They manage our building and are probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are understaffed and incompetent. If you ever contact them with a problem you will probably be ignored or fobbed off. Following the Grenfell Tower fire, KFH failed to keep up to date with the required safety certification for the building's cladding, and now no lender will give a mortgage, effectively meaning it's impossible to sell. KFH knew about this problem but did not communicate it to the residents, so it only came to light when would-be buyers found they couldn't get a mortgage. Despite their shoddy service, KFH will always be very happy to take your money!
