Nearly 2 years has passed and KFH have failed to fix damage to our apartment due to water ingress from the building s roof (KFH s responsibility). Terrible customer service and terrible workmanship when you do manage to get someone to attend the property. Avoid frustration. Avoid disappointment. Avoid KFH at all cost.
