These people offered my daughter a job on thursday ,so she handed her notice in at work ...on friday they phoned to tell her that the job is no longer available ,no reasons given or anything ,she is now out of work...Do not trust these criminals.

I work for another security company, and as I do when another RSO enters my store, I say Hi etc, they usually start chatting, I was then told by an employee of Kingdom who came into my store that they don't care about anyone they apprehend, i was told how they drag them into the back and give them a "good seeing to"
So what I could tell from this one employee.

Very rude on the phone, dismissive 'couldn't care less' attitude, zero customer service. I waited 2 weeks after phone call after phone call trying to find out what the outcome of my video call was. 2 weeks is far too long for any recruitment agency to be in touch especially when they are actively advertising jobs in your area. Shoddy business not even sure if it is a legit company as no professionalism whatsoever and very bad attitudes especially Beth. Avoid at all costs, it's easier just to go direct to the employer or with another agency especially if you live in Manchester and there are jobs left, right and centre. A word of advice to Kingdom Recruitment - You snooze you loose and some basic customer service training would be beneficial.
As a previous employee of Kingdom, I would not recommend them to anyone. They under pay you massively then try to argue with you saying you never worked the hours your claiming even though you send proof from your rosta of the hours they gave you which you can not change. They also consistently cancel and change your shifts without telling you or giving you notification, you can literally wake up at half 4 to get to site for half 6 your shift will be there showing on rosta and then by the time you get to site and try to clock on they have cancelled your shift without telling you, then when you ring they tell you to go home with no pay but then have the nerve to call you a few hours later asking you to cover a shift at either that site or a different site. Also everyone that works here are snakes the managers only ever take 1 side of a story rather than 2 even though what they are saying you was not even in the country at the time let alone work. When you try to fix issues you get passed from pillar to post or the managers read your messages but decide not to answer you because they know they are wrong and they cant back up what they have done. Consistently changing your contracts illegally as well; then when you try to resolve it they try anything they can to get rid of you acas have threatened to close them down multiple times. Would seriously not recommend them ACAS have been informed again. I have alot of proof to back everything I have stated as well before anyone tries to say otherwise.
Any contractors or security officers looking to get with Kingdom I highly recommend going elsewhere, these people do not care about the wellbeing of their staff and clients they will not let you know that you have been in contact with someone who has been tested for coronavirus and they will hide it from their clients if one of their guards were tested positive at their clients site.

spoke to 5 different people who didn't had a clue abt the job.
Applied again n they invited me for the retail instead of corporate. Luckily saved myself before wasting the time n fuel for the interview.
Hired to do a cleaning job, they didn t attended for over a year but quite happily have been taking the monthly payment - AVOID!!

Money taken illegally out of wages, cant get any answers from anyone, a manager who lies so much she wouldnt no the truth if her life depended on it, bullying allowed in the work place by the client and nothing done about it, i have had to start legal proceeding against the company! If your looking for a job i would avoid this company at all costs and if your a company thinking about using kingdom my advice would be dont if they treat their employees this bad

horrible place to work for. there liars, poor management, They talk to you like something they can scrape of their shoe. discriminates against you. They get rid of you for stupid little things and leave you jobless. If you are planning on working for them make sure you have a job to go to because they don't care about there staff at all. I left a full time job for them and now am jobless because of the company. An absolutely horrible company. Full of false promises and completely money grabbing. They do not care about you as a person, only the money they receive from contracts. They have taken over companies in scotland but all the managers I have met are an absolute joke. I was happy in my position before pre kingdom but I wish they would lose all the contracts they have. They will violate you and use you and belittle you at every opportunity. From the control centre to the managers they are all useless.
SUZANNE JOBLING of Drax power was promoted to the head of security because I had sent MARTIN SLOAN of DRAX POWER an email explaining that she had kicked me off site after 9 years of loyal service, because she didn't like me,and made lies up to sack me even though there was video evidence of me clearly not doing what she said, so she made another lie up then, she had me in the room for over one hour and I tried stopping the meeting five times, because I wanted my union, she didn't allow me, she had 5 managers in total there, all on to me, what did Martin do, he promoted her, he moved her from Kingdom to Drax protect her, how very loyal and dignified of him, I wonder why???? he saved her getting the sack from kingdom, strangely enough I was asked to leave and move to work at Ikea on less wages and further away, guess what, Suzanne was promoted to kingdoms contract holder with Drax,NO WONDER THEY SEEMED SCARED OF HER, how very strange kingdom wanted rid of me, In the end kingdom told me I'd done no wrong at all and I was paid off, I had 5 months of this which included me having physiological problems with anxiety and depression, anyhow they did me a favour I've now a job I love and I work for nice people, not vultures and cockroaches. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING FOR THIS PISS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY, NONE OF THEM HAVE A CLUE WHAT THERE DOING. AVOID AT ALL COST.
They are just bullies, trying to intimidate people. They should tell you and give you the chance to pick up any litter you have dropped, but they don't. Littering is an offence, but only if you walk away and/or do not pick it up. Kingdom should train their operatives 1) to implement the law (and not their own variation of it) and 2) in how to respectfully deal with the public.
Up until just over a fortnight ago I had never heard of this company. I was issued a fine in my local supermarket car park for 'littering'. However' I politely protested to the manager of the supermarket and created a bit of a stir on my local facebook forum when I discovered that it was likely Kingdom Security did not have authorisation to issue FPNs on the car park, as they had not sought prior permission from the landowner. Well, the manager enquired and it was true that they did not have permission, and have been issuing fines ILLEGALLY. Apart from that, the woman that fined me used her body as a barrier to detain me in my car.....unbelievable. They are crooks.

