Of all the many staff I encountered, Nicole's absolutely tip top service was first rate, 5 stars, very helpful and super nice. I would buy another house through KFH in a flash.

My wife and I were looking to buy our first property this year and KFH and specifically Linda D. did an amazing job from start to finish. First it's worth noting that KFH had some of the best properties on the market, advertised at reasonable prices when comparing with other estate agents in the same area. As a buyer - particularly as a first time buyer who has never had to put down this much money before - this was a crucial factor.

Additionally, if it wasn't for Linda we might have went with another agency altogether, but the communications with Linda felt very honest, easy going and straight forward down to the point, which played a huge role in viewing more properties with KFH and eventually finding our home. No purchase goes without any complications and Linda did an amazing job in seeing everything through and keeping us up to date, as well as communicating efficiently between us and the vendor.

If I'm completely honest nobody hugely enjoyes dealing with an estate agency, because we all know how it can be a bit of a cut throat business, but in defense of Linda and KFH it was an actual pleasure to work with them and my wife and I are very delighted about the property we bought in the end.

I recently purchased a property through KFH Wimbledon and was very impressed with their service. Jessica in particular was great! She understood our needs and was very helpful from start to finish. We will certainly use KFH when we come to sell 'our dream home' in the future.

Personally had dealings with Kyle and found him to be extremely professional. A friendly guy and at no point was any request too much of an inconvenience. Communication was consistent which certainly helps when trying to find somewhere to live.

I was doing viewings with Marta, although unfortunately we were unable to secure a place through KFH, the service was fantastic. As 3 sharers we were rather fussy and Marta did a great job of finding different properties and areas that may be suitable. Always friendly and wouldnt hesitate to recommend or seek out Marta and her team for viewings in the future.

The experience with KFH Wimbeldon was fantastic. Marta speak several languages and this makes everything easier, at least in my case. I had a very positive experience working with Daniel Montaque from the Kennington branch. Daniel was able to find out what I am looking for and managed to show me only flats that I would consider. That saved me lots of time and built a trust relationship so I knew that a flat is worth viewing if he suggested so. He also provided all information needed on the day of viewing. I found a flat that I liked which was over my budget but Daniel managed to negotiate to bring it down to a price I can afford. In addition, he was very responsive and proactive during the buying process. All in all, I would definitely work with Daniel and KFH again. KFH seem to have a straightforward and honest culture that looks after clients. I was never encouraged to gazump anyone by KFH estate agents. Thanks Daniel.

Awful, awful company, if I could give them minus stars I would.
Supposed to manage our estate but we have been waiting nearly a year for them to correct the fees they ve been overcharging us with for nearly 6 YEARS. Weekly chasing has got us absolutely nowhere and still nothing resolved.
If I could report them to an ombudsmen I would but they do not seem to be a member of any recognised professional body. Absolute joke.

We cannot recommend KFH enough, having used them to buy a flat in Wimbledon. Being new to the area, Joe Wyatt was great in giving advice on the local area and also the local property market. Once we found the flat and our offer was accepted, Joe was always on hand to answer any queries and keep us informed and updated during the buying process.

We recently became landlords for the first time. Naomi at Streatham Hill was very helpful and supportive. She was available to answer all our questions and address any concerns. Excellent service by KFH. A special mention about Dimitri Stukalin who knew the right choice of property we were looking for and gave us honest feedback on the property, the location etc which helped make the right decision. He was really friendly and very knowledgeable person with full of energy and grace. Always made sure that only right properties were send to us and avoided sending random ones. Thank you very much.

Kaan provided excellent customer service. He helped us find a number of properties to rent which suited our requirements and we are really happy with the property are renting. He was polite, professional and pushy (which was refreshing!)

I was solely interested in one property that I saw for sale with KFH. My property was therefore put up for sale on the basis of selling to purchase this property. I have noticed that the property I was interested in is under offer yet no one from KFH has advised me of this - despite making this very clear to them as I don't want to mess other people about by having my property for sale if the property I want is no longer available. I have contacted KFH several times now - by phone and email to get confirmation of the status of the property I was interested in and yet no one has replied. Also - the 'For Sale' sign on my property has been put up in front of my neighbours house! Poor communication from KFH (Lee) which is very disappointing. They only seem to contact you when it suits them. Not a great customer experience. Maybe this review will get their attention? My property needs to be removed from the market and the 'For Sale' signed removed please if the property I am interested in is no longer available. I made this clear when agreeing to sell my house. I also continue to get emailed details of other properties that are no where near what I was looking for. Poor.

Great experience with KFH Chiswick. Our agent, Paul, was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
He always responded to our questions quickly and honestly and we never felt pressured during the flat purchase process.

Poor service and rude.
It might be a seller's market, but Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward seem to treat buyers with contempt. A general level of poor service from their agent and unhelpful responses to basic enquiries about the property, made viewing a couple of flats a frustrating experience.

Sam at KFH Blackheath dealt very professionally in finding the right tenants for my property and you could not ask for anymore assistance. I will definitely keep on using this agent.

Olivia Bolas has been managing our portfolio professionally and effectively for a long time now. We have been thoroughly impressed with her hands on approach and ability to solve issues and problems without causing us any bother or stress! I recently moved to London and didn t know much about renting a property here. I contacted different agencies but found KFH and in particular Marta in the Wimbledon branch very patient and helpful throughout the process. She explained everything to us and was always there to respond all questions and doubts we had.

Simply the worst most heavy handed service received regarding service charges.

Unreasonable charges that bear no resemblance to work involved and aggressive behavior. Avoid if you can.

Unsurprisingly even the complaints process was flawed, with replies written completely off the cuff without any willingness or desire to actually look into what went wrong, where they may have been at fault or if a process had failed.

