I'm giving only one star cause there is nothing lower than that. In fact, they will just rip you off.

I'm living in a house managed by KFH and now moving in a new area next month. As a process of renting, my new letting agent needs reference from KFH. Guess what? KFH demanded 42 pound for information. My new agent called me and requested me to pay it, without which they can't proceed. I called KFH, said there was nothing written like that in my agreement. They said, they wrote it in their website. They will charge you out of blue and just rip you off.
