As a buyer I found KFH Herne Hill very pushy and I would try to avoid using them again. I dealt with a senior sales person who, when I put in an offer to a flat which I thought was fair and was not significantly below asking, told me I was wasting their time and could I not afford the asking price? Two weeks later she called me back asking to negotiate my offer - I had found somewhere else.

Lies on flier though door! 5 stars! More like 3. Perfect example of how they lie! Wish I could attach a picture! Your flier is a liar!

Totally incompetent organisation. They repeatedly avoid repair work & don't take responsibility.

They came to repair a wardrobe after 4 weeks. Result: They simply dropped off the 4x 2m by 1m doors next to our bed.

I've rented twice through Oliver and both times hes been fantastic. The second time round he found me a place within 1 hour! He's sorted everything out with minimal hassle, very responsive etc. What I really appreciate is he takes the time to understand my requirements and make sure all options meet that criteria, he has no interest in wasting your time, just wants to find you your ideal property. I couldn't recommend more highly to anyone looking for a consultative and knowledgeable agent

We had a very good experience working with KFH. We found every member of the team to be extremely helpful and professional and clear about what was happening during the process of selling our flat. I have spoken to lots of estate agents in Wimbledon over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had.

KFH provided us excellent support and arranged for a good number of viewing. We didn't feel pressured into accepting the first available prospective tenant and we appreciated that immensely. Our flat is now let to a very nice couple. We're chuffed.

Seamus Stanbury in the Canada Water branch has been incredibly helpful with our flat search, and sorting out various little hiccups that happened when we moved in. He was really great throughout the whole process - from the start he always kept in mind what we were looking for, and went out of his way to find us a flat with a landlord that would accept a cat! He was very responsive, friendly, patient, and kept us in the loop with regular updates, and it was much appreciated. I always felt able to contact him with questions, and he always answered them quickly and honestly, and gave us as much information as he could. He was by far the most efficient estate agent we've dealt with in this time.

I'm giving only one star cause there is nothing lower than that. In fact, they will just rip you off.

I'm living in a house managed by KFH and now moving in a new area next month. As a process of renting, my new letting agent needs reference from KFH. Guess what? KFH demanded 42 pound for information. My new agent called me and requested me to pay it, without which they can't proceed. I called KFH, said there was nothing written like that in my agreement. They said, they wrote it in their website. They will charge you out of blue and just rip you off.

To be honest I'm puzzled with the previous reviews. My experience of this agency - Wimbledon - is beyond my expectations and they were quite high.

From day one my wife and I have been treated with respect and honesty.
We saw a house, loved it and made an offer.

Since then, Charlotte Duggin has been highly professional, yet affable in dealing with all necessary paperwork and last minute checks before our move.

Another plus we've found is that the agency use an independent company to hold deposit and also to perform credit checks.

My wife and I spent some time dealing with other agencies, most of them were absolutely rubbish when compared to the level of efficiency and communications from KFH Wimbledon.

I was really quite impressed by my experience using KFH.

Working in property myself, i always find that it is easy to pick faults with most high street agents, However not only was Adrian able to find me a flat for myself to live in (i must admit i am not the most easy of people to find the right property for) he also managed to secure me the length of tenancy that i required and negotiated a more flexible check in date for us also!

Mark has worked for 30 years in estate agency and is familiar with the Booms and Busts of the Property cycle. This means he is able to back up his facts with statistics to give a very informed view of the local Property market. In addition he gives a candid view of an individual property's worth based on good comparables and is aware of prices per square foot which is what Valuation Surveyor's Use. I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property.

I only gave a star because I can't give zero stars. I rented a managed property for 3 years with them, it took them a year and a half to repair a serious leak just because landlord and block managers had a dispute on who's responsible and More

I have recently exchanged contracts for a property in Wimbledon through KFH Wimbledon Hill branch on the advise of my son who has sold three properties through this branch in last five years.

KFH have been great, especially Naomi Meade, who kept us updated throughout the letting process and was/is always willing to answer questions. She was quick to respond and super helpful :-) making things easier and smoother! Thank you!

Rather unpleasant experience with KFH when renting a house in Chelsea. KFH is happy to pocket he various fees and commissions, but when issues occur (dirty house, missing furniture, repairs not done before moving in, contrary to oral claims by the KFH representative, ...), you will be confronted to a well oiled claims process designed to demonstrate that it's not KFH responsibility. Rather pathetic ! Some KFH team members clearly need to better understand what being client oriented means !

The Block and Portfolio Management service of KFH is very useless in our flat. Emails are not responded. No one is picking up phone calls. We have been through a few property managers over the last two years. None of them has shown efforts of making things better or getting things done.

We sold our house with the Hayes (Kent) branch. Although the first sale fell through (the Buyer pulled out at the last minute due to lack of funds!) we were back under offer within a week and fortunate to have Lisa looking after the sale and wider chain. I genuinely believe that if it wasn't for Lisa chasing various parties we wouldn't have been able to exchange and complete in the timeframe that we did. I wouldn't hesitate to list with KFH again, over the other agents that cover the area.



However this is a separate service and shouldn't detract from the exceptional Sales service we received from Lisa.

We work for years woth KFH and that s for reason. Dimitry and team did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly with letting our property. Both parties are happy.

Just wanted to say thanks to Joe Newson at KFH West Hampstead for his work on the purchase of my flat. A lovely man who worked tirelessly and patiently to bring a drawn out sale to a close late last year, 2019. As a result of his efforts, if I ever come to sell the property myself, he will be my first call.

