As a landlord of 15 properties, I always use KFH. I have worked this KFH Wimbledon for years and they are my preferred agent. They are professional, keep long hours and are always there at the end of the phone to help. They let properties quickly and achieve high rents for me and always provide honest feedback in order to adjust the price either up or down. They won't under price properties for a quick let and neither will they persist in a high price if they need it genuinely needs to drop. They never waste time. They are never difficult with me and are flexible with terms because they invest in the long term with landlords and are not in for a quick buck. That is why they are the first agent I call if I need to let a flat. If tenancies are terminated early, KFH will promptly refund any overpaid fees without me chasing and without argument. I really like working with the Lettings manager Oliver who is efficient, professional, flexible to negotiation and yet can be tough when he needs to be which is exactly who I want on my side.
Highly recommended, we have sold and rented our properties through KFH. Excellent communication on both sales and lettings. Much more footfall through the door than another agent we tried, sold our house within 3 weeks of being on the market and helped us complete within 6 weeks. Would definitely use them again. The move-in process was very quick and professional, everybody was very nice, but since then they are quite unresponsive when it comes to ongoing issues. We had a few problems since the move-in date (i.e. no smoke detector, missing keys) and it took us many emails and months to get some of these quite basic issues fixed and some are outstanding until now (4 months later). Maybe it"s the landlord who is the problem, but ultimately it"s the agent who should get these issues solved.
Sam was on with us on our journey from the very start. Professional, prompt, personable and patient he helped us find exactly what we were looking for in London which is not an easy job! Thank you KFH and Sam for the great experience!

I dealt with Sabrina and Farnaz from the Belsize Park office recently in connection with a rental property. I found them both super responsive and helpful even with a challenging set of circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend them
We used the Raynes Park branch to sell our property and based on our experience we can see why options such as Purple Bricks are doing so well. I would have expected the cost difference of using a KFH to be reflected in the service but it really did not.
We asked that we were consulted on bookings in advance of them being made, usually we were not and we often had to chase. When we had an offer on the property, communications were not managed well with our buyers which created friction and ultimately led to them pulling out at the last minute costing us a lot of money in lost legal and surveyor fees.
A suggested revised accelerated marketing campaign was an unfortunate waste of time and seemed only to encourage offers well below what we could accept despite us being very clear on our expectations.
This all led to us reluctantly taking our property off the market and losing our onward purchase. Should we choose to go back on again, we see no reason why we would use KFH again.
Super service, can t fault the team and the management of our sale throughout. Worked super hard and super quick to close our sale before Christmas and they really pulled all stops out for viewings to get us our buyer. I used KFH to look at several flats to let in the Beckenham, Bromley and Penge area. Although I ended up going with a property with a different estate agent, Samuel at KFH was excellent at listening to my search criteria and finding me the right properties to view, and has a very welcoming and friendly manner in person.
Dimitri Stukalin was a fantastic letting agent. Very helpful, informative and friendly - a pleasure to deal with - as were the rest of the KFH team. I would highly recommend finding a property through them.

Great agency! I was shown around by a young chap called Abraham from the Battersea Lettings office. He showed me some great properties which were suites to my needs. Would highly recommend KFH.
I was bullied by one of their local agent, he was completely unprofessional. He gave the keys to some contractors without prior notice and without my landlord permission. I was stolen something from my place because of their due diligence. They have shown luck of client service, and poor management to the damage of my personal belongings and my persona.
It was shocking to see how this person tried to manipulate the facts.
Prior to the last incident, there were others like they never communicated to my landlord I had signed the contract renewal (for over a week), causing my landlord to ask me to vacate the flat, which I then resolved myself directly with the landlord. KFH Worst agency ever, I had Farleys/Chestertons before them, for the same property, never had issues with them, they were very good in any sense.
Narissa at KFH head office is outstanding.She informed me of a requirement and helped by sending me the necessary information,.also offering help with a form and getting in touch several times with the recipient, including when the form showed my entry was blocked. She is very professional, well informed and responsible. A real asset to KFH

Genuinely the worst service in all my time living in London (5 years moving every year). Estate agents are known for having a bad reputation, but the level to which the employees of KFH fall below this standard is woeful.
As a renter, the estate agent should act as a conduit and mediator between landlord and tenant. Instead they exacerbated the delicate relationship, provided no value to us as tenants, and provided bad advice to the landlords which ended costing the landlords money.
They are unresponsive when issues arise, often ignoring emails or passing the buck to other colleagues with 0 ownership. As a consumer, it is has been the worst experience with agents that are being paid silly money to manage a straightforward task.
With viewings they came round and created stains on the carpets and broke furnishings and then had the gall to try to implicate us as tenants.
My advice, if as a landlord or renter you can find some other agent to use than KFH then do - avoid like the plague!! Using them will only create headaches.

