I have nothing but good things to say about the ODA. Very helpful, knowledgeable, I learned so much from them. Couldn't ask for anything better, their team is awesome, and a pleasure to work with. Both Heidi and someone name Michael are great nothing but respect. Also I never taken the ODA exam yet to become license with that agency. But after looking at some study book materials you actually learn something new every time. I understand those exams are probably extremely hard, but it is worth it. You may fail on exams but you still learn something new. If I pay alot for study materials, and exams even if I fail I do expect to still learn more each time I fail to do better next time. The more you learn the more professional you become as an expert. That is purpose of those exams and study materials to prep you up and makesure your ready to take it to the next level. My advice is to study very hard and it shall be rewarding at the end. And never be afraid to ask any questions, it's always best to be safe than sorry later on if ever become ODA license. Anyone who is passionate for this type of work industry will always learn more on their own free time. Thanks ODA for your courtesy and helpful advice!