I have worked for Kingdom services for a few weeks now and I am enjoying the security officer position. They have a modern approach with shifts, learning and payroll all available on the apps. I've already passed my animal welfare course and control/head office are always nice to me. Not sure what all the negative comments are about but you can't please everyone. In my opinion they are a good employer.
Worked for kingdom, for about 2 months and i would not reccomend kingdom to anyone who is new to security. Absolutely dreadful company the best day was when i handed in my notice woth immediate effect!! Now in a far better place working for a far better company who are far far better than this company who are growing stronger everyday and potentially will take over loads of stores more than kingdom will ever do

When i worked for kingdom, at morrisons one of the store managers expected me to stop a shoplifter without 100% ascone and got funny because i refused to stop him as i did not see it. clearly thick as day because retail security officers cannot stop a shoplifter on 3rd party information unless a security officer has 100% ascone on that person totally had no brains kingdom and morrisons blatantly have no idea what ascone is maybe they would like me to explain clearly.

Good company who are growing a lot so must be doing right. I ve read a few reviews here and most are people unhappy with Litter fines or employees who where dismissed through fault of their own.
Every time I ve had an issue it s been dealt with. Pay is always on time, my manager Paul Andrew is always there for us. He use to be an officer and knows what it s like on a daily basis.

The number of fines given out for cigarette ends is ridiculously high compared to the number of fines given out for dog fouling and general littering. This company is abusing a position of power and boosting Thier profits by only going after smokers (the easy target) and making very little difference to the overall cleanliness of my town.

My partner recently got a job with this company. He applied for a certain place with permanent hours with a 12 hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern which suited us. He turns up on his first day and nobody knew who he was and from then on its been a shambles. After working for 2 weeks he was told not to come in because they haven't sorted a Rota out for him. He was off work for a week unpaid. They then decided to come clean and say there was no job at the site he applied for so moved him to a different site. He was messed arround for another few weeks.They have now decided everyone's going on a zero hours contract. This company messes you about messes arround with people lives and is a total disgrace
Went to Morrisons at New Brighton, had an 9 week old puppy in my wife's arms. Tool who was working the door blocked the way saying you're not coming in, don't care if its on a lead or in your arms you're still not coming in. As my wife was turning away this tool turned to his colleague and said "they think they can do what they ******* want, and smirked. My wife retaliated using the same language. The tool working at the door, with dark hair, needs to be retrained in customer service before he says the wrong thing, to the wrong person, at the wrong time. Unless of course this is how Kingdom train their staff, I have seen first hand how they used to "enforce" their environment fines around Wirral, gladly Wirral Borough Council no longer use their services. Wirral is a nicer and cleaner place without Kingdom being part of it.

I ve had 2 pay rises in a year which is good. They made sure they keep the rate above minimum wage

The security division is run well. Training and induction was comprehensive compared to other companies. Manager is always available & supportive & pay is never an issue.

Consistently followed around a morrisons supermarket for weeks,made to feel.like a criminal and intimidated by the one guard in store. Diabolical guard and shouldn't be there. Yes they have a job to do but it should not involve intimidating the same people who use a morrisons store nearly every day. I've never stolen anything,dont need to and never would. Yet I feel like I have done something wrong. Just vile and unnecessary!!

This is a really poor company providing poor quality guards who offer a very poor service to their customers.Guards are unable to follow simple instructions or do not understand basic commands.I have to rate 1 star as there is not an option for less.Management are arrogant and have no man management skills.Directors probably don't know or care how bad the service they provide is.Staff are treated unfairly and they do not honour TUPE rules when transferring from other companies.Morrison who has the misfortune of employing this company for the next contractual period are already suffering from their dire service.I WANT TO LEAVE ON A POSITIVE so will say i have now given notice because i do not want to be tarnished by there poor performance.

Awful, absolutely awful place to work for. They let me know 2 days ago that I'd be made redundant on the 31st of January, and the regional manager has just threatened to cut the rest of my shifts and not pay me because my numbers aren't good enough.

Unfortunately, i currently work for this company. in the past 6 weeks, they have changed the address of the company, the phone numbers have changed....and so did my boss. I never got told about any of the changes.
When you start with them, they promise you the world, but I've been treat like absolute garbage. I traveled a little over 2 and half hours to work today, just to be told that I wasn't working, then they sent me home. So, I wasted almost 6 hours of my day travelling and for nothing
