As a buyer I found KFH Herne Hill very pushy and I would try to avoid using them again. I dealt with a senior sales person who, when I put in an offer to a flat which I thought was fair and was not significantly below asking, told me I was wasting their time and could I not afford the asking price? Two weeks later she called me back asking to negotiate my offer - I had found somewhere else.
