I think this is a great estate agency,m. When my partner and I were looking for a flat in Wimbledon London, I contacted KFH and was greeted by a pleasant gentleman Dimitri Stukalin. Dimitri set up a viewing with me straight away for two properties that day and im sure it would have been more if I had not had to go to work.
I didn t take the property as It didn t quite suit us but he was in touch we me as soon as a new property became available.
Dimitri was very professional, friendly and went the extra mile for me.
Unfortunately I found another property I couldn t resist with another agency.
Saying that I would most definitely request Dimitri if I were to do it again.

In a difficult market the service we have received from KFH Wimbledon has been wonderful. Jessica, Linda and all the team have taken the time to help us through the process and as such it has been fairly plain sailing. Had a great experience buying a flat through KFH. Laurence was friendly, helpful and always responded very quickly to my emails. He was also very accommodating when I found a few flats on Rightmove that I liked the look of- even though they were all outside of his Wimbledon area, he arranged the viewings, found out all the info about the properties and showed me around.
I have used many agents and KFH are by far the worst. They have so may department who blame each other for the issues that arise so that it s impossible to get anywhere. They are also very worryingly unprofessional. I don t think anyone has a clue what they are doing.

KFH SWISS COTTAGE/ BELSIZE PARK - Worse Estate Agency in London - anyone coming from abroad please STAY AWAY from these thieves. They are absolute SCAMMERS. They are showing fantastic luminous big flats, but selling completely different ones. Making tenants sign different properties on contract. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Our property was listed for sale in this very uncertain time of Brexit and so was marketed for several months but they kept the same energy and commitment to the sale as from the first week advertised. I was at home on a couple of viewings and so overheard the viewing and commend the nature at which they walked the viewers through the house and helped envisage possibilities of turning into the viewers home.

Having just successfully completed my house sale via KFH in Wimbledon, I fully recommend them. Initially somewhat dubious of the role of estate agents in the modern house buying process, my faith was restored with the hard work that Linda, Lucy and team put in to manage the viewing process, keep buyer interest and ultimately obtain a sale in a difficult market. I was kept informed of progress and as we neared exchange and completion, the team were proactive in chasing down last minute questions to keep the agree timeline on track.

I can thoroughly recommend Simon Patton and the team at KFH Lettings in Wimbledon. Contrary to everything you may hear about Estate Agents these guys certainly break the mould! My flat was advertised to let and viewings were lined up before it even went "live" The network of the KFH braches all work together and I had viewings from 3 different offices which was impressive. Simon listened, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and provided some super tenants for the listed asking price. He and Nicole kept me constantly up to date on progress and were there if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend KFH. In my experience it has been worth paying for an agent to find the right tenants, run all the necessary checks and make sure all parties are happy with terms and conditions etc AND turn the whole thing round in a matter of weeks. I had spent some time - before deciding to sell with KFH - trying to sell my property with another estate agent in Wimbledon. They were much cheaper but - in the end - full of hot air and completely useless. By complete contrast; Lucy and Linda, from the get go, were excellent. I gave them the property, there were viewings immediately and an offer within a week. The process, as ever, wasn't completely straight forward but they were always available to talk on the phone, very receptive on email and completely on top of things at all times. When we come back to the area we'll be straight back to KFH. Highly recommend
Having lived in London several years, we have been in contact with many, many agents. I called KFH Wimbledon to enquiry about a property listed and Sam Jenkins arranged our viewing. He s since arranged several more viewings of additional properties and has been an asset to our search. He asks for specific feedback on each property we see and refines his search. He is not high pressure and is very patient in finding just the right property. Though our search isn t finished yet, I m sure with Sam s diligence we will find The One.

Avoid this shady business!!! KFH will do everything to screw you over, all they care about is taking your money. A definition of customer service does not exist here, they will break your contract, lie and ignore all the communication. I have been dealing with many agencies internationally and I have never seen anything so negligent!
I d like to say a massive thank you to Kaan from the Crystal Palace branch. I had a tight moving schedule to keep, and despite being let down by multiple landlords, Kaan went above and beyond to find us a perfect place within the desired time frame. Excellent service.
If you are a landlord looking to use KFH to rent your property, be very careful with regard to KFH charges. They are very expensive and with a lot of additional charges which all add up and before you know it, renting the property is not worth it. My advice shop around and be forensic with all the fees in the contract and compare with others before committing and signing up. If you do go with KFH, double check all quotes for doing repairs // updates to the property... I found the price for these to be very inflated.
Had the misfortune to rent an apartment through this agency. I now understand that it is possible that this agency is guilty of a generally negative attitude towards the agencies in London. Professionally unsuitable employees, rude, irresponsible, indifferent, not knowing anything about the business in which they are trying to work. This agency uses every opportunity to tear off more money from you and will try its best to minimise its costs = it will not do anything, whatever problems you have. Avoid at all costs.

