I had a really bad experience with this dealership...

I had a really bad experience with this dealership, not going to sugar coat that part . However , after seeing my review I was contacted my the Honda staff . The new service manger Norman was an absolute rockstar. He acknowledged that what had happened with my wife s car was wrong and unfair ( which was important to me ) and wanted to make it right . He refunded me the money we agreed was over charged , picked up my wife s vehicle , dropped off a loner while they re serviced the vehicle and completed the issues at a fair price. I want to say the forsite to want to retain previous customers has gone be way of the dodo in this day and age . I truly appreciated that Norman wanted to earn my business back . He did . Thanks Norman , you and your team are appreciated. Cheers
