their admin is not professional with the accuracy in tenancy agreement. I gave them a month preparing the tenancy agreement and yet I have to circled out the same mistake three times before they can actually amend it. the Inventory check need to be asked over and over again. They are not familiar with the referencing process as I have been told the referencing process has been completed but yet KFH agent still tell me to update, and they said it is required to update in Homelet even tho the referencing has finished, then I checked with Homelet they have no idea why i need to update them when it already finished.
The property management team is awful. I lived in this Building in Elephant and Caslte, they were managed by KFH. For the whole year, one of the lifts was broke down for a year. The other one left had annoying broke downs from now and then thru out the year no one is fixing them. And the concierge sent away your important documents without even notifying the residences. All in all, this agency is the lousiest one I have ever came across.