We have dealt with both Vanessa & Laura at the West Wickham branch during our property search, both have been excellent, especially Laura who took the lead in managing the chain to get a significant number of transactions to exchange of contracts. Great service. I rent my property with them and they (Sam & Shelley) have provided a professional service throughout, taking the time to explain things and answering my questions I have. They worked hard to get tenants into the property and to relet it when needed which was great! I would totally recommend them.

their admin is not professional with the accuracy in tenancy agreement. I gave them a month preparing the tenancy agreement and yet I have to circled out the same mistake three times before they can actually amend it. the Inventory check need to be asked over and over again. They are not familiar with the referencing process as I have been told the referencing process has been completed but yet KFH agent still tell me to update, and they said it is required to update in Homelet even tho the referencing has finished, then I checked with Homelet they have no idea why i need to update them when it already finished.
The property management team is awful. I lived in this Building in Elephant and Caslte, they were managed by KFH. For the whole year, one of the lifts was broke down for a year. The other one left had annoying broke downs from now and then thru out the year no one is fixing them. And the concierge sent away your important documents without even notifying the residences. All in all, this agency is the lousiest one I have ever came across.

They manage our building and are probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are understaffed and incompetent. If you ever contact them with a problem you will probably be ignored or fobbed off. Following the Grenfell Tower fire, KFH failed to keep up to date with the required safety certification for the building's cladding, and now no lender will give a mortgage, effectively meaning it's impossible to sell. KFH knew about this problem but did not communicate it to the residents, so it only came to light when would-be buyers found they couldn't get a mortgage. Despite their shoddy service, KFH will always be very happy to take your money!

Had an amazing experience with KFH at Wimbledon and found a terrific property. Linda was amazing and with a honest no-nonsense approach that made the whole experience straightforward. Highly recommend her.

They really do care about the client. Company has two serious advantages: an impressive property database and very good team! It is really an awesome feeling when the professional actually remembers what you have told , what your requests are. Enquired on a flat, guy called Stephen pressured me into making a holding deposit, without seeing property. I refused, and he relented and met me for a viewing.

I went to view the flat and then Stephen "forgot the keys" so I couldn't see it and secure it. He blamed me for not being willing to secure the property sight unseen as others apparently had. He said there was lots of interest so I foolishly believed they had ethics and put down a deposit.



They mess with peoples lives and really don't give a damn. I hope nobody has to go through this type of con artistry.

Was looking for a rental property in SW19 and dealt with Adrian Gray at the Wimbledon branch. He was professional and friendly, his knowledge of the local market was better than anyone else we spoke to. He managed to find us the type of property we were looking for and didn't waste our time. Excellent Service & Great Experience. Jessica Durrant worked with us on the house we purchased & she was great, always available, willing to help or answer my (sometimes stupid) questions.
We also had a somewhat tricky chain & there were a number of issues, but Jessica was extremely patient & helped out, I am sure some of the help she was not required to do!
Hopefully I have now bought my forever home, but should I have to enter into the market again, I would be very happy if I were dealing with her again.

The worst agency I've ever dealt with. I have lived in London for over 5 years and have lived in many houses handled by different agencies. KFH is genuinely the worst I ever came across, sadly realized this after signing a 3-year contract. I moved in and everything was broken or not working, starting from the bed that broke down on night 1 at the property. It took almost a week and around 50 phone calls/emails just to agree when and by whom the bed would be replaced. I am currently (after 1 month at the property) sleeping in the living room as the moldy curtains in the bedroom have not been replaced yet. Still waiting on some white goods as well as, after I've paid deposit + 1 month rent in advance, there were not enough founds to replace 2 items at the same time. I am not in my second month (and rent paid) and still waiting for issues to be resolved. Honestly, would not recommend to work with them. Hopefully I will start enjoying living in my new "house" soon.

KFH have been the Managing Agents for our flat in Wimbledon for over 10 years and we have found them to be very professional and reliable.

They only good at charging managing fees and not delivering any services. I had to chase them for months for simple weekly cleaning and properly management.

Save your time and money by not awarding them any management contract instead look for other providers who will appreciate your business.

Although we ended up deciding Wimbledon wasn't the right location for us, Marta was very helpful and always responded to our queries in a timely manner. Kinleigh Folkard Hayward manage over 200 apartments in Canary Wharf. called 41 Millharbour. For the past 3 years now every winter we have no heating or hot water, Its 5am now and again woken up to a freezing cold flat, no hot water and its minus 3 outside. after speaking with the property manager Ryan O'Donnell, he stated he has only just been made aware of the situation, We've been living in these conditions for 3 years....

I recently dealt with David Moreton and his sales team at West Hampstead, I cannot put into words how efficient and hard-working they all are individually. I now understand why they are the most popular estate agent in West Hampstead. A few people had recommended them, but to be honest I wasn t expecting anything special. However, I have to say from beginning to end the service was great and they made what is generally a pretty stressful time a lot smoother. One of David s reviews said Trust him as you would your own mother, he will deliver , I totally agree.

I contacted Adrian Gray for help in finding my family & I a 3 bed property to rent in Wimbledon. I was aware that we were demanding clients with a clear set of requirements and a strict budget.Adrian was reliable, courteous and good humoured. Crucially her took the time to understand what we wanted and didn't waste our time with unsuitable properties- which many agents do! The search was stressful but Adrianmade it as pleasant as it could have been and he was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He was flexible, friendly and had a great can-do attitude. in the end Adrian didn't find the property we chose but he was still an enormous help and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He is a real credit to KFH.

Nearly 2 years has passed and KFH have failed to fix damage to our apartment due to water ingress from the building s roof (KFH s responsibility).
