Very well-stocked, and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. They treated me like a millionaire, even though I was in my dirty work clothes. Also the staff seemed extremely knowledgeable!

Horrific. Waited over 3 hours to purchase 2 new cellphones. I would recommend any other option (Amazon?) Or drive to another Best Buy. This store is a nightmare. Will never visit again.

No installer for car audio I purchased. District manager never called me back after I sent 2 emails regarding my issues. Terrible customer service.

Not always the best customer service, but they have helped me out numerous times when my cell provider wouldn't. This keeps me coming back.

They have zero concern for people safety and security. They sold me a ring camera already used and connected to someone else account. The thing hooked on to my network and kept saying a different owner. They put my whole network at risk. Having kids at home and with camera ran by someone else is not exceptable at ALL!! How do I call the ownwer when I bought the cameras at Best buy?? Smh

Extremely poor service. We were actively looking to purchase a entertainment sound system. Not a one person asked us if we needed help. We had at least 3 salespeople stocking shelves in our area

Courteous sales Rep's. They show the product, then they disappear so you can play with your item, questions????? Always appear out of nowhere and my worries were put to rest.

Ordered a backup refrigerator for our garage. The installation crew that delivered it could not communicate with us at all, they were rude, and uncooperative. Had to call the local store after they left to schedule a second crew to come out and do what the first one was supposed to do today (meaning that the new appliance won't be working for quite some time). As an Elite Member I was hoping for a bit better customer experience. Very disappointing - I'll be buying all my appliances from Lowe's or Home Depot in the future.

Being that this is the closest Best buy to my house this is the one I go to the most often. I have no issues with the place other then the occasional time where I wish there were more people to help the customers. Products and prices are always competitive to other stores in the area.

You either get no help, or you are literally beating people off like flies.

Clean, well stocked. Went on black Friday and they did a good job.

This store is absolutely despicable. Best Buy is a chain that fired one of its loss prevention officers for assisting law enforcement in arresting a fugitive from Justice. Are you going to patronize a store like that? That wants to let bad guys get away? What sort of mentality is that. The only thing required for evil to Triumph is for good men to do nothing. The rise of Corporations has changed that, and they want people to do nothing. Please consider that when you patronize this establishment

There were a lot of trainees and I had to wait a bit for service but the staff was exceptional and very friendly.

Sales person was very helpful answering my questions and help me find a reasonable laptop for school work. They even gave me a free internet antivirus. Even though it is only for six month free but it is something.

Why does it take 20+ minutes for someone to answer the phone?

Great selection same or lower price than everyone else, a little bummed out they are getting rid of the game club though

Had exactly what I needed which I would have got at Walmart for literally half the price but Walmart was out.Best Buy ddnt have it on the rack but had an employee with great customer service come over and ask if help was needed. Alex ty for great service. After checking the back he located our exact item.Although our purchase was small ($16.00) it was well worth it for the experience.

Helpful staff when they notice U... Double check information and especially Delivery... Delivery went to someone else address because they decided on their Own not to deliver to my Safe, Secure, Post Office Mailbox ...

Didn't have what was a sale item. When we asked if they were going to restock they acted.like they didn't know.

You can get anything cheaper on Amazon or at Walmart

Best buy is the worst place to shop. I ordered a gaming computer online they took the money out of my account and then tried five more times to take more money out of my account. I had to go to my bank to straighten it all out cancel my order and wait till they decided to put the money back Into my account. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Extremely good customer service. Gentleman asked about 2 minutes after I arrived if I needed help with something. I wanted an 55 to 65" tv of sorts. He guided me to some good options. He however didn't direct me straight to the most expensive ones. Which i appreciated. I don't have 1000 to spare haha. We came to an accord and he quickly got the tv I wanted and that was that. Check out was quick and simple. Awesome prices, sales are going on of course so that helped. One of the few stores that actually hire employees who know what they're doing. I recommend 100% over amazon walmart or any other big box store.

Great store. Depending on what you get things are a bit pricey but my boyfriend and I just got a Dell tower and a asus laptop and they are both wonderful. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable and was very helpful! Great place for electronics!

Hate to say it, but we went to Best Buy as a "last choice" for an ipad accessory purchase. We were absolutely blown away by the savvy and efficient assistance provided by Mr Naveen. Incidentally, he was initially graciously juggling 2 other customers, as well. He updated our own mental database and provided us with a digital product that exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Mr. Naveen!!
