himself but he doubled down insisting he was right. There are some smart people here that do know their stuff and have helped me on occasions but a guy like this makes everyone look bad and want to buy their stuff somewhere else.

I bought a tv today. The lady at the front took my receipt and called for a guy to put in my vehicle. They never gave me the receipt back.
I got home and realized I didn't have it and called.....for over an hour! Someone finally picked up. Her name was Jasmine. She was so patient and found my receipt and emailed it to me. Thank you for taking the time to help. Rare to find anymore.

Clean inside, organized products, friendly and most of the time informative staff that doesn't get paid commission to push a sale. My favorite... If you shop around online and see, for example, Amazon has the same product for a cheaper price, Best Buy will price match on that product. Just beware that their list of competitors is limited for the price matching option. Use a product scanner on your app store or google play to find possible cheaper prices on the product you're interested in getting. They will tell you who they can match with no pressure of negotiation.

Good selection of wide variety of electronics from computers, tvs, audio, appliances, cell phones.
Staff is always helpful. Don't care for geek squad much .....appointment for walking into a store , can't take the squad serious, but they have always answered any question I asked without an appointment hahahahah

A mistake was made when checking me out initially....

A mistake was made when checking me out initially. When I went to make a return the incorrect barcode that was scanned prevented the cashier from processing my return properly.

Despite the mistake the cashier made sure the correct management was contacted and speedily corrected the issue.

There return policy sucks!

I went into Best Buy on 7/8 to order a washer and dryer. We knew exactly which set we wanted. We showed the Best Buy employee what we wanted, he looked in the system and said unfortunately the dryer is out of stock and they do not know when they will be getting them back in. We are new home owners, we need a washer and dryer as soon as possible so I asked what our options were. He said they had another Samsung Dryer in stock but its more money. After a few minutes, we decided well there s nothing we can do we will have to pay the extra. I asked for the earliest delivery date, I am 7 months pregnant and going other places to do laundry during COVID is not really the greatest situation He said the earliest delivery date is 08/05. Ugh! Such a long time but if that s the best they can do ok no problem.
Today is 08/04, I just received a call from Best Buy stating our Dryer is out of stock it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow .How is that possible when it was in stock when we purchased it??? After waiting on hold for 25 minutes I had a supervisor tell me there is nothing they can do and I now have to wait until 08/29 for the washer and dryer. This is totally unacceptable. I am absolutely furious and this is terrible customer service. They didn t offer anything for the inconvenience.

This is a pretty good location. I have purchased of a good deal of my more every day electronics this location carries. The staff is normally pretty knowledgeable on anything i have questions about. I will likely be purchasing my next full surround sound system and televisions here.

I'm typically very overwhelmed by technology, but an employee by the name of Aung made my shopping experience so much better. He explained the electronic functions and different selling points and disadvantages of each product so well that I was able to make a fully informed purchase.

The associate who helped me in the TV/video department was great-- he understood and answered my questions clearly, helped me choose appropriate products, and didn't push extra or more expensive items than I needed. The mobile phone department needs improvement. I was overlooked and forgotten by sales staff, and they weren't familiar with their own promotion on the phone I bought, which was right on the back page of their current ad. If I hadn't seen it after I got home from shopping, I would have missed out on a free $99 accessory. They were friendly enough, just not knowledgeable. Definitely check their ad before you buy anything!

I have been to this Best Buy 3 times in the last year and was unable to compete a purchase. It took 2 days and 8 hours to get NO satisfaction. Tried to pick up an online purchase and even though it went through on our banks and it neveres showed up at the store. Live and learn.

I was greeted by an employee at the door right away. Put my name down for help and honestly took about less than 5 min for the employee to meet me where I needed. His name was Justin and not only was he helpful but patient. Even helped out with an order I had placed. Made recommendations about other products I was looking into as well. Although the checkout line was long, it moved along quickly. Definitely visiting the physical store more often.
