Rather unpleasant experience with KFH when renting...

Rather unpleasant experience with KFH when renting a house in Chelsea. KFH is happy to pocket he various fees and commissions, but when issues occur (dirty house, missing furniture, repairs not done before moving in, contrary to oral claims by the KFH representative, ...), you will be confronted to a well oiled claims process designed to demonstrate that it's not KFH responsibility. Rather pathetic ! Some KFH team members clearly need to better understand what being client oriented means !