KFH were recommended to me by friends who lived in the area. A professional and helpful agency who get their job done with minimal fuss and don't bother you with unnecessary paperwork and time. Adrian was great in showing me properties that were in budget and the subsequent move to our new home was hassle free. They also handling our slightly difficult guarantor issue well. Obviously I am yet to encounter their property management side of things so can't rate outstanding but I would recommend to anyone looking to rent in this area.

I have use other agents in Wimbledon before, but KFH is in a different league.
I've rented from them and tried to buy from them and the process for both left me feeling pretty awful.
When I checkout of my rental place I agreed with the landlord the amount to take off the deposit. All nice and easy. But then KFH tried to take off even more money presumably to keep themselves.
When putting in an offer to buy a place they pressured me to use their own Solicitors (presumably to keep a better margin) and were explaining that the solicitors i'd chosen were really bad.
It turned out the Solicitors I chose were helpful and professional throughout while KFH repeatedly pressured me into taking on costs. And suggesting I go through with the sale before confirmation that some costs would be covered.
That sale eventually fell through, no fault of KFH, but that was over a month ago and the property is still listed on the website! So beware, the stuff they list might not exist!
Their priority is their own bottom line and left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.
We dealt with Rayan Dool for renting a flat, and he was very helpful, resolving all the difficulties that went in our way. Excellent spirit and dedication.
One star is even too much. This agency is the worst I ever had to deal with. They had 2 months time to get the house ready before our move and didn t manage. We had to delay our move by a week and ended up moving into a house without any paintwork and repairs done! For every single request we have to follow up multiple times or it is dropped. Now we are 2 mo the in the house and still work is pending. And can you imagine in all this time the property manager didn t even visit once to sort things out? Avoid dealing with this agency at all cost!

My fiancee and I have been using Jack Brownsmead in KFH's Earlsfield managing agents' office to manage our tenanted flat in Earlsfield (SW18). Jack has been fantastic for the last couple of years now. Really user friendly and responsive and really helpful to bounce ideas off. The tenants thought he was great as well. Jack's colleagues in the finance team were also great in getting clear, reliable statements prepared. Would highly recommend.
Terrible at organizing timely repairs and maintenance and very disappointing communication - it seemed like I had to beg for updates on issues.
I am also completely stunned at how awful they are with deposit return. It has been two months since we moved out of the rented flat and we still don't have our deposit back. What is more, they have provided us a random deduction number from the deposit - and when asked what the price is attributed to they could not provide a breakdown.
I think they are very unprofessional, treating customers unfairly and profitting at customer expense from extending the time they keep the deposit to an unreasonable amount and the deductions they make from it. I do not recomend using their services one bit.

All the staff at the West Wickham branch were very helpful over the recent sale of my mother's flat. They even came to the rescue before she moved when she'd got in a bit of a pickle and no family were close by to sort things out. Having used KFH when we moved house, I would certainly use them again.

Amanda at KFH Clerkenwell is amazing and I highly recommend her. She has been incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment that I started looking for a flat, and provided help throughout the entire process. She is very attentive, friendly, and honest. She is always patient, and at no point was she ever even the slightest bit pushy - it made looking at properties a pleasure instead of a chore. With her help (along with the rest of the team at KFH, especially the KFH Fulham and Chelsea branch) I ended up finding the perfect apartment in the right area and could not be happier. KFH pride themselves on their service, as seen on their website. "We put service at the heart of everything we do, as substantiated by our five star Google rating*." However this is only relevant to Landlords or Sellers. During our one year lease with them, including during COVID, they were rude, unhelpful, and only ever acted with the landlord in mind, not the tenant. From signing the lease, to ending it you will be tied up in legalities which only protect the landlord and not the tenant, and upon check out they will look for anything to try and reduce your deposit. Disappointing.
Customer service-wise I'd say these estate agents are fairly average. The issue is to do with the extortionate charges they spring on you despite not being able to justify in any price break-down.
On both occasions, they've refused to make any reasonable changes when inaccuracies and errors were pointed out to them...even though, surely that's the 'service' being charged for. And when we delved further and outright asked for a breakdown of what these 'contract services' were so that we could better understand what we were being charged for, they couldn't do it, just stating that they were the charges and we just needed to "take their word for it".
Couldnt ask for a more conscientious and well rounded Estate Agent. Kyle Bolger made an easy task of helping me and my family.