The directors do not even attempt a meaningful reply to questions, merely responding with hot air and hyperbole about the sheer size of the organisation and hence the inability for anything to be wrong.

They are unwilling to provide proof of their process, instead relying on solicitors pressure to force closure.

We recently purchased a property through KFH Wimbledon Hill, and it was our first experience on the London property market. We dealt with Linda Duffy, and the service we received was second to none from the initial phone call to view the property, right through to completion. We were exceptionally lucky to have Linda and her colleague Jimmy on our case; the sale was completed in a minimum amount of time with no fuss and was seamless from our perspective. They chased up all parties frequently, and kept us posted by phone and email which put our minds at ease. We were really impressed by their professionalism and work ethic and would definitely go through Linda again. We would like to sincerely express our appreciation and thanks to Linda and Jimmy.

The team at KFH were outstanding. Lucy and Linda chose to regularly call with updates rather than just send messages, and these small touches are what makes a great difference. There was a chain buyer in my sale, and this has always made me concerned in the past as it can cause delays. But they handled both sales magnificently, and got my property exchanged before Christmas, whilst under pressure to do so. Highly recommend, and they would be my first choice agent in the area in the future.

I have let my flat with KFH for some years and they have always found me great tenants. George Ivanov, in particular, is excellent - always keeping me informed, quick to respond to my queries/questions, and he is very polite and professional. I am very satified with KFH's letting service.

Marta was very helpful and always responded to my emails and phone calls quickly. Looking for a flat in London is stressful, it's a relief to have someone you can trust by your side!

Awful, exploitative and will say anything to make a sale. Was promised the day before moving into a rental property that the property had been cleaned and bad repairs to the walls made by previous tenants had been fixed. We arrived to a filthy house - crumbs on the floor and in the cupboards, cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the walls, dust on everything and stained carpets. There were still holes in the walls. On phoning to ask about the condition of the flat was told that they didn't manage the property and I would have to take it up with the landlord, despite their promises that they had inspected the flat before we moved in. Disgraceful and not only would I never recommend, I would actively caution against using them.

We bought a flat that was marketed through KFH and was very pleased with their service throughout. During the search process Linda Duffy, whom we mainly dealt with, took the time and trouble to work through options and understand what our needs were. Her colleagues in the branch, Sophie, Karlisha, Debbie, were also incredibly helpful with accommodating additional viewings and telephone messages being passed on promptly.

Negotiations on the purchase of our flat took longer than usual with the sellers but Linda and her manager, Jimmy, patiently dealt with both parties and successfully brought us to agreement. Communication was prompt and kept up well throughout the process.

When solicitors acting for our related purchaser at the bottom of the chain were slow putting the chain at risk Linda did not hesitate to work with our own selling agents to help put pressure on those solicitors and see the transaction successfully to completion by the agreed deadline.

We absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have worked with the organisation as a tenant in a flat. I find them very unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, it hasn't been a positive experience.

THE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! WE SING A CONTRACT, WE PAID THE DEPOSIT, THE FIRST RENT, WE GAVE REFERENCE FROM OUR JOBS FOR A 3BEDROOM HOUSE IN SOUTHGATE. AND THE LAST DAY THEY CANCELED THE HOUSE AND WE DIDNT HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE!!! I HAVE ALL THE PAPERS SIGNED FROM THEM!!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!!

Still 3 months later they abusing people the same cuz same studio is every week to rent om the Rightmove website and KFH website!!!!!nobody even didnt move threre since i tried to rent the place. Theyvreate fake Unbelievable roles to you just do not pass your signed agreement. I earn 26000 a year. Wanted to get small studio 950 a month . They said i am to poor , lets wait 1week to check me out

Worst agency ever!Had my flat invaded meaning , the the agent Mourak from South Kensignton entered my flat without my permission, going though my things,and absolutely noting wsa done!! and now after moving out he wont answer my emails or phone calls, so unless you want someone invading your house without your consent or having trouble having our deposit back stay away.

Terrible management- Communication is so poor it endangers personal security and property.
Unprofessional- Constantly passing the buck and blaming others for their failings. Excuse after excuse about basic procedures which fall under their remit.
Wouldn't reccomend to my worst enemy.

The most unprofessional agency me and my partner ever dealt with. Not only they made it very difficult and expensive for us to leave our contract early, the period of our tenancy was even worse. We had plumbing problems and several other problems in the house that they did not deal with, it was really hard to get a hold of any of their agents, and they kept stalling us for long periods of time, at NO point we were sure who we are supposed to deal with. They forgot to check our fire alarm the first 8 months of our tenancy, and we realised that it was never working! The agents are lazy, unprofessional and clueless about the agency's operations, we would here 2 different things about the same issue from different offices and it was really difficult to understand who is right. When we needed references for our new flat, again due to the miscommunication and lack of professionalism it was so frustrating to get these details. I have been living in London for over 5 years and I have worked with agencies such as Dexters, Orbiton Estates, and Savills. I have left very positive reviews for all these agencies. KFH is by far the worst agency I had to work with, I am very happy to be done with them.

Lewis from the Balham branch of KFH has been absolutely fantastic. He listened really carefully to exactly what I was looking for, took me only to see relevant properties and during the offer process worked really hard to keep me informed and to negotiate with the seller. He was knowledgeable about the properties and where he didn't know an answer, he sought it quickly and fed back to me. He was professional and courteous at all times. He is a massive credit to his organisation and I am very grateful for all of his help.

I was extremely impressed at how proactive the service I received was from start to finish. Oliver and his excellent team of letting agents, Shaun, Tiago and Dymitr were enthusiastic at all times and never doubted in letting my property. It was let within a week to a lovely professional couple. I couldn t have hoped for a better service or tenants!
