We first came to Honda Kingsway last October 6, 2016 in search for a new car that will suit our family needs. One of the Guest advisor welcomed us and introduced himself as Ben. He asked us which car we're looking for and when we told him which one we like, he started explaining to us which car would really fits our family. He's suggesting the CR-V because of its new features and benefits. He also explains to us lots of things on how we can get the car thru leasing or financing and answer all our questions very well. The information he shared to us was very overwhelming and very valuable in determining which options will we choose. We told Ben that we will come back because we are not yet ready that time. We look around with 4 more dealers that day, but they are not as warmth and accommodating as Ben. They never gave us much information as Ben does. After a thorough and deep conversation with my wife, we've come up with a decision. I called Ben on October 8, 2016 to let him know that we we're coming to check out the car. He s very kind and knowledgeable when he's teaching me all the controls and features. He really helps us get the CR-V in more ways we can never imagine. We are very grateful and proud for this guy Mr. Ben Farahani for his outstanding service, and for that we will highly refer our friends and relatives to him. We would like to thank also the manager on duty, Kent in the Financial Service Dept. (I didn't forgot your name ;p ), the insurance agent and all the staff and crew of Kingsway Honda. We give them business and they gave us 100% customer satisfaction. And for Ben, we will never forget what you told us that the relationship between the guest advisor and the client doesn't end after the delivery of the car but will continue thereafter. Again, thank you very much for your wonderful service. You make our first car purchase very memorable.