After getting and married and finding out I was pregnant my husband and I decided it was time to move out of our house share and look for a 2 bed long-term flat to let. We started off well with lots being recommended to us after viewing a couple we found one we like & We filled in an application for the property and went about our day. Due to my husband being self employed and both of us only being in London for just under a year he was required to provide 1 guarantor... No problems we had those details passed over and the agent carried on with our application. So not only with his income, my full time employment and a guarantor we were told that we were good applicants untill I received a call around 3pm from the agent asking for another guarantor, this time it was because the landlord had been informed of my pregnancy. Despite the fact that maternity leave hadn't been discussed or agreed, this landlord and agency expected my husband and I to have 2 guarantors earning 6x the monthly rent (1450pcm) all because he had assumed my salary would drop when I have a baby. After explaining how my maternity would work ,the agency asked if its possible to get the 2nd guarantor. As disappointed as we were we agreed but explained it would take until the end of the day (5:30pm) To get this sorted, less than an hour later the agency called to say they had given the flat to another applicant even though they had agreed to wait. I feel like I was discriminated against because I was pregnant as the application was given the go ahead until KFH informed the landlord of our situation. Will not recommend ever.
I have recently let 3 properties through KFH in Hammersmith and specifically their Senior Lettings Negotiator Rayan Dool. They have been fantastic and professional every step of the way, ensuring any void period is kept to a minimum and sourcing great tenants,
After three years using their property management service. I m experiencing a very poor service. You have to chase for response, they do not respond effectively to emails. No one takes ownership of out of office staff workloads. Big name estate agent, big disappointment for Wimbledon
Unfortunately our experience with KFH has been very poor. They operate as Block Manager for a new development we have bought almost a year ago now. They have already taken the service fee from us (we are 105 in total) but up to now the all block is in a critical state: - poor cleaning (pigeon excrement all over the inside parking block, posing a threat to health of residents, lifts not working and taking unreasonably long time to be fixed, posing a serious risk especially to the pregnant woman and new mums here in the building) - parking spaces not enforced (causing tension between residents and also causing people from outside the block leaving their cars here). Really disappointed and worried about the state of our new development in Cricklewood. As residents we are really worried about the management of our flats and have growing concerns about the seriousness and professionalism of KFH.

Their property management arm seem totally inept. They regularly ignore emails, take forever to investigate matters and then fail to resolve them anyway.
Me and my friends rented a place near London Bridge for 3 years. KFH has been very professional since the beginning. Everything was smooth and there were no issues at all. Ben Rayner is very responsive and always deals with our queries as soon as possible. Overall, we had a very good experience with KFH and would definitely recommend anyone to use this agency.

Quiet a Shocking experience with KFH! They are supposed to be a large professional block management company yet they can not answer simple emails!! After months and still chasing them regarding service charges that have already been paid, they cannot locate payments!! Yet they want to charge you late payment fees for there own admin errors. Also repeatedly been sent an incorrect invoice with inaccurate charges. A Brand New development and they cannot fix mistakes they have made. They have very useless staff, poor communication and very frustrated landlords. Just Disgraceful!

The entire experience was fantastic. Linda found for me 5-6 properties that were in range of my original budget and never tried to go above it. All very good and was hard to make a decision. I dealt with the KFH Wimbledon sales team for both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home and they were absolutely fantastic. They gave extremely good advice, were very reactive and gave prompt feedback. They truly were a pleasure to work with.

I would suggest both tenants and landlords to avoid dealing with property management by KFH at all costs. We rented a property managed by KFH and experienced a lot of issues in just a year. Here are the details: - KFH ignored conditions of the offer that were included in the contract. We specifically discussed some of the repairs we wanted to be done and included them into both offer terms and tenancy agreement. Upon move in we realised the repairs were not done and it took us about a week of chasing before any actions proceeded from their side even though they were in clear breach of contract. - Tenancy agreement has illegal clauses. Their contracts are not up to date with recent legislations - we were asked to pay a greater amount in council tax that council itself would accept from us. - KFH kept holding our security deposit for 7.5 weeks after the move out date without giving any proposals for deductions or informative communication. After 6 weeks of chasing them we received deduction proposals that should've have taken no more than a week to be made up. - KFH didn't ensure the property is clean for move in. We basically moved in with a young child to a dirty property with hairs and dust all over the place, condoms under the bed and mould in bathroom. We had to urgently organise cleaning at our own expense and seek reimbursement later.
- KFH managing agents are extremely slow at communication when an issue arises. In some cases our urgent requests were ignored for days. - KFH wastes tenant's time and landlord's money. As we are landlords in London ourselves we could see how inefficiently they deal with some of the issues sending several contractors to get quotes (4 was our record), performing cheapest possible repairs and not keeping landlord fully aware of the repairs that have been done. KFH managing agents also performed a routine property visit just a week before our move out - a service that landlord pays for as part of their property management service and which was completely useless to the landlord at this point since they will have received a check out report in a week's time anyway.
KFH were brilliant in finding us our new flat - especially Marta and Nicole. They got us a great flat and the process was really smooth - will definitely be recommending them in the future!
Fantastic agency - took the stress away which is rare. Particularly want to highlight one employee, Adrian Gray. He understood what I wanted, worked with my budget and ultimately around my (annoying) busy schedule and ultimately went above and beyond.
